13/05/2025: Excellent ice cream, I would eat it all the time!! I advise those who write negative reviews to think twice before criticizing the staff, who put all their effort into serving the customer. Then criticizing girls who have been working for a short time just because they are focused on what they do so as not to make mistakes, outlines the small-mindedness of people who are now only capable of judging without thinking that we all started working and made mistakes over and over again, that's how we learn. Rudeness is one thing, shyness is another. For me, the best ice cream shop in Parma and its province 💪

20/05/2025: Siamo stati qui perchè mi hanno detto che la pizza è molto buona, così sono venuta a pranzo. Non fanno la pizza a pranzo ma solo la pinsa, buona, non si discute ma la cameriera che serve a pranzo è piuttosto sgrusa e rigida, qualsiasi cosa viene chiesta che è scritta nel menù dice che non c'è con fare scocciato ed esclamando "eh signora questo non c'è, quello nemmeno a pranzo non lo facciamo" Per avere a che fare con le persone ci vogliono i modi giusti. A me viene da pensare, fate un menù per il pranzo così non vi chiediamo cose che non ci sono perchè dite che non accendete il forno, scusate ma o vengo a riprovare alla sera oppure ci rinuncio perchè si discutere nn ho voglia onestamente anche quando mi siedo a tavola.

13/05/2025: Sono tornato dopo anni in questo ristorante per una cena in famiglia. Speravo in una serata tranquilla ma purtroppo la sala interna è molto rumorosa . Una grossa tavolata che poteva essere sistemata al piano superiore disturbava molto . L'interno è da evitare. Per il resto ; servizio 7 ,menù 5 incompleto e con poche scelte ,antipasti da rivedere , grigliata di pesce 25 € mediocre . Carta dei vini incompleta e dai prezzi medio alti . Non penso di ritornare anche se la lochetion è invitante .

01/01/2025: Only entered once. You couldn't pay with the POS under €20. I got some jam and when I got home I realized it had expired a week ago. By the way, I already wrote a review and it was deleted. I will never set foot there again.

04/03/2025: Sono un abitudinario di questo ristorante frequentandolo quasi tutti i giorni per pranzo di lavoro proprio per questo il mio giudizio è ancora più valido.La qualità delle materie prime è sempre di livello una cucina gestita con maestria e anche veloce all'occorrenza per chi deve poi andare a lavorare e un servizio impeccabile e col sorriso per chi ha più tempo a disposizione.Se siete in zona non mancate

24/02/2025: Il posto è semplice ma carino con personale molto disponibile. Il menù è basato su funghi e tartufo e da paste fresche come tagliatelle, gnocchi, ravioli. Ho pranzato molto bene, ottimi anche i dolci. Quello che ho apprezzato maggiormente è stata la cortesia del personale che mi ha proposto un cambio piatto senza che io mi lamentassi di nulla. Difficile trovare persone così gentili.

17/05/2025: Unfortunately, my experience at this restaurant was not positive. The waiters were not very attentive to the needs of the customers: we witnessed an episode in which one of them took the order of only one customer sitting at the table and was about to leave, without even asking if the others had already ordered. As for the food, my friend and I ordered a pizza diavola + gorgonzola. Considering that a simple diavola costs about €8, we were charged a total of €13, with a good €5 for the addition of gorgonzola. Maybe there was some gold leaf along with the gorgonzola? We had dinner at 11:10 pm, after waiting about two hours, and after having asked. Maybe they had forgotten about us? The karaoke night on Fridays is a nice idea, but the volume was too high, making it difficult to converse and hear each other. It would be useful to lower it a bit to improve the atmosphere. Ultimately, I don't think I'll go back to eat, because I felt a bit cheated: the prices were not respected and the overall experience was not satisfactory.

03/05/2025: I heard about this pastry shop when I went, the staff welcomed me with great professionalism and above all with heart, they care a lot about making you feel included in a culinary world that until recently was, due to lactose and gluten intolerance, forced to give up pizza restaurants. They make desserts that seem impossible without these ingredients. Weighted in sugar, a beautiful presentation of desserts. I tasted a pistachio biscuit there, a delicacy, very kind to offer it to me. I bought two raspberry puffs, two custard cakes with pistachio and one chocolate cake, delicious!! And a really fair price!! Much better than Al Caruso

11/03/2025: I bought the birthday cake here for my mother, who eats gluten-free. It presented very well visually whilst clearly being handcrafted. It was a fairly simple cake in terms of recipe, cocoa sponge cake with two layers of cream, one pistachio and one chocolate, covered in cream and decorated with personalized writing. Much to the surprise of all of us who ate it, the cake was delicious, considering it is gluten and lactose free, it is one of the best bought-out cakes we have ever eaten. Balanced in taste, not too sugary and light. A marvel, and the correct price. I ended up here by mistake because I thought I was coming from Al Caruso, well... it was one of the best mistakes of my life :) I'll be back soon for my birthday to do an encore.

11/05/2025: Il classico comportamento di quei ristoranti abituati ad avere il pienone nei giorni festivi con tavolate gigantesche e non consentono ad altri né di prenotare, né di poter accedere. Telefono staccato per ore, arriviamo fino al ristorante dopo aver fatto parecchi chilometri, facciamo presente la difficoltà a telefonare, il personale di sala con gentilezza comprende la situazione e chiede alla responsabile che senza neanche guardare in faccia la clientela, risponde seccamente NO! Senza curarsi di rivolgere un minimo di scuse. Depennati!

04/05/2025: Prima volta in questo ristorante. Bella location, ambiente pulito e curato. Personale molto cortese, preparato e disponibile. Abbiamo assaggiato diversi piatti, risultati tutti piacevolmente gradevoli. Prezzi adeguati. Sicuramente da ritornare per provare il resto dell' offerta sul menù.
