15/02/2025: We have been using Gluten Free Capricci for over ten years. My daughter is severely allergic to milk proteins and eggs, as well as being celiac, and has never had any problems. Always very attentive and available. Thanks to them my daughter was able to eat things that would otherwise be impossible: cappellacci and tortellini, as well as numerous cakes for the most special events and the fantastic vegan brioches, including pistachio ones, a dream! Seriousness and professionalism! Highly recommended

22/12/2024: In verità ho conosciuto questo forno grazie al loro banco al mercato ritrovato in centro a Bologna, ma sono rimasta così piacevolmente colpita che meritavano una recensione. In generale non sono molto golosa di pane ma devo dire che il loro è il migliore che abbia mai trovato in questa regione (sono fuorisede). E anche i loro tranci di pizza sono buonissimi e ben lievitati. Rapporto qualità-prezzo più che ragionevole. Non vedo l'ora di provare il loro panettone salato!

After about an hour of waiting with three small children, still no food at the table. I kindly ask if we could bring something at least for the children who were starving at 2pm, and they bring us pasta with tomato sauce.

01/02/2025: Nice place, poor menu and I didn't find the quality as great as it appears on the menu, first courses without flavor and very little quantity, anything goes but I can't have 5 paccheri with swordfish and tomato and mozzarella on top among other things not mentioned in the menu, it looked like a parmigiana paid for dearly... desserts worth seeing again

Tutti gli anni andiamo a fare una bella escursione ai sassi di rocca Malatino e non può mancare un bel traghetto al nostro chiosco La Quiete in un ambiente caloroso, familiare e veramente spettacolarecon i sassi in bella vista! 16/09/2024: Anche se era pieno, hanno trovato posto per noi visto che eravamo a piedi e si era fatta ora di pranzo già da un pò. Menù unico di gnocco, tigelle e piadina con pinzimonio, formaggi, salumi, dolci, caffè e amaro, bevande comprese a € 25 a testa. Si può personalizzare a piacere. Tutto buono, servizio veloce e ragazzi molto attenti e gentili.

20/01/2025: La pizzeria Beep Beep è una vera scoperta per chi, come me, ama la pizza ma spesso deve rinunciarci per problemi di digestione o colite. La loro pizza è un piccolo capolavoro: grazie alla lunga lievitazione, l'impasto risulta straordinariamente leggero e digeribile, al punto che è l’unica pizza che riesco a mangiare senza alcun fastidio. Il sapore è eccezionale, merito di ingredienti freschissimi e di qualità che esaltano ogni boccone. Ogni morso è un mix perfetto di croccantezza e morbidezza, con una fragranza che si sprigiona già al primo taglio. Per chi cerca una pizza che non sia solo buona, ma anche rispettosa del proprio benessere, Beep Beep è il luogo ideale. Non è solo una pizzeria, è una garanzia di qualità e cura. Complimenti al team per aver reso possibile un piccolo sogno per chi pensava di dover rinunciare a questo piacere!

30/12/2024: I was disappointed again by this pizzeria, for the following reasons: 1. I specify that the pizza must be white, due to my intolerances...and instead it has a lot of SAUCE...RAW among other things. 2. I highly recommend the specific white pistachio as in the photo...and yet they make it red again! 3. Cornices all burned and charred 4. The prices do not correspond to the menu (I attach photos) 5. The deadlines are not respected and I spend an additional 40 minutes waiting for the pizza (takeaway) 6. In order not to have an increase of almost 3 euros for home delivery like last time (I live opposite)...I go in person and again the times are getting longer. 7. The (brown) girl who answers the phone is always VERY RUDE and talks bad about customers. Among other things unprofessional ("THIS pistachio girl wants to know.....) 8...9...10..I could go on but I would say this is enough...to make me stop wanting to order from them!
