18/05/2026: There were 30 of us, including parents and children, who were there for a sports competition. We were immediately greeted with unacceptable faces and grimaces from the waiters. We were given looks that I had never seen before that day. The waiter who served us had inappropriate attitudes. I'm sorry to write this because the food overall was good, except for the mixed omelette. The rest of the restaurant was clean and beautiful.
01/05/2026: From my experience, I don't understand the negative reviews. We had a good meal, and it was plentiful. They didn't try to overcharge us; in fact, they "limited" us because they knew we were over-ordering. The staff was kind; they made a minor mistake and corrected one pizza at their own expense. They were patient and let us celebrate well past opening time. We'll definitely be back.

06/06/2026: I'll describe my experience... I have breakfast there, and I often go there for lunch for work.
They treat me very well, they're very kind to everyone.
I like lunch with combinations that make a great first course, main courses, sandwiches, etc.
etc.
Prices vary, but it's worth it.
There's a large parking lot next to the restaurant!!

21/03/2026: I stop here a few times to eat. Besides the usual sandwiches you might find at a bar, they serve real food, quite generously, at reasonable prices. I often order a nice plate of Cantonese rice.
The bathrooms are always clean. The atmosphere is clean, though a little dated.

08/05/2026: The right place for a fixed menu lunch at 16 euros, for workers and any other people, with a wide variety of first courses, second courses and side dishes from the buffet... Open for lunch from Monday to Friday..... Friday lunch with fish always from the fixed menu at 17 euros.... Generous and high quality portions... If you are in the area it is the ideal place for a lunch characterised by authenticity..... Kind and attentive staff... Compliments to Mrs. Bianca and all the staff.... Promoted with full marks....!!!!

15/05/2026: Negative experience. A bad smell in the room forced me to keep the window open constantly. The receptionist was very rude and inappropriate (a shame, because another of his colleagues was very kind). I had a very good opinion of this hotel chain. I will never set foot in there again.
13/05/2026: A Best Western just outside Parma's city center. The rooms are typical of the chain: elegant, business-friendly, and clean. The breakfast is very varied (sweet and savory), and Greek yogurt is also available. The only downside is the coffee, which is of very poor quality.
There's also a free charging station and ample parking.

After seating us, they began serving us a menu of their choice without showing it to us or even explaining what it included.
The cold cuts weren't delicious, two banal first courses that I could easily make at home, and a paltry dessert.
The water was obviously warm from the tap and two glasses of wine.
Total: €74 for two people.
During lunch, we even asked the young waitress about the menu, but poor thing, she couldn't give us any information and told us to ask the older lady, probably the owner.
Very, very disappointing!

20/05/2026: What can I say? I was randomly searching for a place to eat in Busseto and I came across this place. What can I say? The welcome was excellent, the waiters were very kind and the food was more than good. If I were to ever be in the area again, I would definitely return.

They also stock homemade products like fresh pasta, etc.
Spacious, with plenty of seating, and friendly staff.
Prices are reasonable for savory items.
23/10/2025: One of the best places in Parma and its province for breakfast, an aperitif, or a lunch break! Alberto's pala romana is highly recommended. A must-try!
