Fine tasting food.Very kind personnel.must visit.if you like a quiet dinner with top dishes and a very wide wine selection right in the center of modena.

The food was amazing. We had tortellini in brodo and tagliatelle with ragu. The cherry pie was nothing special.

Out of the four nights in Modena we ate here twice. What a wonderful little place with the couple running the place being super warm, super kind and very very very welcoming. The husband is the chef who cooks some stunning dishes. The pastas were beautifully cooked. The ragu in particular was amazing. The homemade breads are a winner! They make their own balsamic vinegar and it’s one of the best I’ve ever tasted. The beef we ate was perfect. As were all the desserts. We ate the cannoli which was awesome. The ice cream and the balsamic combo was delicious as was the Panna cotta and the chocolate salami. We also tried the cacio pepe which was just perfect. Must visit.

Beautiful restaurant. My group and I visited three times in two weeks. Excellent location and the food was outstanding! My favorite dinners were the duck, octopus, and pork cheek.. Nice selection of wines and beer and the staff was extremely welcoming and friendly.

The best meal we’ve had in Italy! Refined but not pretentious. A lot of attention to detail. Flexible and helpful when we couldn’t decide between this and that. Every bite was delicious. Lovely to be able to speak to the chef. A really enjoyable evening!

One of my favorite restaurants in Modena. The pasta was amazing with the Parmesan Reggiano. The staff were really friendly and helpful and gave me a lot of tips about places to see in Modena. I will definitely go back

From Verona to Modena for the Giorgio de Chirico exhibition...but I had already eyed this place with the curious name among the various possible lunch spots. I couldn't have made a better choice!! Since after the exhibition, we wanted to visit the Estense Gallery, when we arrived at Latteria 21, it was already past 1:30 PM. But the lady, very kind and friendly, immediately gave us a table for two. The atmosphere is unique, intimate, clean, and tidy. All the dishes on the menu are inviting. We had two appetizers, two first courses, two desserts, two glasses of Lambrusco, and two bottles of water, paying about €100 (more than fair, in my opinion). We had a truly wonderful lunch. While we waited, we were served a delicious hot meatball. My hot crostini with smoked swordfish, stracciatella, and chopped pistachios was delicious. The spaghetti with clams and a garlic and olive oil cream was truly special. My companion's traditional tagliatelle were full of sauce, a sight to behold! The Sicilian cannoli with ricotta, chocolate, and chopped pistachios was a surprise... prepared by a Sicilian chef!! It was a true pleasure for the senses. The black cherry tart is also a must-try. Thank you all for this wonderful gastronomic experience!!

Good Food,.nice service, but Higher prices.in comparison to other restaurants near by. No Reservation needed. Nice modern Italien Cuisine.
