Friendly staff, excellent flavors but definitely not light. I tried the peach and rose and it was a truly wonderful discovery! I'll be back.

Very good ice cream and friendly staff

Creamy ice cream with a wide variety of flavors. Great value, and the staff is very friendly and patient even if you don't speak Italian. It's one of the best ice creams I've had in Parma; it's worth the time and money it takes to get there.

Many flavours, the peculiarity that I love about Gioelia is the possibility of having liquid chocolate in the bottom of the cone, milk or dark, which flows visibly from two fountains. It has many ready-made cakes, chocolate-covered waffles, hazelnut cream, ice cream or semifreddos in single-portion glass cups, original ingredients (such as hazelnuts from Piedmont, pistachios from Bronte) that make the ice cream excellent. I highly recommend it and go there often, it's worth traveling many kilometers to taste all their particularities. Outside and inside you can sit on benches and small logs.
