17/02/2026: The atmosphere is very welcoming and inviting, but both the food and service are subpar. I thought the mountainside restaurant was a safe bet, given the quality of the ingredients available, but apparently, this isn't Trattoria del Gallo's priority. A BIG PITY!

28/12/2025: Zero stars if that were possible. Burak Pizza & Kebab barely deserves to exist on any food platform. First and foremost, the lack of honesty is unacceptable. We were clearly assured that their kebab was made of pure chicken, only to later realize it was a mix of chicken and turkey. This is not a small mistake — it’s misleading customers about what they are eating, and that alone is enough to lose all trust. Secondly, the hygiene and cleanliness of this place are absolutely appalling. The restaurant is dirty, poorly maintained, and clearly neglected. From the general environment to the seating area, nothing felt clean or cared for. Eating here felt uncomfortable and frankly unsafe. To make matters worse, the atmosphere was unbearable. The customers occupying the tables were vulgar, loud, and constantly cursing and swearing, creating an extremely unpleasant environment. What’s even more shocking is that no one from the staff made any effort to stop or control this behavior. Completely unprofessional. By far, this is the worst kebab place in all of Italy I have ever been to. I will never return to this dirty, dishonest place, and I strongly recommend everyone to avoid it. A truly disappointing experience from start to finish

Food is inexpensive and delicious. I've been there twice, and if I'm ever in the area again, I'll definitely go back.

12/05/2026: One star for McDonald's. Nowadays, the ads show huge, full, and perfect sandwiches, but then you go to order them and you get something completely different 😅 small, squashed, and with very little filling. I understand that the photos are "illustrative," but here the difference is truly exaggerated and it's almost laughable when you open the box. The service is fast and the location is average, but the quality and portions no longer justify the current prices.

18/04/2026: Look, I personally had a unique experience, I give it 5 stars: delicious food even because I was starving, everything was delicious. We had to take the service ourselves and that's a good thing, even if you go right away you don't wait for anything and because there were very few people, the atmosphere is not bad as a place, I'll go back some other day and let you know 😀😀😀🫠🫠❤️❤️😝

22/03/2026: On March 13th, my niece Daniela Palomo left her suitcase at this establishment's luggage storage service, which is run by Bounce. When she went to pick up her suitcase, she found her makeup bag open and a Dior contour stick stolen. This establishment has not yet responded to this serious incident. 03/02/2026: I ate a wonderful tortelloni with ragu. The service was excellent; the gentlemen and lady were very friendly!

27/03/2026: I tried Charlie Boys and the experience was rather disappointing. I ordered a pizza, a calzone, and a beer, for a total of €15. Personally, I find the price a bit high, especially for a pizzeria that presents itself more like a takeout place, with only a few tables available. The location leaves much to be desired: basic, bordering on shoddy, poorly maintained, and not particularly welcoming. As for the food, the ingredients seem good quality, but the pizza didn't convince me. More than a real pizza, it resembles a focaccia: too thin and lacking in structure. Overall, it's not an excellent product. In short, an experience that could be improved in several respects, especially considering the value for money and the ambiance.

07/03/2026: Ordered for 8:10 PM, and they still weren't ready at 8:40 PM... Maybe manage your reservations better next time.

10/12/2025: Food: Undercooked and burnt pizza, too much tomato sauce, and low-quality ingredients. Service: We waited almost an hour for two pizzas, with only 5-6 people in front of us. Ambience: There's no seating.

01/02/2026: Yesterday, January 31, 2026, we experienced the inconvenience of the only usable restroom again. It's very unfortunate to report this, but in a similar circumstance (Modena's patron saint), it would have been necessary and appropriate to provide another restroom, which apparently exists but is out of service. In previous years, we've had better experiences. Perhaps this will be our last. The wait was well over 30 minutes.

24/01/2026: Good coffee. Friendly service. Quite a large selection of pastries and desserts.

04/05/2026: Don't go to this restaurant! We were here on a Saturday afternoon: the service was incredibly slow and rude. We waited 15 minutes just for the menu and never received a drinks menu. It took 30 minutes to order, while the waiter served other customers while ignoring us. He brought us a bottle of wine with no price tag, charging us €15. The fritto misto, at €22, was a ridiculous portion, absolutely not up to par with a main course. When we went to pay, the lady was huffing and puffing, rolling her eyes, and looking visibly annoyed for no reason. A disappointing experience in every way!
