30/03/2025: Gino e il suo staff rimarrà sempre nel cuore. Ha accompagnato la mia esperienza su Parma con le sue pizze generose e ben digeribi. Simpatici, bravi, accoglienti. Entravo in attesa di ordinare ed era come essere un pò a casa. Consiglio anche le tipologie speciali di pizza ed i "roll" conditi con verdure grigliate/prosciutto+funghi. Grazie ragazzi, buona vita sempre e tante belle cose per la vostra attività ❤️

28/03/2025: Business lunch, three people, shared a plate of ham with schiacciatina and then a "light" dish each (in my case raw artichoke and parmesan salad), drank water. All good, very attentive and courteous service with the right timing, pleasant, well-kept, clean environment, but more than €100 for three people is definitely too much for a vegetable dish each.

16/03/2025: Minimal place, excellent pizza, but disappointing service. Unfortunately, the experience was compromised by the behavior of the waitress: while I was still eating, she proceeded to clear the table and asked exclusively my partner if he wanted to continue with something else, without waiting for me to finish my pizza too, completely ignoring me. After that, we never saw her again. We would have liked to continue with a dessert, a coffee or other options. A real shame, since the quality of the food deserves more attentive and respectful service.

10/05/2025: I went for breakfast today with my family and we were treated in a rude and unprofessional way to say the least by an employee who acted in an arrogant and haughty way and the worst thing was that she declared herself to be responsible and manager of the place. This so-called "manager" takes the liberty of telling customers not to come to the restaurant anymore if they don't like how they are served, just for having asked for 2 glasses of water to accompany the coffee. I politely said there that you can't address customers in that tone and in a rude way. She said that she is the manager and can do and say whatever she wants with the customers. I replied that if all managers were like her then the owners' business would go to ruin. Blessed is the owner of Meli Gentia because one day he will find himself without customers with his beautiful manager called Federica.

06/05/2025: The food is carefully prepared and well displayed, Nadia's cappuccino is super, the place has a refined touch, gold and black. Sebastian, Cristian and Lety are the most attentive, kind and nice, Elio is the king of cocktails.

18/05/2025: I have known this restaurant for 4 years and in the last year it has changed gear, both in terms of food and staff. The dishes are varied and refined, not the classic Japanese with only the classic dishes but a place where you can experiment with nigiri with bergamot, lime uramaki or mojito style, well many many special dishes and all with an explosion of flavor in your mouth. I can't say anything about the hot food part because I haven't tried it. Service: efficient, friendly and "on the ball" staff, yesterday they had a small slowdown on the desserts by not bringing them to us together, but that's okay. The environment is well-kept both inside and outside, which I prefer, and being inside a covered cloister it can be used all year round and in the evening it has a very intimate and romantic atmosphere.

11/05/2025: Excellent all you can eat restaurant. The modern interiors indoors and the art nouveau part outdoors. The food is not necessary, it is good, that is, it depends on what you take. You order via smartphone with QR code but many photos of the dishes on the menu are missing. Nice large bathroom. Average prices.

29/03/2025: If I have to eat pizza I have always been going to this place for a long time (almost every Saturday) clean environment the quality of the pizza is always high, better than many more renowned pizzerias 🙌 💪💪

17/05/2025: You can't pay 6 euros for a gratin of vegetables with a tomato of number and a slice of eggplant. Burnt meat and potatoes brought to the table 15 minutes before everything else. The grilled food cost 18 euros on the menu, I go to look at the receipt and they charged me 20. It's absolutely not worth it, I strongly advise against it.

06/06/2025: EDIT Response update: Dear Mr. Gallerani, I would like to point out that, despite my complaints for years, unfortunately I find myself sitting at your tables due to a celiac disease problem in the family. I think you are aware that, if it were up to me, I would never ever set foot in a 1-star restaurant again (and it is not the Michelin one, alas). ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ I have known you for several years, I live on the beaches every year and I have frequented you countless times in recent years. You should stop justifying yourselves with the usual excuse "we had a great turnout and delays are therefore normal". The truth is that you have terrible service and you have no intention of improving this huge defect. I booked as a group, as a couple, in February, in the middle of summer.. nothing changes: the dishes arrive after hours, sometimes the desserts don't even arrive, you often lose orders... and you don't give a damn about complaints at the cashier! The most unnerving thing is that the waiters pretend not to see the raised arms and pretend not to hear the calls... and yet some glances cross and, as a result, you make a big fool of yourself. In my opinion, you take advantage of it by also being in an AIC circuit, you are aware of being a salvation for celiacs and you know that the groups in which there is a celiac person will come back to you sooner or later.
