One customer (a typical "man" in a leather jacket, clearly having a midlife crisis, who walks around like they were 17; shame he was over 60) was in such a hurry that I said, "It's Saturday, you go out with the girl for ice cream, you have to bother the person who's working?" Anyway, he started complaining disrespectfully about the wait, completely disregarding the work the staff were doing. Despite this, one of the staff remained calm, smiling, and completely professional, serving him without losing her composure. Truly admirable behavior, which deserves recognition.
