This is the third or fourth time I've arrived at 9:30 and there are no croissants. How is it possible that they have to offer service until 10:30 without croissants? I think there's something that could be improved.

One of the few McDonald's where you can relax. Just past the Le Befane shopping center in Rimini, perfect for those who want to go to McDonald's without necessarily going into a shopping center. The waiters are very friendly.

Terribly run. Ordered two McRoyal deluxe orders, and when I got home, it was chicken. After 40 minutes in line at the drive-thru, they even got the wrong sandwiches? No way!! And it's a Thursday! I tried calling and was on hold for another 12 minutes, but no one answered. We finally ate them, but next time I'll definitely go to the McDonald's in Riccione, hoping it'll be better. In fact, next time I'll make them at home. I called back several times, and finally someone answered, apologized, and confirmed that we'll get the right ones for free upon presentation of the receipt; we'll see. I'm giving an extra star for the girl's kindness.
