Excellent food and service, family atmosphere.

We've been to this small trattoria at the entrance to the village of Savignano sul Panaro several times after our hikes in the area. The very kind owner always welcomes us with a smile and makes us feel right at home. The dishes are excellent, reflecting traditional Modenese and Bolognese influences, with homemade pasta and quality ingredients. Portions are generous, and the quality/price ratio is excellent. Small but well-kept, clean, and tastefully decorated. Traditional homemade cuisine, everything excellent from appetizers to desserts. The staff is courteous and helpful. Highly recommended.

First time at Osteria Amelia... a fantastic discovery, a fabulous location nestled in the medieval village of Savignano. The owners are truly kind and friendly, the cuisine traditional, and the dishes... simply exquisite!

The atmosphere is small but welcoming, and it's like being welcomed into a friend's home. The dishes, typical of the area, are carefully prepared and delicious. I think I'll be back.

Last Saturday, after a lovely walk from Vignola to Savignano sul Panaro along the Torbido Canal, my husband and I arrived in the beautiful ancient village of Savignano and decided to have lunch at this small but delightful "Osteria da Amelia"... a pleasant surprise! Traditional dishes, all homemade, we chose two appetizers, two first courses, and two desserts... all very good. The owners were also kind and helpful. Definitely recommended!

Located at the entrance to the charming village, we stopped by chance and it was a lovely surprise. Very clean environment, very friendly staff. Excellent, healthy dishes, and absolutely fair prices. We'll be back. PS: The village is truly delightful.
