01/05/2025: Pessima esperienza culinaria: location completamente da rinnovare, servizio non qualificabile, menù casalingo apprezzabile sulla carta ma mal eseguito ( per esempio i miei tortelli erano stracotti) ed infine rapporto qualità prezzo nemmeno valutabile in quanto è stato quantificato un forfettario di 35 euro a testa anche per le bambine o per coloro che hanno ordinato una sola portata! Dopo aver pagato ho fatto comunque i miei complimenti al gestore perché riesce a rimanere aperto coprendo evidentemente i costi con i ricavi, in quanto in Lunigiana, a parità di condizioni, il locale sarebbe chiuso! Forza e coraggio! Potete solo migliorare!

09/03/2025: friendly staff. However, I went last weekend for an aperitif with my partner. We have noticed that the amount of alcohol in cocktails has drastically decreased, practically absent. I would recommend adding the right amount. Putting a few teaspoons less to save a few bucks isn't worth it in the end

21/04/2025: Abbiamo ordinato per le 20:00, chiamo alle 20:30 per chiedere come fosse la situazione e se stessero per arrivare (40 minuti di ritardo totale) e la risposta è stata “Ascolta ragazzino stanno uscendo adesso”. Di una maleducazione assurda. Sconsiglio pienamente considerando che ci sono altre pizzerie più disponibili ed educati.

24/03/2025: Mangiare al Cavallino Bianco è sempre una esperienza bellissima perché è come ritornare bambina e ricordare certi sapori che ormai è difficile trovare. Il culatello il prosciutto, lo strolghino , la spalla cotta, la loro giardiniera sono piatti superlativi, per non parlare dei tagliolini al burro di Vacche Rosse con il culatello , i secondi ricchi di gusto,I dolci ottimi insomma provare per credere! La gentilezza del proprietario è innata e quindi ti senti veramente a casa di amici. Non vedo l’ora di tornarci.

02/01/2025: Abbiamo pranzato al Cavallino Bianco proprio ieri per festeggiare il nuovo anno. Era da tempo che non andavamo e devo ammettere che è stato davvero un gradito ritorno. I locale è curato e il padrone di casa è stato davvero molto accogliente: in primis con i nostri due cani che si sono trovati oltre a due ciotole con acqua fresca anche due cadeaux speciali! Sono quelle "carezze" che ti fanno subito entrare in empatia con il ristorante. Per quanto riguarda le pietanze abbiamo spaziato dai salumi (strolghino, culatelli, spalla cotta e prosciutto crudo) e ovviamente giardiniera, ai classici anolini, ai secondi tradizionali come il guanciale e la punta di vitello. Il tutto accompagnato dallo Strologo Brut Metodo Classico, vino davvero notevole. Che dire se non: GRAZIE!

07/05/2025: Da evitare cucina tipica della val Ceno distrutta, sugo bruciato, tagliere di formaggi 12 euro per un pezzetto di stracchino, un pezzetto di mozzarella, pezzetto di formaggio tipo Brie, da evitare. Attesa 45 minuti per essere serviti, personale non simpatico. segnalerò il vissuta a Valentina che vuole rilanciare il turismo in Valle... e naturalmente conto molto elevato ...

When ordering I asked the waiter, a middle-aged man, who I assume is the owner of the place, if I could try a sip of beer to decide whether to order that or another type. He told me that a sip of beer costs €1 each. Then when I got the bill I asked for the invoice but, again, he replied that he issues invoices for a minimum amount of €100 because, according to him, he has an old computer and has them prepared by an accountant who asks him for €13 for each invoice. I don't agree with charging €1 for a sip of beer but it is still a commercial choice and the owner is free to choose how to manage his (I assume) place. But the minimum spending limit for the invoice is illegitimate. Everyone can make their own assessments. For me, a terrible experience and for his image given to the customer. He doesn't deserve to work. See you never again!
