We stopped here for a quick snack while passing through Parma. The location is right on a busy walkway, so it’s quite noisy and hectic. The staff was a bit pushy and kept insisting that we order fresh seafood pasta, which felt unnecessary. In the end, we went for a platter of traditional cured meats with some Parmigiano, plus tortelli with parmesan for my son. The food itself was average. The bread included in the cover charge didn’t seem very fresh, which was disappointing. Overall, not a terrible experience, but the service and atmosphere didn’t really make us want to stay longer.

A truly pleasant experience. The service was excellent: the waitresses Giada and Alessia were extremely kind, smiling, and helpful throughout our visit. They served us attentively and quickly, making us feel immediately at ease. It's rare to find such friendly and attentive staff. We'll definitely be back!

I'm a regular customer of this bar when I'm in Parma. My recommendation is the mini Black Angus burgers, which I love! The place is clean, and the staff is very friendly and professional.

Bar-restaurant in the heart of Parma. Tourist-friendly menus with prices in line with other similar establishments in the area. Friendly staff, but a bit slow to serve. I ordered a platter of local cured meats and parmesan, and everything was excellent. I highly recommend it.

28/03/2025: Business lunch for three, we shared a plate of prosciutto with schiacciatina and then a "light" dish each (in my case, raw artichoke and parmesan salad), and drank water. Everything was good, the service was very attentive and courteous, and well-timed, and the atmosphere was pleasant, well-kept, and clean, but over €100 for three is definitely too much for a vegetable dish each.
16/03/2025: A small restaurant, excellent pizza, but disappointing service. Unfortunately, the experience was marred by the waitress's behavior: while I was still eating, she proceeded to clear the table and asked only my companion if he wanted to continue with something else, without waiting for me to finish my pizza, completely ignoring me. After that, we never saw her again. We would have preferred dessert, coffee, or other options. A real shame, as the quality of the food deserves more attentive and respectful service.
