Truly an exceptional place! But what really makes the difference is the staff.
The place is located in the most beautiful square in the city, offering stunning views of the magnificent Estense Castle, a truly spectacular setting. I highly recommend sitting outside, where the staff, especially the very kind Alessia, will courteously welcome you to comfortable seats. The products offered are all top-quality, and thanks to Alessia's expertise and attentiveness, the tasting experience becomes even more enjoyable and meticulously crafted.

Very nice restaurant/pastry shop on the square next to the D'Este Palace. Large selection of cakes and pleasant ambiance. Closed terrace is ideal for rainy days. Recommendation

I had an aperitif on a Saturday evening at a table inside. The atmosphere was lovely, and the service was quick and courteous. The aperitif was served with a generous selection of quality appetizers—nothing to complain about!

I went for ice cream. I spent €4 on an ice cream, and it was very good.
When I got to the bathroom after my meal, the situation was dire: there was no toilet paper in the restrooms. Luckily, I had a pack of tissues in my bag.
Later, my mother also needed the restroom. While I was waiting, I went to look for toilet paper in the other two restrooms (men's and disabled), but there was none.
But I wonder how it's possible that it ends up in not just one restroom, but three-thirds of them.
Not to mention the cleanliness...
The dining room is very nice, but the restrooms, I'm sorry, are neglected.
I want to point out that I'm a waitress and have worked in the restaurant business for years.

We stopped by during the opening weekend of the Chagall exhibition and luckily found a table for two, the last one left. So, reservations are a must for future visits, given the large crowd.
The appetizers for two are delicious. The caponata is perhaps a bit too salty.
