29/03/2025: I'll start by saying that it takes too long between ordering and the dishes arriving. The service needs to be improved because it is too slow Very good food, fresh, very varied menu Clean environment

07/03/2025: It’s a okay restaurant, the sushi is average, fish was in good quality, but ramen was horrendous, just water and noodles with not spices at all :( A suggestion would be: PLEASE PUT SOME BACKGROUND MUSIC, it is extremely uncomfortable to eat hearing other people or even, ironically, the absolute silence. The place would be 1000 better with some music playing! Great carpaccio and tempura tho!

17/04/2025: Unfortunately it was not a good experience. Nice girl at the table, but endless waiting (weekday lunch with an uncrowded place), absolutely forgettable food quality and inadequate prices.

15/02/2025: Nothing to say! The guy at the place was very kind, the wait was short and the toast is truly toast. Good ingredients, 18x18cm toast, hot and crunchy. Very honest prices, I will definitely return.

13/03/2025: Delusione, leggendo le recensioni abbiamo provato questa trattoria sperando di gustare specialità locali, purtroppo è risultata poco più di una qualsiasi mensa aziendale , ragù annacquato, arrosto duro e stopposo, la cheesecake ghiacciata al centro. Anche il conto non conforme. A Parma c'è sicuramente di meglio. Non lo consiglio.

31/03/2025: Durante un giro in moto con amici abbiamo sostato all'Osteria dei Bassi per un pranzo frugale , pane fatto in casa salumi e formaggi locali davvero eccellenti , tagliatelle al sugo di cinghiale , tortelli al tartufo nero , gnocchi di zucca burro salvia e prosciutto crudo tutto fatto in casa di pregevole qualità . Non posso recensire i secondi piatti in quanto nessuno di noi li ha gustati , ma quello che abbiamo mangiato era davvero tutto buono.

18/12/2024: Bakery with location under the arcades of Via Farini, one of the most famous streets in Parma. I went in and ordered some really good anolini, excellent broth and the anolini were very "tight" as they say in Parma, which means they were al dente. right point Excellent highly recommended

16/05/2025: I bet you've never eaten a pizza like this!!! We happened upon this pizzeria in Fontanellato by chance, after visiting the Rocca. What we found in this restaurant/pizzeria is comparable to Parmigianino's masterpiece; however, the artist, in this case, is called Enzo; or rather: Cavalier Vincenzo Carmine De Santis who, with his mastery in preparing pizza, honors what is called "white art" and brings the name of Italy high in the world. Enzo explained to us that he uses quality raw materials and possibly local, such as the flour that comes from the Molino Figna in Collecchio; he uses little yeast in the dough, but lets it rise for a long time, so as to make it light and digestible. What we appreciated most was the crunchiness of the dough, good and crumbly until the last bite. We have only one regret: not living nearby to be able to come here every now and then to taste this delight. We will definitely be back next time we come to Tabiano for spa treatments. Thanks Enzo!

26/05/2025: I put one star because you can't put less... As for breakfast: packaged croissants, not at all welcoming place, dirty, I won't add anything else... We won't go there again

17/05/2025: A restaurant to pass by several times, the food is good, nothing special but the interior is fantastic, if you want to find an item that you can't find in the shop, it's there.

19/05/2025: amazing piadinas with typical products!!! they completed a wonderful holiday in the beautiful Parma!

26/04/2025: We ordered 2 piadinas, the one with crudo and squaquerone had just a spoonful of squaquerone in the center and nothing more, the other was a crudo with mushroom and truffle cream with parmesan cream. Needless to say, by asking to remove the mushroom cream, the parmesan cream was also taken away!!! I didn't have the patience to go and complain a second time after pointing out that the parmesan cream was missing on the receipt... avoid it

25/05/2025: Perfect place to stop and have a cornetto, cappuccino or caffè. Amazing speciality coffee. One can feel that owner loves what he does 🤩

03/05/2025: I have been going there for over 1 year and have never been treated badly. For me, the pastas are delicious and of high quality. Anyone who claims that you spend so much evidently has no idea how much certain ingredients cost and how long it takes to prepare them, so it would be better to head 50m away and spend 3.50 euros to have a semi-industrial pasta and an espresso coffee made with questionable blends...alternatively Lavazza and Fiesta coffees are always a good option. Furthermore, a little bit of empathy towards those who work hard to offer an excellent quality treat would be appreciated, but instead I have often seen many opinionated people (including families with children who should be kept in their place) who would do polite people a favor by staying at home.

05/05/2025: Siamo stati in questo ristorante per assaggiare la torta fritta, è stata un esperienza davvero goduriosa. Il gnocco fritto o comunemente chiamata nei dintornidi Parma, torta fritta è assolutamente la più buona mai assaggiata nel nostro viaggio in Emilia. I salumi di accompagnamento davvero molto buoni, ottimi i primi ed i secondi preparati con attenzione e dedizione. Personale giovane e molto gentile, siamo stati contenti di essere passati, spero di tornarci nei prossimi viaggi a Parma.

03/05/2025: Siamo stati in questo locale durante un soggiorno a Torrechiara, ristorante onesto con piatti della tradizione, ottimi i taglieri. Personale molto cortese! Prezzi nella media e adeguati al locale!
