Well, what can I say? I'm just talking about the restaurant. We stopped for a dinner on a road trip. Everything was exceptionally delicious. The service was excellent, the location beautiful, the decor perfect for the place. The food was truly delicious, but especially the ricotta tortelloni, both with mushrooms and butter and sage, probably the top three I've ever eaten in the world, truly unique. Congratulations!

My absolute favorite restaurant, the food is excellent, the service is friendly, and the atmosphere is light-hearted... here you can eat slowly and tastefully.

Fabulous place, truly beautiful. The staff were all very courteous and friendly, and the waitress was very attentive. We had dinner, and everything was truly delicious. In addition to the truffle dishes, I also recommend the lamb chops. Phenomenal. Breakfast was also fantastic. Real cured meats (culatello), homemade desserts, and then two superb eggs with truffles. We're a long way away, but we'll definitely be back.

The pasta and steaks were incredible

We went to the restaurant for lunch. The menu was mostly mushroom-based, with the option of a "mushroom-free" version (there was a girl with us who doesn't like mushrooms, and she ate without any problems). It was all very "mushroom-mix," but that's understandable since it's out of season. However, we were assured it was a homemade mix of fresh mushrooms and dried porcini mushrooms (also homemade). Tartare and carpaccio with truffle were very good, tortelloni with mushrooms were excellent (the tortelloni were excellent), good tagliata (sliced ​​beef), risotto and tagliatelle were acceptable (the pasta itself was good). The homemade cakes were very good. The coffee was good too, which isn't always the case. The service was a bit so-so, perhaps because it was a Saturday, perhaps because of the weather, perhaps because it's low season. Perhaps for the same reason, the menu is verbalized, and they didn't offer us anything written, except at the entrance. The wine list is very extensive (some very high-quality), but there are a few "I don't have" options and a few off-the-menu substitutions. It's a shame that 98% of the menu is from outside the region. No Lambrusco, although a few bottles pop up in the fridge. The price was in line with what we ate. The rooms were very noisy, sometimes it was hard to talk. Worth trying again in season.

The restaurant has a typical mountain atmosphere, welcoming and well-kept, perfect for a relaxing dinner. The dishes are delicious and authentic, with traditional flavors and generous portions. You can taste the home cooking and the quality of the ingredients. The atmosphere is warm and pleasant, ideal for both couples and groups of friends.
