Ristorante Haowei In Bologna

Sono stata a provare questo ristorante perchè incuriosita da una pubblicità su Instagram. Ho capito che non devo farlo più. L'atmosfera è quella di un ristorante di livello superiore, il personale ci prova ma i piatti non sono niente di che e il rapporto qualità/prezzo è insoddisfacente. Ci sono ritoranti cinesi meno impomatati con qualità decisamente superiore. Alcuni dimsum li ho trovati addirittura cattivi (sapevano un po' "di vecchio")

Nice and well-kept place. The cuisine is very good, especially the ravioli. We were especially surprised by the crystal ravioli with prawns, excellent flavour. Also delicious are the Vietnamese rolls with prawns and vegetables with fresh mint and an exquisite accompanying sauce. The Peking duck however disappointed our expectations. The skin was not crispy enough, the accompanying sauce covered too much of the flavor of the meat and the vegetables tasted of nothing and did not add value to the dish. Price definitely too high for this dish. I wouldn't order it again. Even the fact that it is for a minimum of two people does not speak in its favour, I would have appreciated it more if I could divide it and also choose a different dish to break up the flavor which after a while becomes monotonous. As a final dessert we tried the pumpkin pudding, very very good! Kind service. I really liked the elegant metal chopsticks. Prices are certainly high but the quality of the raw materials is very good. Positive experience, I recommend it.

A sensorial experience, a combination of flavors that follow one another... an absolute must try!

Consigliato da un' amica, ci troviamo con 3 amici in questo Ristorante di Specialità Cinesi che propone una cucina di gusto raffinato. Locale posizionato in zona dove il parcheggio (di domenica a pranzo) non ci è risultato difficoltoso. Sala ampia con tavoli ben distanziati, tutto molto pulito e raffinato. Apparecchiatura adeguata con tovaglia, tovaglioli, posate d'acciaio, 2 bicchieri: bianco e grigio i colori dominanti. Le preferenze sono andate a due Menù degustazione: il n. 2 e il n. 3 . Una sorpresa per ogni specialità presentata, tutto delicato ma deciso, porzioni giuste per completare le Degustazioni senza straripare. Scelta delle bevande : Birra Asahi, Acqua minerale, una bottiglia di Foss Marai in Apertura per un simpatico brindisi. Bagni pulitissimi, con antibagno e lavandino: tonalità grigio scuro, sanitari bianchi. Luca, Chef e Proprietario, è molto cortese e ben disponibile a descrivere la tipologia e la qualità degli ingredienti di primissima qualità, sia per freschezza che per sapore. Due ragazze, molto cortesi e professionali, lo coadiuvano ai tavoli. Certamente un Ristorante di pregio, dove non è difficile trovare (prenotando) un tavolo libero. Ovviamente il prezzo pro-capite è proporzionato all' insieme: nel nostro caso 65 € pro capite. Ma li vale tutti !

A high quality oriental experience totally different from what you have been used to in 20 years! Never seen steel rods! The way you eat Peking duck is very fun and good! Seeing is believing. Since it was the first time I had entered this place, I opted for the tasting menu for 50 euros (there is also one for 40 or one for 60 with only fish) as duck was present. Fantastic ravioli both external dough and filling, even the dessert, the super pumpkin pudding although very similar to our puddings in flavor was excellent. Here the only flaw is perhaps the price-quantity ratio, being a tasting menu for 50 euros and in any case fixed I would have expected a couple of more ravioli, but perhaps then I would not have appreciated and finished the duck which is served with thin sheets that they must be filled with a sauce, vegetables and duck and then rolled up! If you want to surprise someone, definitely bring them here. At the end, a Chinese grappa of your choice between 3 types is offered (one is the classic rose flavored one and the others I don't know but I was scared when it said 54 degrees hehe) and coffee is included.

A real surprise. Authentic and refined Chinese cuisine, of a completely different level compared to the average Chinese restaurants in Italy. Great quality both in raw materials and in culinary technique. The environment is welcoming and modern and the staff is friendly, always attentive and helpful. The menu offers a lot of choice, you can choose between 3 tasting menus of 10 tastings or order à la carte. Despite the numerous courses, there was not a single dish tasted whose goodness and quality we could not appreciate, the tasting process very effectively conveys the chef's effort to offer his Italian guests a true journey into oriental culinary culture. A dutiful mention to the very well-stocked cellar with excellent Italian labels and more. The bill is not cheap but quite justified by the overall experience. In conclusion I can only say that I can't wait to go back.

Ristorante con piatti ottimi. Qualità superiore rispetto alla maggior parte dei ristoranti cinesi. Prezzi in linea con quello che viene servito. È sicuramente il ristorante asiatico dove ho mangiato meglio fin'ora.
