09/12/2024: I had contacted them to find out what is used to replace sugar and was told to go to the store. I didn't think it was such secret information. It's not my choice that I have to be careful and I don't come to the store for simple information.

21/12/2024: Osteria storica. Sono riusciti a mantenere una altissima qualità senza esagerare troppo con i prezzi come spesso accade in altri posti simili. Le ragazze in sala bravissime e gentili. Abbiamo preso antipasto di prosciutto e torta fritta. Prosciutto da volare via e torta fritta buonissima e non pesante.porzioni giuste. Abbiamo poi preso anolini in brodo (da 10) gnocchi molto buoni e un filetto spettacolare. Per finire non poteva mancare il.gelato fatto da loro....indescrivibile.....da provare è basta. Conto giusto e che dire? Bisogna tornare al più presto.

12/12/2024: Typical place, welcoming and friendly staff! Quick service, delicious cured meats as well as the first courses... we didn't take the second course because we were full! The only "negative" note was that the chocolate cake with a soft center did not have a soft center and was very "dry", perhaps cooked a little too much but still had a good flavour. We will definitely return and recommend it to anyone visiting Parma

01/01/2025: Trattoria from whose terrace you can admire an enchanting panorama just as its cuisine is enchanting. From the appetizer to the dessert, every dish is a pleasure for the palate. We chose the tasting menu and it included Parma ham, Felino salami, Parma cup with 24 month old Parmesan flakes and warm artichoke puff pastry and cooked shoulder as a starter. First course: herb tortelli and chestnut tortelli with butter and parmesan (the latter was not on the menu). As a second course: baked pork neck with roasted potatoes and veal fillet with roasted potatoes (the latter was off the menu and both melted in your mouth!). For desserts: walnut cake with mascarpone and coffee, chocolate turret and cake with pomegranate sauce. The staff is top notch so in conclusion I really think we'll see each other again!

20/12/2024: Historic place on the Feline hills. Good quality traditional cuisine but very small doses. If you're hungry, go to another place, if you want to impress your girlfriend on a diet, that's fine. I would like to point out the herb tortelli, of great quality. The gnocchi with pistachio cream and speck are also excellent. Chocolate pudding good but nothing memorable. Medium-high prices, high if you consider the quantity of portions.

23/12/2024: A wonderful discovery, this delicious restaurant, or rather, this "house" on the outskirts of Parma; c falls in love at the first meeting. Typical Parma dishes with a notable choice even outside the menu, in fact, I loved the prawns in kataifi paste. Well done 😊

23/08/2024: Everything was amazing. Seriously. Got into town and thought “lemme eat this hotel food and go to bed the I’ll go get a real Parma meal tomorrow.” Well, this was amazing and wonderful all around. Stay at this hotel and eat their food. Can’t wait for tomorrow now!

28/12/2024: We spent two nights at ACP. Stellar restaurant (no pun intended), and great service all around. It really left a mark in our hearts and palates. Truly unique, and a must-try for the pork lovers from across the globe.

14/12/2024: What can I say, everything was perfect, excellent food, super service, kind guys. The best place to get the best news in the world. Grandparents, we are becoming grandparents for the fifth time. Super emotion.

02/12/2024: The Maison is a security. When you want to eat good Parma cuisine but in a more refined and refined mood than the classic taverns, this is the perfect place. Tried several times for both lunch and dinner, always excellent food of excellent quality, crowned by an always very kind and attentive service. This time we went knowing that there was a boiled meat trolley, already tried last year and really excellent. As always, don't miss their cream ice cream as a dessert, also perfect with hot chocolate cake or hot pancakes.

15/11/2024: Restaurant a little difficult to notice but definitely a stop to make when passing through Borgotaro. Excellent and well-prepared dishes, fresh porcini mushrooms and today we were lucky enough to also find the limited edition white truffle. The artisan desserts are also a spectacle, absolutely worth trying. Prices a little high but adequate for the quality of the food, friendly and approachable staff. We will definitely be back.
