An excellent experience in a warm, typical mountain setting
We stayed at Ca' Cerfoglio and had a truly wonderful time. The restaurant has a typical mountain atmosphere, welcoming and well-kept, perfect for a relaxing dinner.
The dishes are delicious and authentic, with traditional flavors and generous portions. You can taste the home cooking and the quality of the ingredients.
The atmosphere is warm and pleasant, ideal for both couples and groups of friends. The tranquility of the place is also much appreciated.

I was worried about having to include porcini mushrooms and truffles in every dish. I changed my mind; the expert cooking didn't make it boring or cloying; in fact, it left me with wonderful memories.

The food is undeniably good: appetizers, homemade pasta dishes, and meat dishes are delicious (let alone the mediocre desserts), but the service needs updating. Slow and sloppy, it ruins the experience. The wine list is extensive for this type of restaurant, but again, the management is very superficial. Given their reputation, they could do better. Prices, however, remain high compared to the local average, where, honestly, there are plenty of places where you're treated better.

We had dinner at the restaurant, then stayed overnight, and in the morning we went to Cimone. Excellent food, a respectable wine selection, and friendly staff. The rooms are very nice and quiet, clean, and well-equipped. Breakfast is good and plentiful, with a nice selection of homemade cakes, eggs, and cold cuts. Highly recommended, I will definitely be back.

Excellent restaurant with mushroom and truffle dishes (unfortunately, during lunchtime, there were only black truffles).
We only found a spot because some people who had booked months in advance couldn't make it. Luckily, I called in the morning and found two spots for lunch. Normally, it takes a long time, even months.
We had a great time and were treated with kindness. We'll be back, hoping to find some white truffles!
