22/12/2024: Sorry but I have never seen so many customers at Progetto Latte, like this Christmas! Management at the highest levels! I see customers leaving Progetto Latte with satisfied smiles! Well deserved success!!! Well done Nic!!!

15/07/2025: Mrs. Rita is friendly and attentive, but the food isn't up to par: let's start with the appetizer of cured meats and pickles. In Emilia, cured meats are a religion, but here neither the salami nor the coppa were up to par; only the prosciutto crudo was. The pickles, alas, were just industrially produced. The same goes for the Gorgonzola gnocchi, which you'd expect to be homemade and topped with Gorgonzola, but were actually packaged (with Gorgonzola filling) similar to those at the discount store. The food isn't up to par! But I'll try again to confirm and review my impressions. I'm sorry, but courtesy and friendliness (not always a given) are unfortunately not enough if the basics of the food are lacking.

24/03/2025: Mangiare al Cavallino Bianco è sempre una esperienza bellissima perché è come ritornare bambina e ricordare certi sapori che ormai è difficile trovare. Il culatello il prosciutto, lo strolghino , la spalla cotta, la loro giardiniera sono piatti superlativi, per non parlare dei tagliolini al burro di Vacche Rosse con il culatello , i secondi ricchi di gusto,I dolci ottimi insomma provare per credere! La gentilezza del proprietario è innata e quindi ti senti veramente a casa di amici. Non vedo l’ora di tornarci.

05/06/2025: Every time we go to visit my university son in Parma, we stop for breakfast at this bar: a wide selection of brioches, donuts, croissants, puff pastries, etc., excellent coffee and latte macchiato (more abundant than all the bars in the same area), excellent prices and fast, practical, kind and...cute girls! There are tables both outside and inside Highly recommended

01/06/2025: Nice atmosphere, and fast service, the cappuccino was not good and also with very bitter sugar, the food on the other hand was good, there is a not very wide choice but good.

23/07/2025: Nice place with a lot of variety of food. This is not a "gluten free restaurant" but they offer pizza with gluten free base.

19/03/2025: Fixed menu after an event, very good ravioli and obviously Parma cold cuts. In the morning coffee in a paper cup which I deplore.

03/06/2025: Sabato scorso siamo andati a Parma a trovare dei nostri amici che ci hanno portato in questo localino intimo, ma stupendo. Abbiamo mangiato fuori e abbiamo preso 3 antipasti: una torta salata con i carciofi, uno sformato al parmigiano e un formaggio caprino e marmellata di fichi. Già qui si vola alto 🤩. Poi noi, sotto consiglio della mia migliore amica, abbiamo preso gli gnocchi alla lavanda (super consigliati) e tagliolini al limone (anche questi molto buoni) . Poi abbiamo diviso due arrosti della settimana (maialino con una composta di prugne) ed infine i dolci (noi volevamo il gelato alle rose, ma ahimè l'avevan finito), abbiamo preso tutto il resto che c'era sul menù 🤣. Io ho preso il cioccorì (riso soffiato al cioccolato) e ammetto che era buono si, ma l'ho trovato particolarmente duro da masticare! Ad un certo punto mi faceva male la mandibola. Rimane il fatto che ci torneremo ad assaggiare anche il gelato alla lavanda 🥰

27/04/2025: Ai piedi del castello di Tabiano, non proprio comodo da raggiungere, questo locale consigliatoci è stata una ottima scelta. Ambiente intimo e caloroso, ben curato e con ottimo servizio. Abbiamo gustato dapprima degli affettati misti gustosissimi e li abbiamo fatti seguire da zuppa di legumi e coppa di maialino con potate al forno : piacere puro per il palato. Al posto del dolce abbiamo preferito delle scaglie di parmigiano stagionato e abbiamo pasteggiato bevendo una ottima bottiglia di gutturnio. Bravi ed onesti con il conto.

09/02/2025: Although the food wasn't bad I'm not convinced. Very skimpy vegetarian proposals, when we asked to replace the fassona with a bruschetta for cheese we were told no and that the chef should have studied the proposal. At the end of the evening we spent 55 euros for 4 glasses of wine (pretty good but nothing much than 6 euros per glass), a bruschetta with cherry tomatoes (10 euros) and a platter with 8 small pieces of cheese which, all things considered, weren't bad (16 euros). In conclusion, although the food wasn't stellar, we didn't have a bad evening. I rate three stars for the effort and hoping for greater availability for the next times.

22/06/2025: the "waitress" really rude, surly, very shameful this service, and instead of understanding the customers the dear young lady only goes against them, there are ways and ways to respond, and this great LADY really sucked. I'm sorry for the place but it doesn't even deserve a star!!!!!!!! NEVER AGAIN

07/04/2025: We stop for an aperitif but the aromas have the merit of taking us back to the classic trattorias of the past where good food was king. Place with a bar, meeting place for the few inhabitants for a game of cards and a good glass of wine. Cibtorno to try the cuisine and then I'll tell you Meanwhile NOSTALGIA CANAGLIA

09/08/2025: I went to this place for lunch on a Saturday with a friend. We ate very well: the fritto misto and the delicious scialatielli allo scoglio (seafood scialatielli) were absolutely delicious. The place is intimate and welcoming. On a negative note: the waitress seemed unprofessional and unfriendly.

06/04/2025: My wife and I were in this bar this morning passing through after a tour that visited various towns in the province of Parma. To be honest it didn't affect us that much. The desserts were not very fresh and the coffee was mediocre. However, the kindness of the manager is unquestionable. Rating 5

05/06/2025: One of the best pizzas I've had in all of Parma. The food is completely homemade, and the staff is friendly and hardworking. Highly recommended if you're looking for a cozy, family-friendly atmosphere.
