17/02/2025: Cena di San Valentino a base di pesce: la scelta proposta ha incontrato i nostri gusti, i piatti erano tutti ben fatti ed equilibrati.
Alcuni, come la sogliola alla mugnaia, li abbiamo trovati eccellenti.
Forse, se il baccalà mantecato fosse stato leggermente meno salato, lo avremmo apprezzato ancora di più.
Il servizio e l'atmosfera impeccabile e gradevolissima come sempre.

The buffalo mozzarella too but you couldn't taste the buffalo mozzarella much, a little good because the chunks on top bother me and a little less good because it gets confused with some margheritas I ate
Ah but absurd note of merit because they accept dogs 😇

08/03/2025: Once again a fantastic restaurant to dine at and another one on the bucket list. The food is, in one word, fantastic and there is not a single critical note to be found. The structure of the dishes was extremely good, which ensured that each dish tickled the taste buds. The wines were also very good and balanced. However, for me there is still room for improvement in the ministry. It was all very hasty and without atmosphere. The service itself was good, but the flair you expect from a restaurant of this caliber could be better. So we saw that there was chatting among themselves and not with the guest. The sommelier was very rushed and gave little room for conversation. This also applied to the explanation of the dishes and although our English is very good, the English explanation was difficult to follow.
Would I come here again is the question and the answer is yes for the dishes and wines but doubtful for the service and in a restaurant of this level everything should be in harmony. I have had better experiences at restaurants with similar prices with 3*** and a green star.

07/03/2025: I actually haven't had the chance to eat at Tuffetto yet.
Let me explain better: I was organizing a birthday party on behalf of the birthday boy and when I went to Tuffetto to ask for a quote and met Rocco, I was taken aback by the welcome, professionalism and honesty shown: with Rocco we created the menu and also how the evening would be structured down to the smallest detail. The next day, as agreed, he sent me a very detailed statement by email which I shared with the birthday boy and the other guests.
The expense was not insignificant, but for the place and the attention to detail demonstrated it was absolutely worth it but, unfortunately, getting 18 guests to agree is not at all simple. At the first opportunity I will definitely go with my boyfriend, I'm sure it will be a wonderful experience!

18/03/2025: Typical trattoria immersed in the greenery in the countryside. Everything excellent starting from the lambrusco to the dessert!!! Absolutely to try, courtesy and natural professionalism.
05/03/2025: Incredibly good food. Today I had gnoccho fritto with lardo as a starter, which really blew me away. The veal was extremely tender and delicious, and the Zuppa Inglese was certainly the best in all of Modena. Simply awesome!

17/02/2025: I stayed one night in this inn. The place is very quiet. The rooms are beautiful and spacious with a very soft bed. The bathroom is also large and has everything you need. If you want to have lunch or dinner, the kitchen makes delicious traditional Emilian dishes. The staff is very kind, helpful and friendly. We will definitely be back.

02/03/2025: Really welcoming place in Carpi, secluded from the historic centre, don't be fooled by the place because the atmosphere inside is truly special!
Typical dishes of Emilian cuisine with some reinterpretations, the quality of the raw materials is really high and can be seen in every single course or proposal on the menu... the first courses, in my opinion, are their specialty.
Friendly and well-trained staff, top!
Once a month at Barolino is a must
