I recently went to Ca’ Cerfogli in Aquaria (Sestola) and the experience was truly excellent. The restaurant has a welcoming and refined atmosphere, ideal for those looking for quality cuisine in a relaxing setting. The tortellini with mushrooms and tagliolini with truffle were simply spectacular. But the best was yet to come: the lamb and venison were cooked to perfection, very tender and full of flavor. The fried mushrooms also deserve a special mention: crunchy on the outside, soft and tasty on the inside. The wine list is extensive and well-curated, with a selection that highlights the territory but does not lack interesting labels from all over Italy. The staff is competent and available to recommend the right pairing. The price is absolutely right for the quality offered. Highly recommended for those who love good mountain cuisine with a touch of refinement. I will definitely be back!

The appetizers were fantastic, really good, especially the crostini, the fried mushrooms and the torrelloni. Compliments to the girl who served us on the ground floor, really very nice, very efficient, at the same time friendly and courteous. Compliments again

Excellent quality and price, welcoming owners, beautiful structure.
The attention and friendliness of the younger staff could be improved.
A negative note was the presence of a highly rude group that did not speak but shouted without taking into account the presence of other people.
The property did not intervene given the presence of family members in the group.

Stopped by chance at noon. Location well renovated, very welcoming. Well stocked cellar. Food with highs and lows. First course, tagliatelle very, very aldente, tagliata good. Price normal for those coming from Milan.

I had dinner with friends and as always the menu and service were excellent. Instead of porcini mushrooms, they use those collected in Frignano when in season, they offered many dishes seasoned with truffle.

Un piacere in tutti i sensi! Che sia pranzo o cena, il cibo è squisito, (i funghi sono il fulcro del menu'), il posto è molto accogliente, pareti in sasso e travi a vista. Inoltre, per i vegetariani c'è un'ampia scelta di piatti. Il tutto con lo sfondo dell'Appennino!

Sono stata a pranzo in questo ristorante con il mio ragazzo e ogni piatto che abbiamo ordinato è stato fantastico, in particolare i tortelloni e la battuta di carne sono davvero indimenticabili.
Camerieri e proprietario davvero gentilissimi, ci tornerò presto!
