What a lovely oasis to unwind after walking for miles on the Via Francigena. Oliviero is so friendly to all the guests, truly top-notch service! I had the gnocchi for lunch, highly recommended.

Very friendly, even to pilgrims.
Although I didn't eat anything, he brought me a pilgrim's stamp and pilgrim's book.

We wanted a simple, local trattoria, and we found it. If you're looking for a restaurant where you can eat cheaply, with lots of research and photos for Instagram, and a bald man, this isn't the place for you.
The service and the welcoming atmosphere were excellent.

I hadn't been here for years, and I was wrong.
Lo Scoiattolo remains a benchmark for traditional cuisine.
It's worth traveling from the Fidenza toll booth to come and taste the best the area has to offer.
Service and friendliness are top notch.

We had lunch here on a Sunday in December on the recommendation of a friend. The place is pleasant and relaxing, with a lovely fireplace. The classic Parma menu is well-stocked and expertly prepared. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the price is definitely fair. Highly recommended.

Traditional cuisine, good cured meats, superb anolini, the second course was wild boar with polenta and I wasn't thrilled, it was mushy, homemade cake, it could have been done better
