28/12/2025: Zero stars if that were possible. Burak Pizza & Kebab barely deserves to exist on any food platform. First and foremost, the lack of honesty is unacceptable. We were clearly assured that their kebab was made of pure chicken, only to later realize it was a mix of chicken and turkey. This is not a small mistake — it’s misleading customers about what they are eating, and that alone is enough to lose all trust. Secondly, the hygiene and cleanliness of this place are absolutely appalling. The restaurant is dirty, poorly maintained, and clearly neglected. From the general environment to the seating area, nothing felt clean or cared for. Eating here felt uncomfortable and frankly unsafe. To make matters worse, the atmosphere was unbearable. The customers occupying the tables were vulgar, loud, and constantly cursing and swearing, creating an extremely unpleasant environment. What’s even more shocking is that no one from the staff made any effort to stop or control this behavior. Completely unprofessional. By far, this is the worst kebab place in all of Italy I have ever been to. I will never return to this dirty, dishonest place, and I strongly recommend everyone to avoid it. A truly disappointing experience from start to finish

25/10/2025: I stopped and ordered some fries. After 10 minutes, they still weren't ready, and other customers who arrived after me received their piadinas while my order was supposed to be ready. We're talking about fries in a kind of street food setting! Noticing my dissatisfaction, the hostess said it was taking its time. Meanwhile, the fries were removed from the fryer and strangely left to "rest" on a tray. Another five minutes passed, and some of the fries, looking very anemic, were placed inside a couple of piadinas. Meanwhile, we continued to wait without receiving our fries. Finally, after about fifteen minutes, the fries were placed on the two trays. Looking at them, they looked raw. I tasted one, and indeed, they were raw. I pointed this out to the guy who served them to me, and at this point the cashier said that since I was in a hurry, she hadn't cooked them properly and that if I wanted them, I should have kept them raw! To which I replied that I wouldn't eat them raw and that I wanted more, at which point the cashier gave me my money back and asked me to leave so she could serve other customers. Besides, they didn't even give me a receipt. TERRIBLE service, equally TERRIBLE food. HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED. If you know this, DON'T STOP!!!

04/03/2026: I returned from "Momento 25" with mixed feelings. Let's start with the strong point: the food. The dishes show excellent potential, with well-rounded flavors and quality ingredients that are definitely worth a try. Personally, I'd expand the dessert menu, perhaps by bringing something with my coffee. For example, a simple sbrisolona cake costs €4... considering the number of guests, it's enough for a day. The service was also excellent: the staff were courteous, attentive, and ready to offer advice. Unfortunately, the only downside is the interior. The restaurant is located in a beautiful historic building in the center of Carpi, but the architectural potential seems almost wasted. The decor appears haphazard and inconsistent: between posters on the walls, Lego flowers, black sculptures, and a bookcase, the atmosphere feels a bit confusing and lacks a clear identity. The outdoor space is much more pleasant and well-kept, but unfortunately, it's unusable in the winter. The price is average and fair for the quality of the food.

18/01/2026: Let me start by saying that the only negative thing is the quality-price ratio. In terms of flavor, everything was very good, really! The staff were helpful and friendly, and the atmosphere was welcoming. However, considering the price paid at the end of the meal, I don't think it was exactly right... The portion sizes were really small, a bit too much for a main course, as was the case with my "Open-faced gratin squid with potatoes, mushrooms, and porcini mushroom powder." The selection of chocolate and biscuits was equally... well, quantitatively unsatisfactory. It's a shame, because in other respects, it was truly excellent.

For such an important milestone, I commissioned a gluten-free cake, trusting in the technical expertise and professionalism that a supplier in the industry should guarantee. The following are the critical points I encountered: 👤 CUSTOMER MANAGEMENT: The lack of professionalism was evident right from the ordering stage. The owner immediately proved arrogant, rude, and lacking customer focus—an unacceptable attitude for someone who handles personalized and delicate orders. 🖼️ AESTHETIC RESULTS: The final product had a rough finish, completely unsuitable for the importance and decorum of a graduation ceremony. 🎂 PRODUCT COMPLIANCE: When cut, the edible portion was minimal compared to the total volume. The structure was composed almost entirely of Styrofoam supports, making the cake essentially inconsistent. ⚠️ QUALITY AND COST: Even from an organoleptic standpoint, the flavor was mediocre. The quality-price ratio is absolutely unjustified, especially considering the surcharge for gluten-free options. In conclusion: The combination of rude service from the first contact and a final product that didn't meet expectations leads me to strongly advise against this business. 27/03/2026: I tried Charlie Boys and the experience was rather disappointing. I ordered a pizza, a calzone, and a beer, for a total of €15. Personally, I find the price a bit high, especially for a pizzeria that presents itself more like a takeout place, with only a few tables available. The location leaves much to be desired: basic, bordering on shoddy, poorly maintained, and not particularly welcoming. As for the food, the ingredients seem good quality, but the pizza didn't convince me. More than a real pizza, it resembles a focaccia: too thin and lacking in structure. Overall, it's not an excellent product. In short, an experience that could be improved in several respects, especially considering the value for money and the ambiance.

12/01/2026: A classic, historic Modena restaurant that's only good for foreign tourists (i.e., those who don't know how to eat all that well and are charged hefty prices). Dinner with friends a few months ago, but the unpleasant memory still lingers. Very, very sketchy service. High prices for dishes that aren't very good in terms of quantity (the one in the photo should have been a barbecue), and a non-existent wine list (and not much to choose from). So-so quality (we didn't have a bad experience, but you can find much better). Not recommended for those accustomed to frequenting restaurants in our area (and therefore eating well, and in some cases, a lot). Never again.

16/12/2025: 60 years experinced wife-husband restaurant. Amazing fish taste both fried fish mix, Red mullet and sea bass.. All were perfect..
