13/01/2025: I am a pizza enthusiast. I have toured and toured many pizzerias with my family and friends. But I can safely say, or rather we can safely say... that these guys are not just pizza chefs but true artists!! For our tastes, the best on the Romagna Riviera and beyond... when we want Pizza we only go to Maxi because everything else is boring.

24/12/2024: Good quality slightly refined cuisine. Average service and prices. But we were a little disappointed for a company dinner as what had been chosen as a fixed menu was not fully respected, in the sense that ingredients were missing in the pasta and all this without notifying us in advance. Even the cost, although it had been established initially, we spent €6 more each (we were about 25 people) with reasons from the staff that were not entirely reasonable (a few more bottles of wine cannot lead to that extra )

Un pranzo che mi ha rovinato la giornata Acqua imbottigliata da loro nella bottiglia di vino secondo me del pozzo , Una insalata di mare avanzata dalla vigilia Un piatto di paccheri portati prima troppo salati ,mandati indietro secondo me lavati e rimessi in pentola per scaldarli e riportati in tavola senza sugo senza condimento e incollati tra di loro . Risultato non vedevano l’ora che andavamo via perché stavano mangiando in famiglia quindi considerati zero . Morale: Cambiate mestiere. Do una Stela perché non c’è l’opzione per 0

12/01/2025: We often get takeaway pizza from this pizzeria. The pizza by the meter is slightly taller than the round one and I prefer it. The four of us always take two half meters with the usual flavours: 1) bizarre plus onion; 2) illegal; 3) bomb. Let's just change the fourth flavor. When I name the top 3 they always recognize me!!! It's a pleasure to come here. They also do takeaway service. Until they retire, I will always come here!!!

07/01/2025: Location molto carina, ampia, personale cortese e professionale. Buona la cucina, pesce fresco e di buon gusto, buona la qualità dei vini. Sicuramente lo consiglio, buon rapporto qualità prezzo.

05/01/2025: Il mio compagno ed io abbiamo cenato divinamente con un bel calice di vino bianco e una pizza super squisita, l’impasto della pizza era perfetto, la mozzarella non mi è piaciuta molto era veramente troppo stopposa, ma comunque mangiabile. Abbiamo cenato esternamente alla struttura, si stava bene, ma dopo un po’ con tutto quel caldo emesso dai funghi si essiccava. 😂 Nonostante tutto approviamo!

09/09/2024: Small bar near the center of Castiglione... I had an aperitif, food and Spritz were normal, but the location and the view you can enjoy are remarkable... worth trying again with other types of meals
