19/06/2025: I often go to this pastry shop, but lately it has been disappointing me a bit.... Leaving aside the thousands of flies that fly on the food which is disgusting.... But the heat???? No air conditioning, customers who gasp, the barmaids (who are exceptional, both at work and with the customers) have sweat dripping from their foreheads, and they are really very kind! But working like this must be hell, not even if they were in a factory! The products remain good, too bad that with this heat they also suffer a lot, sour cream, soft puff pastry, brown cooked ham.... if I were them I would turn on the air conditioning. To be avoided with this season we will see each other again this winter!

19/08/2025: The service and rooms were truly awful. I will never stay there again.

11/08/2025: Unfortunately, we had an unpleasant experience even though Booking.com had given us availability. When we arrived at the hotel, seeing as we were practically there, the receptionist told us there were no rooms. We showed her that she had availability, perhaps suggesting we correct it, but she totally ignored it and sent it to us at 4:00 PM. Around 8:00 PM, we checked more out of curiosity, and the room was still available. They're not very serious about their work, it's a shame.

18/06/2025: It promised very well until the welcome entrée but then the quality of the dishes turned out to be far below expectations... disappointed, disappointed even by the dessert. We won't be back

18/06/2025: I had pizza here today, the order was ready quickly, maybe in less than 10 minutes. The worker was very friendly, the pizza was delicious, the dough was nicely baked and crispy. At the end, the worker treated me to a watermelon 🙂

07/06/2025: Now they said they would give me the pizza at 6.20pm and at 9.10pm they still haven't delivered it to me, I'm very disappointed

24/03/2025: Ho provato tanti ristoranti nella mia breve vita, ma è la prima volta che dopo aver finito di mangiare ed essere arrivato in cassa, vengo rimandato a sedere come nemmeno si farebbe con i nostri amici a quattro zampe. Una volta tornato al tavolo con i miei amici abbiamo dovuto attendere, con giacche, cuffie e ombrelli il cameriere per il conto. Volevamo pagare alla romana e ci viene chiesto a noi di fare il calcolo. Facciamo gentilmente il calcolo per lui e dopo aver detto la cifra, lui tira fuori il suo smartphone per verificare che avessimo detto la cifra esatta. Ovviamente era corretta. Pago in contanti e mi dice che il resto lo avrei dovuto ritirare alla cassa. Scene che nemmeno in Stanlio e Ollio ho mai visto. Dopo questo trattamento sicuramente non metteremo mai più piede in questo ristorante.

03/05/2025: I have been going there for over 1 year and have never been treated badly. For me, the pastas are delicious and of high quality. Anyone who claims that you spend so much evidently has no idea how much certain ingredients cost and how long it takes to prepare them, so it would be better to head 50m away and spend 3.50 euros to have a semi-industrial pasta and an espresso coffee made with questionable blends...alternatively Lavazza and Fiesta coffees are always a good option. Furthermore, a little bit of empathy towards those who work hard to offer an excellent quality treat would be appreciated, but instead I have often seen many opinionated people (including families with children who should be kept in their place) who would do polite people a favor by staying at home.

13/07/2025: Locale nel centro di Fontannellato a pochi passi dalla splendida rocca. Locale, almeno all'esterno non particolarmente attraente. Cucina del territorio con menù limitato. Abbiamo preso torta fritta con affettati, tortelli di asinella e tortelli di culatello, sorbetto. Tutto buono, nota speciale per i tortelli di asinella che abbiamo trovato ottimi. Prezzo onesto

18/05/2025: Ubicato nel centro del borgo, a due passi dal castello, la location è gradevole. Abbiamo pranzato nella sala rossa, con soffitto alto, ben arredata con uno stile che richiama un bar di teatro. Buono il culatello, ma i tortelli ai funghi molto modesti, con un ripieno quasi insapore, conditi con funghi tritati duri e gommosi, dal sapore incerto, tutto molto sapido. Tra l’alteo il piatto era freddo e i tortelli appena tiepidi. Disattento il servizio.

12/07/2025: I had lunch here and the experience was truly awful!!!!!!!!! Long wait times and, forget about it, the service... indescribable! 2 set menus for €17 per person: the first consisted of 10 half-sized penne pastas with no sauce and the second consisted of 2 almost invisible pieces of pork so tough it stayed in my stomach all day.... Moral of the story, we left hungry! I should also add that the €17 only includes water, and if you want wine you have to pay separately. One of the worst trattorias in the area! Never again!
