09/05/2025: A little trip from Parma, thanks to the owner, a very kind and cheerful person, a nice family, excellent food and an elegant and quiet place....thanks we will be back

09/05/2025: We were at this restaurant on a Saturday night: few tables occupied, but despite this the service was slow and inattentive. We ordered a seafood first course that really disappointed us: rubbery and tasteless fish, clearly frozen and of low quality. In general, the quality-price ratio was very poor, with very high prices and not justified by the quality of the dishes. Practically an "almost" nightmare cuisine..

My wife and I had a great time, renovated location, the family management is fantastic as is the food, the choice of wines and that doesn't hurt, all at more than affordable prices! Warmest compliments to the whole family!

04/05/2025: Dinner at Filetteria 1.0 is not just a dinner, it is a tasting, an experience: highly trained and professional staff, each dish is an explosion of flavours. Highly recommended!

26/04/2025: Enchanting setting in an ancient cellar with vaulted ceilings, very friendly staff, varied and excellent quality menu. We took two appetizers and a trio of fillets, accompanying everything with a Tuscan wine: excellent value for money. We had a wonderful evening. Absolutely recommended.

10/04/2025: Tutto perfetto. Appartamento molto bello con dotazione completa e gradevole vista sulla vallata. Due ottime cene con prodotti locali per non parlare delle ricche e variegate colazioni. Estrema attenzione per le intolleranze segnalate . Professionalità e gentilezza da parte dei proprietari e di tutto lo staff. Un weekend lungo, nonostante sabato piovoso, rilassante e veramente piacevole.

14/05/2025: Good restaurant where you can eat good meat... The "Forca" is special, which we obviously took... basically it's meat cut into slices and skewered in this hook-shaped tool and it has a burning heart to keep the meat warm... underneath they put curry rice where the meat juice drips... It was really very good!!! Great idea...

18/05/2025: Modern decor and atmosphere betray the fact that it is one of the oldest restaurants in Modena, in an intimate and welcoming square. Highly trained, attentive and friendly staff who present the numerous and attractive off-menu dishes to the table. In fact, dishes arrive expertly presented and prepared with care. I skip the appetizers but the table tasted them with considerable pleasure. My first course is a Nido: a basket of tagliolini very (too?) loaded with ragù. Even the spaghetti alla chitarra cacio e pepe with broad beans and scampi requested by a guest are very well presented but almost too robust. Characteristics that can excite many other palates. I close with a pleasant strawberry and balsamic vinegar ice cream. Good Lambrusco di Sorbara to accompany the dishes. Average cost for an evening to recommend to lovers of rich and sustained flavors.

Place furnished with many ancient objects from our lands, extreme courtesy, kindness and attention to the customer, also great care in the times between one course and another, familiar and friendly environment, delicious food, all courses from the first courses to the crescentine to the desserts, just the flavors of the past! 15/04/2025: We had an excellent evening, very warm welcome, smiling and very pleasant waitress. The pizzas were very good, special mention to the Pizza Expo. We also made the wonderful discovery of “meloncello”. I want to say bravo and even Bravissimo.
