15/11/2025: A pleasant evening and very good food. The restaurant is beautifully presented, and all the staff are friendly and helpful. Luigi is top-notch! He's attentive to service and the needs of even the littlest guests! I highly recommend Ritual!

20/09/2025: Popped in for lunch on Friday at noon. Each dish was a work of art. We had gnocchi with snails, tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms (in season), and the zucchini dish. Each presented harmonious combinations of flavors and textures. They provided a basket of sour dough bread that was perfect for getting the last bits of sauce. Presentations were colorful and artistic. The service was friendly and efficient. The restroom was very clean with a design that would be very accessible to persons with disabilities / wheelchairs. So glad we found them. Amending my review to say that we enjoyed it so much we decided to make it our last meal in Parma before catching the train to Milano. Today the new dishes tried were the bucatini with asparagus & caviar, and spaghetti with coconut, cashews, & oysters. Everything was as perfect as yesterday.

31/10/2025: I visited Corte Pallavicina last Sunday during the "Salumi da Re" (Cold Meats Festival), where there were many cured meat producers you could taste. Very interesting to visit.

18/10/2025: A piece of Italian history not to be missed. When you arrive and are greeted with professionalism and kindness, you feel right at home. I highly recommend a visit to the Spigaroli family safe. There are no words to describe this incredible experience.

02/07/2025: We had a lovely dinner at Agriturismo Boccette and would absolutely recommend! Massismo is so welcoming and friendly. The food was fresh, local, and delicious. It was some of the best food we have had while visiting Italy. The wine was also incredible. The location is beautiful and such a magical setting to enjoy a meal. Additionally, the value for the quality and quantity of the meal cannot be beat.

08/09/2025: We had lunch at Trattoria Oppici, and as always, everything went perfectly. The appetizers were high-quality and very generous. The gnocco fritto was delicious and light. The dishes and desserts were very carefully prepared. The wine list was impressive and certainly unmatched by other restaurants in the area.

01/11/2025: I've always been someone who always ordered the same flavor at every gelato shop, but every time I come to Parma, I go to Al Polo and I'm amazed. Here, I naturally want to try new flavors and surprising combinations, recommended with a smile and expertise. Alex and Giulia's passion for gelato is evident in every detail. Highly recommended!

12/11/2025: Overall ok, food tasty but not amazing. Service could have been more attentive and friendly, we arrived when they just opened and it felt like we intruded the space not very welcome. One of the glasses we were given had lipstick on it

12/11/2025: We found it online and it immediately inspired us. The place was small and well-described, so we booked, which was a good thing because they turned away a lot of people without reservations. We had a typical local appetizer, which was delicious! And we had a second helping of tortelli, which were amazing. The Rigoletto dessert was also truly unique and delicious. The owner remains: a bit gruff in his own way, but courteous and efficient. On the other hand, he has to deal with foreigners who remove the prosciutto from the plates 😂😂😂. We had a great time.

22/10/2025: I was there last Sunday, and I'm not a fan of big meals. The location is beautiful in the Parma hills, the staff are very friendly, and the quality and variety of the food is top-notch! If you want more, no problem. I'll be back soon! I recommend it!

30/10/2025: A quaint restaurant with an excellent selection of traditional dishes and excellent cured meats. The owners are very welcoming and friendly. Both the cake and fried polenta are delicious.

27/11/2025: Trattoria just outside Parma. The menu features traditional Parmesan dishes, plus a few off-menu items. Prices aren't disclosed, however, and are sometimes higher than the menu average. The food quality is good, though perhaps a bit overpriced, about 20%. The low rating is only due to the service provided by the owner, who has a rough, truck-driver-like manner. It doesn't really embody the spirit of a good restaurateur.
