28/09/2025: A trattoria nestled in the Fidenza countryside, it features a lovely garden and a few animals, convenient parking, and seating on the outdoor veranda. The cured meats and torta fritta are delicious, as are the tagliatelle with mushrooms, and the grilled meats. Fast service and friendly, helpful staff, though prices are a bit high.

02/08/2025: Evening aperitif in Parma's historic center at this venue, which also offers outdoor seating. Service is rather slow, the cocktails are passable but nothing special, and the aperitif is served with a measly bowl of chips and two mini bruschettas. Definitely not a place I'd recommend for an aperitif.

03/08/2025: We tried to make a reservation this evening and for the second time we received questionable answers. The first time we were told not to arrive at 9:00 PM because the management had to go to bed early, and the second time we asked if there was room, we called around 7:00 PM for 8:00 PM, and we were given a confusing answer that they didn't have one. Leaving aside other details! I have nothing to say about the cuisine, which is high quality, but regarding customer service, I have something to say. Furthermore, I believe that making a customer feel appreciated and warmly welcomed is the first step towards a long-lasting relationship. And finally, regardless of whether someone might not have a table, there are polite ways to let the customer know. We will definitely return because the cuisine deserves it; we hope to find a more welcoming atmosphere. Thank you.

18/06/2025: The Cafeteria: a lot of attention to the product, I have breakfast there every now and then: TOPPERIA!!! ILLY point convinced (I prefer the Lavazza school, but you have to recognize excellence, when I find it) Good level Enobar, I reserve the right to discover the place in the evening. 5 stars deserved, for now.

11/10/2025: We discovered this gem thanks to the Feast of San Donnino, the patron saint of Fidenza. The staff at Trattoria La Boschina welcomed us with open arms for dinner (despite the late hour and the nearby hubbub) and truly pampered us. The sparkling Lambrusco wine was delicious. The anolini in brodo were amazing. And for those of you who aren't dessert lovers, you'll change your mind. We tried the zuppa inglese, the apple tart, and the pear cooked in wine—unforgettable. Thank you, La Boschina! We'll definitely be back.

05/10/2025: One of my favorite places in the Parma province, where you can find traditional cuisine made with high-quality ingredients and excellent pizza. The service is highly professional, the atmosphere simple and informal, and overall pleasant, although it could use a bit of a makeover.

24/09/2025: We stumbled upon it by chance with a craving for mushrooms. I'm sorry, but the food wasn't good at all, not to mention the exorbitant price compared to the poor quality. The fried mushrooms were too salty, the tagliatelle tasted like noodles, embarrassing... even more, my son threw up the potato tortelli, which were fried and had no potatoes. The only positive note was the very professional waitress with short hair and glasses. Anyway, never again.

31/10/2025: Excellent trattoria, with fabulous cured meats, cheeses, and fried gnocchi. Reasonably priced.

26/10/2025: THE BEST VALUE FOR MONEY. A simple, clean trattoria, perfect for a lunch with family or friends. I took my colleagues from Milan and my kids there. The complete antipasto is wonderful, featuring sweet and sour vegetables, Parmigiano Reggiano, Gorgonzola, a mix of four top sauces—the green one and the pepper one—assorted cured meats, and superb coppa and culatello. The noteworthy first courses are the agnolini in brodo and the ravioli d'erbetta. To finish, the pistachio tiramisu, which was off the menu yesterday.

30/07/2025: I always stop here when I'm passing through, whether for breakfast or lunch. A welcoming place, very kind and cheerful staff, and the food is excellent.

01/10/2025: The place has a very rustic atmosphere, with an open kitchen. The piadina tastes good, but its composition is a bit sloppy: it's folded haphazardly, and many of the ingredients end up falling out, leaving only the empty piadina in some places. It's possible to have it exchanged, but for such minor defects, it doesn't make much sense. With a little more attention to detail, it could be truly excellent.

28/09/2025: Delicious piadina, you can customize it however you like. It's close to the cinema, so it's perfect for a quick dinner. Excellent ingredients and reasonable prices. Highly recommended!
