A thorough analysis reveals fundamental flaws in the management of visual elements. 1. Stylistic Dichotomy and Visual Inconsistency The main problem is the lack of a unified identity. The logo is composed of two visually conflicting blocks: • The Italic Monogram: The central "C" is a calligraphic (script) symbol that attempts to evoke craftsmanship and tradition. However, the line is excessively thin, lacking the weight and organic warmth one would expect from a bakery. It appears fragile and a bit dated. • The Geometric Logotype: The name "Castagnoli" below is rendered in a modern, clean, and geometric sans-serif font. This choice contrasts sharply with the "C" above. The juxtaposition of a "soft" calligraphic element with a "rigid" and "technological" typographic one creates a visual shock. 28/01/2026: The hotel lives up to its 4-star standards. The staff is very professional and friendly.

14/01/2026: We stayed at the hotel for convenience, thanks to a special offer related to the event being held in the same conference rooms. Upon our arrival, we immediately received different treatment from the other guests. Arriving at 1:00 PM, we were told the rooms would be ready at 2:00 PM. It's a shame that other attendees, acquaintances of ours, were able to get their rooms earlier, even in the morning. The room immediately appeared dilapidated, with dust all over the furniture. The windows were the most appalling, due to their location, cleanliness, and neglect; one of them had a large crack in the glass. Regarding breakfast, I have to say we struggled to find a table. The selection wasn't the widest, just barely adequate. The biggest problem was the only two hot drink machines, which caused endless queues, and the toaster was slow. I'd say the whole thing was a bit undersized for the number of rooms occupied. Not to mention the ensuite bathroom: the sink filled up very easily, even just while brushing my teeth. The old-fashioned Jacuzzi tub, with its yellow jets, worked, but I couldn't take the bath I'd have liked due to flooding. Since I was in the last room, I thought taking a bath at night wouldn't bother anyone, as there were no rooms below. But then, due to the overflowing tub, I called reception, no one answered, and I had to send my partner to get help. Upon checkout, the reception manager thought it best to say "sorry" to make us forget all the inconvenience we'd experienced at the start. Having worked as a manager in the industry, I have to say I'm even more disappointed by the lack of consideration than by the obvious structural issues with the hotel.

17/10/2025: Unfortunately, it's the worst place you can go to in Fidenza. We've tried it several times and are always disappointed. Last night we said, "Okay, let's give it one last chance," but as we expected, it wasn't good at all. The chicken was incredibly dry, the ribs rotten, and I'm not kidding, the meat was stale, definitely a few days old and reheated several times. We also ordered a sandwich, and my husband spent the night vomiting. P.S. A friend of mine once found a nail in his tiramisu... Honestly, we don't recommend it.

03/08/2026: A popular spot in the summer for a cool drink. There's no table service for those arriving during happy hour. You have to go to the stand, order, and bring it to your table yourself. Simple wooden tables, plenty of beer, and good music.

27/07/2026: I went there for the first time for a birthday party for one of my son's kindergarten classmates. Nice place; as for the service and food, I can give it an overall positive rating, limited to what I tried at the birthday party (pizza, focaccia). I think I'll be back.

15/02/2026: As soon as I entered the place, there was a strong musty and moldy smell, dirt everywhere, and unprofessional staff who touched the mouth of the bottle with their sleeve and spilled the burns on you when they cleared your plate. Poor food, mediocre coffee, annoying music, a bathroom in a greenhouse, and the sandwich lady didn't know what she had in the pantry. I found a piece of plastic in my piadina. Excessive bill.

18/06/2026: Neapolitan restaurant/pizzeria for truckers very close to the Parma toll booth. Low prices and huge portions. The pasta is al dente, generous, and nice and oily (I like it that way). The side dishes are also plentiful, and the coffee is delicious. The owner isn't particularly friendly, but she certainly knows her job. Unfortunately, pizza wasn't available the night we visited, but I'm sure it's a must!

No customer service and zero professionalism. One of the worst experiences with home delivery. I don't recommend it and will never order again.

After an hour of waiting, without any communication or serious apology, they showed up as if nothing had happened with a Coke, as if that would make up for the wasted time. It was frankly irritating. Of course, I refused. I asked for even the slightest concrete sign of respect, even just a €3 discount, but nothing: total dismissal and indifference. This kind of attitude demonstrates a complete lack of professionalism and respect for the customer. Their time is worthless here. A customer lost forever. Not recommended to anyone who cares even a little about service.
