03/08/2026: Summer Monday evening, excellent Chinese first courses, decent sushi, a bit of a wait but it was worth it, serious and courteous staff, we will definitely be back.

23/07/2026: The sushi is fresh and well-made. The fish melts in your mouth, and the rice has just the right consistency. You can taste the quality ingredients. The ramen has a hot, flavorful broth, and the noodles are cooked to perfection. The ingredients are plentiful and tasty. The staff and service are all kind and smiling. They are attentive and discreet.

21/07/2026: I'm truly outraged. We entered the ice cream shop at 9:40 PM today, July 21, 2026, when it's open until midnight. There were absolutely no other customers; it was just us and two staff members (a blond, curly-haired boy and a blonde girl). As soon as we entered, we were pressured to order. My children were simply trying to choose their ice cream flavor and kept hearing, "What are you getting? Come on..." This was rude, impolite, and completely inappropriate behavior. If a place is open, customers have every right to take a few minutes to choose, without being treated like a nuisance. It's even worse when children are involved. Unfortunately, this isn't the first time we've experienced such a reception at this ice cream shop. It's always with these people. Politeness and respect for customers should come first.

10/05/2026: I came yesterday for the tour and tasting. It was all very pleasant, although perhaps some of the details were a bit too specific. I'm not giving it 5 stars because at the end of the tour I ordered some beers, and when I opened them at home I realized that instead of two Belgian tripels, I was given two blanches, which I don't drink, by the way.

30/05/2026: When I enter Battistini's, I always feel like I'm finding one of the finest expressions of Parma's confectionery tradition: carefully crafted products, quality ingredients, and that neighborhood pastry shop atmosphere that's increasingly rare these days.

14/02/2026: A unique display of rudeness among baristas. I've never walked into a bar, had breakfast, and been scolded in front of other customers for leaving my cups on the table. I was told in a rude and arrogant tone that she wasn't a server and that I should put my cups back on the counter because they weren't serving me. I'll be giving bad publicity!
