22/01/2025: Was last night for Bologna Borussia Dortmund I go in I take a bitter from the boss €3.50, I come back in the second half I take the same bitter in the same glass €5. Never again in a. Bar like this also because the bartender took 30 minutes before serving it because she was talking to a customer about the match, prices not displayed I invent gold at the moment the spritz diluted with sparkling water and not to mention the hygiene of the place . Never again in a restaurant like this. Calling it a restaurant is an insult to businesses that work honestly and well.

23/01/2025: After having dinner in this place, I can only give it a two star rating, for the following reasons: First of all, I would like to point out that I didn't give a star for the simple fact that the food itself isn't bad, not everything we ate was good, but a good part was certainly pleasant. For those who don't know, I'll briefly explain how it works: once seated, they bring by default a series of appetizers to the table (many, so many that you could almost dine with just those) made up of various types of vegetables, ricotta, cutlet , very spicy goulash, liver pâté, mortadella, omelette, polenta etc. Following this abundant appetizer, always verbally since there is no menu, the waiter illustrates the first and second courses and in our case we opted for a second course for three. Finally, they serve, in the same way as the appetizers, an important series of desserts, which are left both at the table available - so you can self-serve in the quantity you prefer - and others portioned out on the spot by the waiter, always upon request. I think it is superfluous to underline how much this immense quantity of sweets, pleasantly abundant at first glance, is in reality a great waste as regards what is not consumed and certainly not reused (see the maxi portion of cream ice cream, which we have just tasted it and naturally it completely dissolved in its bowl), on the other hand a desire to make it seem like we were serving large quantities to the various diners (probably to justify the disproportionate price of €20 per person) which by force of things, will be impossible for a large part of the customers to consume, with a consequent rotation around the tables of the same large cakes and tarts, which are paid for each time without however, for the most part, being used. Finally comes the real sore point. The bill. 3 people: starter for 3, 1 second course, desserts for 3, only water without wine, for a total of €70 each. In our opinion, this figure is totally unjustified given the type of food - it is not a gourmet restaurant - the characteristic but modest location, the service, let alone the food offered, which has nothing more than a classic Bolognese trattoria, where you eat just as much good, if not better, but you spend just over half as much. Perhaps for the tourist, the right place, for us Bolognese, a closed chapter.

21/01/2025: Good, intimate, and traditional. It was a great discovery from Fabio. There will be 20 seats or a little more, so it almost has a speakeasy atmosphere. We ate mixed appetizers, tagliatella with meat sauce, and a dessert buffet. Let's start with the appetizers: those alone are more than enough to fill you up for two days. The thing that struck me most about the appetizers is that they are very simple, but delicious: all the products are of high quality, with little processing. Courgettes, peppers, Nvidia, etc., all things cooked in the oven with perhaps a pinch of salt and oil, but really delicious. Amazing goulash (always appetizer😂) The tagliatelle had a very good ragù. Finally, the dessert buffet: they are all excellent, and you will be sick by how many you can eat. Ice cream with Sperlari cherries, tenerina with mascarpone, meringue with melted chocolate, brown glaces, caramel cream, jam tart. Inside is a different experience from other trattorias, very welcoming. Dinner was offered to me, I don't know the price, but it is definitely worth coming for some special occasion. I highly recommend :)

30/07/2024: my wife says "what a place..." and yes, incredible stuff. From salad to tomato tagliolini, from stew to kebabs. Here we are happened by chance, but we will return on purpose from Rome. Thanks for wonderful experience

24/10/2024: hotel with adjoining restaurant open to the public. simple dishes, not particularly elaborate ones, little choice if you are satisfied. super fast service, something you wouldn't believe! less than 3 clock minutes pass from ordering to the dish on the table!!! and there were 6 of us, all with different dishes and all six of us had lunch at the same time. never really happened prices not as cheap as I would have expected, large car park reserved for customers not far away.

18/09/2024: Accoglienza ed ospitalità di prim'ordine. Gestori cordiali, alla mano e, allo stesso tempo, impeccabili nella gestione della struttura. Cucina "di casa" deliziosa e che ti fa venir voglia di "esagerare nella degustazione. Assolutamente da consigliare.

20/01/2025: Sono andata a pranzo di domenica con la mia famiglia per la prima alla Trattoria La Pireina e devo dire che abbiamo mangiato bene : buon antipasto di salumi buoni i primi e i secondi come pure il vino della casa . I dolci purtroppo non mi hanno soddisfatto!!!!! Consiglio vivamente Grazie

30/12/2024: Famoso e storico locale della tradizione piacentina, uno di quelli dove il vino si beve dallo "scodellino". .. una volta sola non basta per assaggiare tutte le prelibatezze che offre il menù, il che è un ottimo motivo per tornare al più presto. lasciatevi tentare dai salumi, dai primi oppure dalle carni.. non uscirete delusi (meglio prenotare, specie nei fine settimana)

09/11/2024: The food is excellent, the place is splendid, for a piadineria it almost seems like a restaurant in the summer. The founder Francesco is no longer here but Carmen is a worthy heir. The only flaw, even when booking you always wait a few minutes, it's not that they take it easy, it's that they have a lot to do and other people don't fit in there.

17/12/2024: So... I found the trattoria il Belo through a friend who had published it online. Not being a Parmesan, I wanted to dine on typical local dishes, starting with the fried pie and the PDO raw ham. We no longer knew what to say due to the quality (even though it was Monday) and the full awareness of the skill in knowing how to cook. I think you can hardly be disappointed by a dish, except that it may be a food you don't like, regardless of how it is cooked. Welcoming room and finely set tables, all in fabric. Even though there were only a few of us, in my opinion, pleasant and soft background music should have been played. Trained and friendly staff, so much so that we added a course to our first choice. Good and tasty tortelli, well cooked. I got them with mushrooms and they lasted a scream on my plate. The bill... right, even if in my opinion a little expensive, correct for the quality of the materials. Excellent wine, as well as water (not to be underestimated). Materials they told me strictly from the Langhirano/Parma area, excellence! I recommend you pay us a visit to believe. Homemade pickles made by them... a fairy tale!

01/01/2025: Same problem already reported in other reviews. I personally go to the venue to book the room downstairs for a birthday party for 20-25 people about 2 months before the established date and I agree everything with the manager (who however refuses my proposal to leave a deposit...). A few days later we spoke via WhatsApp for the final details and everything seemed to be fine; we also agree to contact you about 1 week before the party to communicate the exact number of people and any allergies/intolerances. As agreed, I called back a week before and was told that it was too late and since I hadn't contacted them again, the room had been reserved for a party with double the number of guests (coincidentally). When I point out that, having read the reviews, perhaps it wasn't the first time this "little game" was played, the phone actually hangs up in my face. Unfortunately I don't have the screenshots of the chats because "ephemeral messages" are activated in the club's chat, so be careful. Moral of the story: I find myself having to reorganize from scratch a party for 25 people in the center of Bologna a week before, not exactly a simple thing... this was my experience.

30/12/2024: The environment is informal with helpful and friendly staff. I recommend the tagliatelle with meat sauce which are exceptional and then to serve the stewed meatballs which are almost out of this world.

06/01/2025: Credo ci sia poco da aggiungere: un locale tipico situato in pieno centro, dove la qualità dei piatti è davvero notevole. I tortellini sono eccellenti, così come tutte le altre proposte del menu. Il personale di sala si distingue per la cortesia , mentre i prezzi sono assolutamente in linea con l'offerta. Lo consiglio sicuramente.

08/01/2025: Acqua colorata e ghiacciata sono andata lì perchè è l'unica gelateria della zona ma veramente un gelato terribile a mai più
