20/05/2025: Excellent refreshment point inside the Imola Circuit, friendly staff, excellent choice of menu, traditional dishes, wide choice from first courses to second courses, piadinas and also a vast and tasty choice of desserts I highly recommend it Carburo, I will definitely be happy to come back to try your new proposals

05/06/2025: In viaggio verso la Toscana ci fermiamo per mangiare qualcosa. Mi piace molto il format di Eataly, posso tuttavia comprendere che per certe persone possa mettere in imbarazzo perché i prezzi non sono propriamente popolari. Ci siamo fermati per una pizza, molto buona e buon servizio. Se non si gradisce Eataly, nella stessa area di servizio c’è un servizio ristoro “tradizionale” così evitate di scrivere recensioni negative.

Price: 13 euros for a Margherita with a bit of raw ham, which was also poor. Waited almost 50 minutes, by the way! Pizza, beer, sorbet, 25.80 euros. Does that seem normal to you? Poor service, mediocre food and exorbitant prices.

12/05/2025: I am a vegetarian and I have often purchased products in this bakery, specifying that there is no pork extract in the dough. I have always aroused a bit of irony at my request. today even a customer and a lady at the counter began to mock my request with low-level jokes about the fact that the pigs they use eat vegan and other elementary school jokes. I have always believed in supporting small businesses, rather than buying from large chains, but I will never return to this bakery again and with great disappointment I will buy bread at the nearby supermarket. I believe it is important to have respect for the opinions of others, especially if dictated by common sense and principles of humanity, such as veganism. moreover, leavened products can be made very well with oils instead of lard, it's just a question of costs. 28/10/2024: The place only offers pizzas with few options but the quality is good. I really like the outside area, in summer it is really pleasant, with an aperitif kiosk for dinner attached. It also has private parking as it is not easy to park in the area. The service was poor, the girl had probably just been hired and wasn't even motivated, I guess that's not the rule.

05/10/2024: Family brunch, we arrived at 3pm and even though it was after closing time they welcomed us. All very good

I trusted his recommendations completely, and he didn’t disappoint. There was absolutely no waiting time, the service was fast and extremely friendly. Most importantly, the food was absolutely delicious. Everything I tried was full of flavor and perfectly prepared. Highly recommended if you’re looking for great food, warm service, and a local touch. I’ll definitely come back!

Marco, the owner, immediately showed incredible availability in satisfying our needs, satisfying all our friends with children in tow! 18/02/2025: Comfortable environment. Truly above average pastries including ice cream cakes. The prices are also slightly above average, but when you taste their products you ignore it. Parking practically non-existent even if there is a large car park next to the Coop 100 meters away.
