20/12/2024: An excellent raw ham. A sweetness never felt before. I felt the real taste of the ham. Too bad for the decidedly terrible service. After purchasing 65 pounds of ham, I kindly ask if they can slice me a few ounces because I have difficulty with my slicer at home. I was rudely told no as if I had asked for free ham. I don't think I'll go back, because I have no problem spending on an excellent quality product but I also want to look at who I give my money to and yesterday for their attitude and helpfulness towards the customer they didn't deserve a single euro. NEVER AGAIN!!!! !!!

The bottom line is that Macdonald's makes no sense to exist today. Goodbye.

26/01/2025: Arrivati per una cena di coppia dopo aver prenotato ci fanno scegliere se metterci a banco o ad un tavolo, noi scegliamo il tavolo, dopo gli antipasti (cappelletti fritti, buoni ma pochissimi) mentre eravamo a metà primo la cameriera ci chiede di alzarci per spostarci a bancone senza neanche che avessimo finito il piatto, tutto questo per far sedere altra gente che aspettava. Sul cibo niente da dire (a parte le porzioni, buono, non eccellente ma buono)

25/01/2025: Tornata ieri sera dopo alcuni anni E l’ho trovato decisamente peggiorato Già l’odore di fritto appena entri decisamente disgusta .. preso spaghetti al Chianti che era il piatto forte di questo locale .. presente a Reggio da più di 30 anni … Bhe sono arrivati spaghetti cotti in acqua di funghi e il resto dei soliti condimenti come funghi … Spek a filetti croccante … e sapore di Chianti nemmeno l’ombra Erano spaghetti in bianco con due pezzettini di formaggio tipo fontina sciolta E’stata una delusione Il locale rimbomba all’inverosimile e non si riesce a parlare normalmente.. Lo ricordavo molto diverso Peggiorato tantissimo

The spicy sour pork and meat ravioli were really delicious, I hadn't had them so good yet. Passed with flying colors for us. I will update the 'ambiance' rating when I go in person.
