The service area is nice. It's been renovated. It's a shame that at night, since there's only one person there, poor thing, although she's very kind and quick, you can only get products at the coffee counter or go to the bathroom, but not buy anything else because the usual route is closed. Then again... how can you expect a single woman to manage an entire Autogrill at night??? At least I've only seen this one lady, who, I repeat, is very good, very quick, and courteous... But only her.
