16/11/2025: We stopped in for dinner taking advantage of a deal on TheFork. Excellent choice!!! The place is truly beautiful, in my opinion, and the food was excellent! A "limited" menu, but with a thoughtful and carefully chosen selection (a choice I really appreciate). We opted for traditional Parma dishes: a slice of cured meats (delicious and high-quality, even plentiful), pumpkin and herb tortelli (excellent), and pork cheek on fried polenta (a butter dish). Dessert could have been better, but it didn't significantly impact the overall rating. The service was courteous and attentive. The price, including TheFork's discount, was truly reasonable (otherwise, a full plate would have been a bit too much; a middle ground should be found). It's definitely worth a try!!!

02/07/2025: We had a lovely dinner at Agriturismo Boccette and would absolutely recommend! Massismo is so welcoming and friendly. The food was fresh, local, and delicious. It was some of the best food we have had while visiting Italy. The wine was also incredible. The location is beautiful and such a magical setting to enjoy a meal. Additionally, the value for the quality and quantity of the meal cannot be beat.

07/12/2025: The region and its products. Everything is impeccable. Lots of young people, at the reception, in the dining room, and in the kitchen, enthusiasm and passion everywhere.
Chef Spigaroli, with simplicity and calm, recounts a time gone by that continues to exist.
01/12/2025: We went with the 50 for two promotion. They gave us a brief tour of the cellars where the culatello is produced, followed by a seven-course dinner with three glasses of wine (for only €50 each!), which was a truly wonderful experience. The highlights were the entrees and, of course, the culatello. Impeccable service and a charming location. Highly recommended, especially if you're young and want to try a Michelin-starred restaurant at a low price.

01/11/2025: I've always been someone who always ordered the same flavor at every gelato shop, but every time I come to Parma, I go to Al Polo and I'm amazed. Here, I naturally want to try new flavors and surprising combinations, recommended with a smile and expertise.
Alex and Giulia's passion for gelato is evident in every detail. Highly recommended!

The menu features traditional Parmesan dishes, plus a few off-menu items. Prices aren't disclosed, however, and are sometimes higher than the menu average.
The food quality is good, though perhaps a bit overpriced, about 20%.
The low rating is only due to the service provided by the owner, who has a rough, truck-driver-like manner.
It doesn't really embody the spirit of a good restaurateur.
