25/01/2026: You can buy a salami and be charged 30 cents for a paper bag with their logo!!!!!????? 🤬 The same thing had already happened at the Noceto store, and then there were not one salami but several!!!!! Made a review at the time.... Repetita iuvant!!!! Not to mention (it happened a while ago) the cheese was packaged on a greasy work surface and when I got home I had to change the packaging since it was a gift!!!🤬 We're not there...... Absolutely not!

25/01/2026: I hope it was a fluke, because on Tuesday evening... but shrimp cooked in salt from frozen and with uncleaned guts shouldn't be served. If they weren't ready on the line, it's better to say they're sold out. Friendly service, quiet atmosphere. I'll be back to try something else. No hard feelings.

28/03/2025: Business lunch for three, we shared a plate of prosciutto with schiacciatina and then a "light" dish each (in my case, raw artichoke and parmesan salad), and drank water. Everything was good, the service was very attentive and courteous, and well-timed, and the atmosphere was pleasant, well-kept, and clean, but over €100 for three is definitely too much for a vegetable dish each.
16/03/2025: A small restaurant, excellent pizza, but disappointing service.
Unfortunately, the experience was marred by the waitress's behavior: while I was still eating, she proceeded to clear the table and asked only my companion if he wanted to continue with something else, without waiting for me to finish my pizza, completely ignoring me. After that, we never saw her again. We would have preferred dessert, coffee, or other options. A real shame, as the quality of the food deserves more attentive and respectful service.

20/03/2026: A lovely traditional trattoria with excellent service and very friendly staff, ready to accommodate every request. This trattoria often hosts events like boiled meat evening, risotto tours, and more. I go there often and will continue to do so. The food is highly rated and of excellent quality.
08/03/2026: AWFUL GUSTARISO experience
The rice was overcooked and salty, unworthy of the event. This place doesn't do justice to such a high-quality product. I wouldn't go back. If you look at the Instagram photos of the dishes at the event, they don't match the reality.

30/12/2025: The atmosphere is very basic, but it's in line with takeout pizzerias. The pizza is very good, and I always go there when I come to Parma.
26/10/2025: The pizza is almost awful... they look like piadinas with toppings on top, the margherita almost seemed like a frozen one from the supermarket, expensive for the quality it offers... I haven't tried the panzerotti

08/10/2025: Discovered by chance while driving to the Salti di Diavolo on the way back to Parma. A wonderful place for a quick break with a glass of wine 🍷 or something... if everything's as good as the bruscette, then congratulations... highly recommended if it's on your route.

12/11/2025: This morning I stopped for breakfast, a cream croissant and cappuccino. Too bad the cream croissant was empty. After reporting the matter to the barista, she "told me" we'll report it.
But I wonder: how come you don't apologize, or at least change it? Am I an idiot?
Point two: are you going to charge me for a filled croissant too?
Come on, please, I'll just stay away from it.
