Asked for explanations to the ordering clerk who TURNED BACK AND DID NOT HAVE THE COURTESY TO JUSTIFY THE DELAY OR TRY TO REMEDY IT. Reported incident to the owner who HOWEVER DID NOT APOLOGIZE OR TRY TO RESOLVE THE PROBLEM. ........................The plastic cups in a delicatessen in the historic center of the city are unacceptable.

05/01/2025: Wir hatten uns das Lokal ausgesucht, um mal keine Italienische Küche zu geniessen. Unsere Lust auf wirklich gute Hamburger hat uns ins Senape gebracht, von dem wir schon einiges Gutes gehört hatten, als es noch im alten Lokal in Cervia war. Die Bedienung war schnell und freundlich und sehr effizient. Wir sassen im Aussenbereich, einem wunderbaren Palmengarten. Allerdings haben uns die Mücken ziemlich zugesetzt, so dass uns die Bedienung netterweise mit Autan versorgte. Die Speisekarte ist übersichtlich und schnell hatten alle am Tisch sitzenden ihr Gericht vor sich. Wirklich tolle Hamburger, aber leider wenig knusprige Pommes und - was für eine Enttäuschung - ziemlich banale Sossen. Ich habe mir etwas mehr kulinarischen Anspruch erwartet, aber in jedem Fall waren die Burger besser als die von einer bekannten Amerikanischen Franchisekette! Bei den Sossen rate ich dringend zu spannenderen Eigenkreationen!

22/08/2024: Takeaway: literally EVERYTHING cold. I had ordered a sandwich with mozzarella which was in contact with the Swiss (cold and stringy), it had not melted in the slightest. Not to mention the "fried chicken" which they sell on the site as "Home made" and of which I attach photos because it would really be worth mentioning, since it is clearly industrial, it is also absolutely cold and the "caciotta sticks" which are nothing more than mozzarella sticks from the supermarket. After spending €50 for two sandwiches, two chips and two fried foods (6 pieces for the modest sum of €6.50, all industrial stuff), obviously I get angry and call. They ask me if I would like them to send things back to me and I ask them what could change given that everything had clearly started out cold and the things were of poor quality. With a good response, I heard that on the way it was obvious that they would get cold (from Milano Marittima to Cervia). Since I don't like wasting food I avoided having them sent back because, according to them, nothing would have changed! Go to the supermarket to save money

14/07/2025: I've been coming here every now and then for many years, and unfortunately, I have to say I was very disappointed this last time with the iced matcha latte. Those who drink it often might find it bland compared to the usual flavor of any matcha drink, which isn't present in generous quantities here, as can also be seen from the color, which helps justify its price even less. I think it's a shame for a place like this to stumble over basic things when you see the care that went into everything else. I was polite, but I feel like I was being taken for a ride.

15/06/2025: I have read some negative reviews about this establishment, but my experience was definitely positive and I would like to share my point of view. As for the sunbeds and umbrellas, I found them in line with most other establishments. I did not encounter any particular problems and they offer everything you need for a relaxing day on the beach. The bar is a little dated aesthetically, but the girl who runs it is really very kind and helpful. The offer of food and drinks, although not very vast, is still satisfactory and I found everything I needed. One episode that I want to highlight concerns the kindness of the staff: the day before my visit, I forgot my sunglasses on the sunbed on the beach. An employee found them and put them in custody, returning them to me the next day. A gesture that shows great attention and professionalism. But what really struck me is the price: finding two sunbeds and an umbrella for only 10 euros a day is an incredible offer and, honestly, I do not know where you can find better prices! This makes the facility extremely convenient and accessible. In conclusion, I was very satisfied with this establishment and I highly recommend it, especially to those looking for an economical solution without sacrificing good service and the friendliness of the staff.

19/06/2025: I often go to this pastry shop, but lately it has been disappointing me a bit.... Leaving aside the thousands of flies that fly on the food which is disgusting.... But the heat???? No air conditioning, customers who gasp, the barmaids (who are exceptional, both at work and with the customers) have sweat dripping from their foreheads, and they are really very kind! But working like this must be hell, not even if they were in a factory! The products remain good, too bad that with this heat they also suffer a lot, sour cream, soft puff pastry, brown cooked ham.... if I were them I would turn on the air conditioning. To be avoided with this season we will see each other again this winter!

26/05/2025: It's a different experience, nestled in a barge on the river. So rustic, with a fixed menu for lunch €35 and evening €40 including Saturday Sunday. Friendly staff with fast service. I recommend it

23/05/2025: Highly recommended stop for those traveling by motorbike along the Po or in the Ferrara/Rovigo area. Eating on these floating boats is an experience in itself, but here you can add over 12 courses of very fresh fish with a really convenient fixed formula. Also ideal for groups and motorbike tours: you eat a lot, well and without surprises on the bill. The staff is welcoming, kind and ready to chat, which is always appreciated after a day in the saddle. Convenient parking and space for motorbikes. Recommended for those looking for authentic flavours and an out of the ordinary atmosphere!

Nearby there are various blue car parks where it is often possible to find a free space even during the day without going crazy. Costs absolutely in line with those of a bar in the province

29/05/2025: Una cameriera ha rovesciato una birra su una cliente, invece che scusarsi si è messa a ridere. Noi commensali allibiti. Il proprietario indifferente anche dopo una nostra richiesta almeno di uno sconto (abbiamo mangiato 1 ora dopo a causa dell'incidente), con aria di sufficienza ha detto "sono cose che capitano" senza nemmeno offrirci un caffè. A lui l'educazione "non è capitata". Vergognoso. Anche noi non capiteremo mai più in quel locale!!!
