24/01/2025: Andiamo in questo locale il giorno di Sant'Ilario, locale deserto, come tutta Parma d'altronde. Chiediamo qualcosa da bere dopo una giornata di lavoro, quindi ordiniamo birra e cocktail. Chiediamo se fosse possibile avere qualcosa da mangiare come accompagnamento, ma il cameriere ci guarda come se avessimo chiesto il fondo cassa e ci risponde NO. Dopo pochi minuti lo stesso cameriere torna e ci spegne anche la lampada riscaldante posta fuori.

03/01/2025: Ristorante carino, in pieno centro città, ampio all'interno, si mangia bene al prezzo giusto. Ampiamente consigliato

15/04/2025: Was here with my family on a weekday. The menu was very limited and the restaurant was full of workers eating menu fisso. The quality of the food was good but the limited selection was a drawback. The dessert menu was full and of great quality.

03/01/2025: Ordinati 5 panettoni (non solo il classico ) pagati 43 € l’uno ,In parte da regalare e in parte da consumare . Apriamo il primo ed era totalmente secco,duro ,per niente alveolato. La speranza era che fosse solo quello lì ,ma a distanza di giorni ci arrivano i feedback da chi li aveva ricevuti in regalo ed erano tutti pessimi . Allego L ultimo ,corredato da chat e foto .

16/02/2025: TO AVOID! We ordered appetizers for which we waited 15/20 minutes and then the first courses, that is tagliolini with meat sauce and spaghetti with parmesan and ham for which we waited about (and I'm not exaggerating) an hour and a half. I underline that the long times in the kitchen were not communicated to us in any way before we sat down. Worst point, the fact that no one ever stopped by to apologize or explain the situation. I would like to say that with this long wait we ate well but unfortunately the food was decidedly below average, poorly cooked, the pasta was overcooked and tasteless.

25/01/2025: Excellent ice cream shop a couple of kilometers from the center of Parma. Lots of flavors to choose from, many of which are really elaborate. Among these I tried the pistachio cremino, meringue cream and salted caramel. All three were really good and the ice cream was nice and creamy. Average quality/price ratio, I would have preferred a little more ice cream in the cup.

15/03/2025: The Maximilian bar/pastry shop is a lovely place to stop. The service is friendly and professional and the coffee really good. The environment is not huge but welcoming for sure. All in all the opinion is very positive although there is always room for improvement. I recommend a visit without a doubt.

22/02/2025: At the beginning they were a symbol of quality and freshness, in the last 3 years they are increasingly pitiful ‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️ They put the stuff back in the window for 2-3 days until some idiot buys it. All the last times it has happened either brioche, or a small pizza with hard dough, or a sandwich with smelly cooked food, which is therefore old from the day before, as it happens. ALWAYS for this aspect I have also heard from other customers of theirs with businesses that sourced from them, they said that it often happened that they found some OLD brioche from the day before. ‼️‼️‼️‼️ Luckily there are other options in the area where you ONLY need FRESH STUFF in the morning. Too bad, due to this lack of seriousness I would say that they are TO BE AVOIDED. ‼️‼️

17/08/2024: Pizza was not that good. The dough did not rise properly and was very oily. We took the take-away half meter pizzas and got quite small pizzas. Everything was very expensive carried out to other pizzerias around the city, absolutely do not recommend

23/02/2025: Pranzo di coppia abbiamo preso una ottima selezione di salumi e poi due buoni primi piatti e i dessert , durata del Pranzo un 45 minuti poi ci siamo alzati per andare a pagare alla cassa … ebbene siamo stati rimandati al posto dicendo che sarebbero passati loro con il conto ed il Pos …. Da allora sono passati 30 minuti da che potessimo pagare ed andare , silurati con un semplice scusate per l’attesa … 30 minuti Solo PER PAGARE IL CONTO ??? in un Ristorante con un tale blasone sono cose che non dovrebbero accadere … !!!!!

09/02/2025: Solitamente non scrivo recensioni ma la torta fritta “ terribile “ che ho mangiato oggi richiede il consiglio di rivedere la ricetta o di affidare questo compito a qualcuno che lo sappia fare meglio! A Parma la torta fritta è sacra: tale deve rimanere

28/01/2025: Ho conosciuto per caso questo locale, portato dal mio amico e collega Luigi. Ho scoperto una location giovane, dinamica, alla moda e soprattutto allegra dove la prima regola è la qualità dei prodotti e la seconda l'attenzione al cliente. Andrea poi è una persona stupenda, si mette a disposizione per accontentare la clientela e ti mette a proprio agio. Esperienza da ripetere la prox volta che dovessi capitare a Parma Andrea mi inviti?
