04/11/2025: Lumira Ristorante is always a delight; every time I come in, it's always a pleasant feeling. Carlo Alberto and Concetta always welcome us with a smile, as if we've been lifelong friends—two people who always know how to make you smile. But the goal isn't to get lost in chit-chat, but to enjoy the President's cuisine... traditional cuisine that evolves while respecting local products. The Valsamoggia caciotta crème brûlée with pears and mushroom ragù is a feast for the eyes! The pasta with sardines and the ever-present green tagliatelle are a must. A glass of Nebbiolo and a glass of Trentodoc accompanied this quick lunch. The wine list? 10+!! Full of friends! The Life on Mars bar was specially wrapped and taken to go... because dessert is a must... at home! La Lumira is just like that, a place close to the heart. Well done Borsa!

26/07/2025: My experience was a few weeks ago: I ordered two pizzas and they wouldn't even tell me the price over the phone, but I'd read the menu, so I was fine. A Margherita and a stuffed pizza with two flavors cost me 45 euros!!! Something's not right: the Margherita now costs 18 and the stuffed pizzas 25! Anyway, I get home and after 5 minutes the pizza is like cardboard: you can't eat it, nor cut it, it's so hard, even though it was still hot. Never again...

21/07/2025: Stopped by one evening after training. The pizza was tasty and easy to digest. Will definitely return.

12/10/2025: The "little mermaids" and I went to the restaurant, which is well-known for its excellent cuisine. And this time, we were even more impressed: the food was delicious.

03/11/2025: We went there on Sunday for lunch. Service was very slow, too slow. They didn't have fresh mushrooms to fry, only preserved ones for sauces. We'd paid a lot for that! High prices for average food.

31/10/2025: Vecchia Lama Restaurant, our favorite. Authentic food, carefully crafted recipes, and balanced flavors. Everything on the menu is seasonal and homemade. The staff is welcoming and very friendly.

17/10/2025: HELLO, I CELEBRATED MY 50TH BIRTHDAY AND I HAD A GREAT TIME. FROM THE FIRST MEETING TO THE PARTY. MY GUESTS WERE ALSO REALLY SATISFIED. JUST WHAT I WANTED!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE FOR ITS AVAILABILITY, LOCATION, AND ATTENTION TO DETAIL.

21/09/2025: We had two wonderful evenings with Alessio sampling Lambrusco and being introduced to friends and customers who were also there. Great wine and the chance to meet and chat to folks. Oh and you can wander off into the night with a selection of bottles of course😃

04/10/2025: What a wonderful discovery!!! We ate 5 first courses, and I have to say they were all delicious (the tortelloni Rossi with radicchio and speck were superb). Not to mention the service: fast, kind, and very friendly!!! All I can say is: anyone who doesn't come to eat here doesn't know what they're missing!!! Thanks to all the staff at the inn, you're wonderful 😊

26/08/2025: I've been away for a few years, but despite the passing of time, the certainties remain the same. Chef Barbieri remains an artist like few others, innovative but never excessive. He doesn't stop at presentation alone, but his dishes always manage to achieve an unexpected depth of flavor, with never-trivial pairings. The restaurant is very elegant and discreet, where you can fully immerse yourself in this experience. I believe this is a local heritage worth safeguarding through passion, expertise, and humility. 01/09/2025: We stopped by chance and it was a fantastic surprise. The ricotta tortelloni and tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms were DELICIOUS. A wrinkled, hand-rolled pasta, incredibly good. It reminds you of home.
