I go in and say: "Good morning" — no response. I ask: " Do you sell bus tickets?" — total silence... maybe she was too busy with the coffee ☕️ she was preparing for her breakfast, who knows! I repeat: "Miss, good morning, do you have tickets to sell?" — finally he turns and answers me, more or less: "Can't you see I'm busy?". In my opinion, this person really shouldn't be a bartender." 26/09/2024: Very generous and good portions. Unfortunately the second time we wanted to go there it said it was open but instead it was closed. We were a little disappointed. However, I really appreciated the guazzetto and the seafood pasta. I would have liked to try the pizza because it looked tempting

19/01/2025: Little correctness on the part of the manager in indicating waiting times and advice on ordering. No attention given to a celiac, already reported at the time of booking. They loaded the bill with 10 place settings instead of 8 and two more first courses. They promised to offer us dessert due to the mix-ups which never arrived. Horrible experience!

05/01/2025: Good pizza, shame about the treatment we received. The place told us we could sit at the table from 8pm to 9.15pm We arrived at exactly 8pm. The pizzas arrived at 9pm We had to eat very quickly, then the waitress comes over and says: coffee? Bitter? Not even time to answer or ask if we could eat the dessert that the waitress told us: if you don't have coffee then leave, you have to clear the table, not even time to finish our drinks, so much so that I had to bring the bottle of coca-cola outside the club because we had to leave immediately And if we wanted sweet nothing, we couldn't because we had to clear the table immediately. Instead of spending a quiet evening in serenity we had to eat quickly Also because even though we had 1 hour, the pizzas had arrived when the time allowed at the table was about to expire.

29/11/2024: I regularly order from Ale's because I appreciate the quality of the ingredients and the variety of the menu. However, lately, I have encountered a constant problem: the pizzas are often burnt. This not only compromises the flavor of the pizza, but also raises health concerns, as consuming burnt foods can be harmful. I'm sorry to report this situation, because I know that the place can do much better, but at the moment this detail ruins the overall experience (despite specifying in the notes not to burn the pizza).

02/02/2025: Regular customer now every weekend. Large sandwiches, rich in ingredients and very good at affordable prices. Always delivered home service and delivery almost always on time. You are a guarantee.

09/09/2024: The Ouzeri Greek Tavern is an authentic slice of Greekness in Reggio Emilia, the dishes and the welcome are typically Mediterranean. The environment is familiar and welcoming with blue tables and white tablecloths together with Greek music which helps to create the atmosphere. It's wonderful to find the plates upside down on the tables, a custom that has been lost among us Italians, but which we once had too; I appreciated it very much. As soon as you sit down you are brought bread and water even though the waiting times for the dishes are short. My fiancé and I celebrated our fourth anniversary here. We started with the sauces accompanied by homemade pita and then continued with the spanakopita, rice rolls in vine leaves, black olives, giant stewed beans, fresh patatas with herbs and two pitas stuffed with chickpea meatballs. Finally we took two sweets, one with very crooked hand-made puff pastry and a hot filling, the other with almonds and sesame on the surface. As for drinks, it offers an extraordinary selection of wines all from Greece. We tasted both the resin wine and the Kleoni, but the thing I liked most was the ouzu, a typical Greek liqueur excellent for any occasion. In conclusion, the prices are excellent based on the portions which are generous and well seasoned. We will definitely be back, thank you for giving you a corner of Greece in Italy.

20/01/2025: Historic bar in Novafeltria, excellent service; I absolutely recommend the Sant'Honore' cakes they prepare and they are fantastic!

14/01/2025: I have been staying at this hotel for years now. Now the young management is giving a twist of modernity and friendliness (which never hurts) making it very attractive given the enviable position with everything at hand.

27/11/2024: The hotel is very nice, featuring spacious rooms with modern furnishings. Unfortunately, the location on the very busy road does not allow for good relaxation. Apart from this, the only really negative note is the lack of staff present within the structure and having to do everything self-managed. The apotheosis of all this, a well-stocked bar that they define as an "honesty bar" as customers can serve themselves and write down what they have taken on a piece of paper...

18/01/2025: The reception was very bad, they told us we had a 20 minute wait and it was more than an hour and a half. It is not a quiet environment, very poorly organized and the food is nothing out of this world, very normal! I would not repeat nor recommend!!
