The interiors are very nice and the environment is clean, even if there are few seats. Friendly and welcoming staff. A must try for those who love bubble tea.

I love bread and consume it in moderation, mainly for breakfast, but on one condition: that it respects my quality criteria; that is, certified local flours, not very refined, sourdough, long leavening, little salt and ideal cooking (no burnt due to the genotoxic compounds that forced cooking releases). Having made this long premise, I have chosen Alvè for two years now for the professionalism they put into their work. Their bread ticks all my boxes and I highly recommend you try it. It is fragrant, keeps for a long time and gives off an unmistakable scent. All distinctive characteristics of a sourdough leavened bread. I often always want to underline (to those who recommend it) that the microbial activity and the metabolites coming from the secondary metabolism of microorganisms not only improve the nutritional properties of the product, but also the organoleptic ones. In simple terms, it is an easily digestible bread, which does not cause abdominal swelling (I toast it lightly) and is very filling, with the same weight as other commercial breads (also due to the high fiber content). I stayed here at the end of July and in addition to the beauty of the panorama surrounding the farmhouse and the well-kept, clean rooms perfectly in line with the rusticity of the landscape, I was struck by the family that runs the place, so simple and kind, super available for every request. A place to enjoy relaxation, silence and the beauty of Parma's nature, far from the city. I will definitely return and recommend it.

28/09/2024: In a word: indecent. The farm is in an excellent location and enjoys a beautiful view, but the management is terrible. Starting from the dirty rooms, full of cobwebs and only cleaned every 3 days, this does not lay the foundations for a good stay. We stayed in September and it was 17 degrees in the room, when we asked if we could turn on the heating we were told no, so we were left cold for 4 days. The toilet in the room on the ground floor gets clogged using toilet paper, when we pointed out that the toilet was clogged they complained that we were using too much. The proposed solution? Throw toilet paper in the bin. I'll let you imagine the smell since cleaning takes place every three days. Poor breakfast, but above all full of flies. They don't offer a lot of choice and on the other hand they do nothing to protect the food from flies, which feast undisturbed on the cakes. Finally, zero availability. They won't let you enter by car despite a long asphalt driveway, the parking is outside the gate and therefore you have to walk 100 meters carrying your luggage. This wouldn't be a problem, except that we were staying for our wedding. On the day of the wedding the bride had to walk all 100 meters with her dress and shoes in hand (given a rapid descent) to get to the gate. Attempts to convince the intransigent owner to let a car in for a few minutes were useless: he even replied that only disabled people can enter, but only after 10 in the morning. I'll stop here, but I have no idea how anyone could have given more than 1 star to this place.

Servizio davvero scadente.

17/03/2025: Mi fermo in questa pasticceria solo perché obbligata in quanto l'altra presente in paese è al momento chiusa per restauro altrimenti avrei evitato perché ho già avuto esperienze negative. ordino un orzo piccolo ma piccolo non si può perché la miscela è particolare......e una brioche.....totale euro 5,40!!!!! Allucinante, questi sono prezzi da grandi città non da piazzetta in un paesino di provincia Evidentemente i programmi televisivi danno alla testa Niente da dire sulla qualità delle brioche, so che sono buonissime, ma i prezzi proprio no. 11/03/2025: I bought the birthday cake here for my mother, who eats gluten-free. It presented very well visually whilst clearly being handcrafted. It was a fairly simple cake in terms of recipe, cocoa sponge cake with two layers of cream, one pistachio and one chocolate, covered in cream and decorated with personalized writing. Much to the surprise of all of us who ate it, the cake was delicious, considering it is gluten and lactose free, it is one of the best bought-out cakes we have ever eaten. Balanced in taste, not too sugary and light. A marvel, and the correct price. I ended up here by mistake because I thought I was coming from Al Caruso, well... it was one of the best mistakes of my life :) I'll be back soon for my birthday to do an encore.

19/11/2024: Two weeks ago I ordered a cake (example photo above) the day before collection they sent me a photo of the finished cake (photo below) as you can clearly see the writing is not centered and the letters are all smudged. I later asked if it was possible to fix it as soon as the photo was sent to me without receiving any response, consequently I asked to remove them completely since it is unacceptable for a pastry shop to deliver such a product, especially for an important occasion. I went to the pastry shop to collect it and the staff was not cooperative towards me. They patronized me as if I had no reason to complain. I took up the review made by another customer and saw myself in what he wrote.

Anche il conto non conforme. A Parma c'è sicuramente di meglio. Non lo consiglio.
