19/12/2025: It wasn't a vacation, but a true EXPERIENCE. Living at the Rifugio for a few days is a truly unique experience that I recommend to everyone, just steps from Lago della Ninfa—from families looking to escape the routine of their usual vacations, to couples seeking a romantic getaway, to solo travelers seeking to rediscover themselves while living in the woods. The location is ideal for reaching the ski slopes, very convenient for excursions, even for those like me who have an Apennine Passport 😉. The staff is extremely kind, the room cleaning service is excellent, and the cuisine literally made me dream, with a truly SPECTACULAR tasting menu. They also offer a traditional à la carte menu, and if you let them know, they also have a GLUTEN-FREE menu. The SPA area is located in a fully equipped wooden cabin just a few meters from the property, where you'll find a shower, a two-person hot tub, a sauna, herbal tea service, a minibar, and two lounge chairs. I had a wonderful time and will definitely be back.

06/09/2025: A small, local pizzeria with a unique atmosphere, delicious pizzas, a huge selection of ingredients and toppings, and very friendly service. The only thing I missed was local wine. There were many different types of beer.

26/10/2025: Good traditional products. Honest prices. Quick service and friendly staff. Frequented by a varied clientele, often from Modena, of different ages. A pleasant place to have an aperitif while watching people pass by on Canalchiaro. Very good shirataki pasta, with well-made Italian sauce. The shirataki pasta is free of carbohydrates and gluten. They look like "normal" tagliatelle and have very few calories. Tried tonight. They make them really well. Recommended Revisited during Christmas. Tasted the Chianti produced by the Italian estate of Sting in Tuscany, accompanied by baked gnocco according to the Modena tradition. Both very good. They go well with Christmas reading. Have a nice day everyone. Revisited today. Tasted Hugo very good made with quality prosecco and not with ingredients of dubious origin. I confirm my positive opinion. The Hugo I tasted was better than the one I drank in Trentino, the homeland of the cocktail. Highly recommended. Happy Easter to all

18/10/2025: We celebrated my husband's 60th birthday. It was magical, because we are both passionate about Ferrari, and we ate very well. The only thing about the second courses, in terms of our tastes, was that there was not much choice (because we don't eat pigeon or eel, etc.) but the dishes were superb, the service and courtesy were excellent. We will definitely be back ♥️

17/11/2025: I went for lunch to celebrate my birthday with my family. We had a great time and enjoyed excellent Emilian cuisine. Highly recommended.

10/11/2025: The burgers are excellent, with a wide variety to choose from. The beers are good. Service is provided by friendly, knowledgeable young people. Although the quality comes at a cost, the prices are perhaps a bit high. Regardless, considering the city's beer hall scene, it's definitely worth recommending. I'll definitely be back to try other dishes and beers.

02/11/2025: Fantastic osteria, delicious food, and a super cozy atmosphere. If you're in the area, you absolutely have to stop by. The gnocco fritto was the best we've ever had.

28/11/2025: We were warmly welcomed and immediately seated at our reserved table. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Good service, good ingredients, and a delicious, carefully prepared pizza.

27/10/2025: My rating refers to the restaurant, not the inn's rooms. Therefore, the "Rooms," "Service," and "Location" fields make no sense. I tried reporting this using Google, but I can't find a way. This is a medium-high level restaurant; its Michelin star is well-deserved. We ate (lunch) in a beautiful and refined setting, the dishes were truly delicious, and the welcome was truly warm, even for our dog. A special mention for the "torta degli ebrei," a specialty of Finale Emilia, a sort of cheese puff pastry, eaten as an appetizer, wrapped in yellow paper and eaten directly in bites. Everything was delicious and well-prepared; an experience worth repeating.

13/11/2025: One of the best sushi places in Modena: the salmon is always super fresh, the staff is incredibly kind and attentive, and the prices are excellent! I go back as often as I can!

12/09/2025: Firstly, I would say the price isn't updated and now it's 26.9 euro with 2 euro service fee, and with mandatory drinking ordering. Therefore, 30 euro for buffet on average. When it comes to food favor, I would give a 75-80 points. A lot of choices but remember that different types has different numbers. If you want try more different sushi, it would be be to ask before ordering.
