McDonald's In Modena

For a quick and cheap snack... but the quality is getting worse and worse, meat that doesn't even seem like meat and Coca Cola that seems like sugar water and flat too.

We arrived around 11:50 and the only way to get service was through the Mc Donald's Drive-Thru, even though the closing time was 1:00. The girl at the counter was understandably hasty. The parking lot was a hangout for young people, despite being small. A McDonald's like many others, neither good nor bad.

I want to congratulate all the McDonald's staff, especially the manager Luigi. I ordered a cake for my daughter's birthday and everything was perfect: impeccable organization, extremely kind staff, and a truly delicious cake! My daughter was thrilled, and it made her day special. Congratulations to McDonald's for choosing such professional, helpful, and customer-focused people.

I don't know why but the Big Macs at Modena Ovest are on another level😋

I went in and ordered, they were quick. But there were lots of birds outside.

Usually after a long time it hasn't improved in fact this morning I went for a coffee and I got a dirty spoon to notice that there was none. I went back to the counter and pointed it out and I was given some closed ones for takeaway but I say deliver those directly right?

I get a menu at the drive-thru, and first thing's first, the lady taking orders asks me the exact same thing four times. Maybe she's having trouble with her microphone. I pick up the menu and leave. The Mc Cruncky, with a slightly too-crunchy cutlet, and the bread is charred, hard, and inedible. It's practically been thrown out.

I stopped for a quick break on my way back from the mountains. I found parking right away, the food was good, the place was clean and tidy, and the service was quick (there weren't many people). Anyway, I'm satisfied.

I stopped by the drive thru yesterday during my lunch break. The girl who took my order was very kind and patient. I couldn't get my wallet to pay but she waited for me and smiled. The sandwich was hot but the fries were a little cold. More attention is needed. For the rest, it's ok.

Dirty location. Uninterested staff. Food is okay, fast food, but it always seems like it was prepared the day before. Better to go to places specializing in burgers than this chain...
