We were last night in this intimate place, not large but very nice, clean, bright and welcoming.
The lady who welcomed us and served us was kind and helpful.
We took a platter of cold cuts and stracchino with baskets of tigelle and crescentine, two borlenghi and a battered side dish. What can I say: the exceptional fried food, dry and fragrant, giant and perfect crescentine. Delicious Borlenghi, which are found both in the traditional version and in numerous vegetarian variations. Everything really excellent. The price pleasantly surprised us. Highly recommended

Small place with few seats (reservation required), but welcoming. Excellent service and super Borlenghi, possibility of having them even without garlic and not only the classic Borlengo but also with other variations waiting to be discovered.
Personally, since it was my first time in this restaurant, I went for the classic one.
Another plus is the Casalecchio di Reno location.
Usually when I want borlenghi I move either to the hills or to the Modena area.
This place was a pleasant discovery.
I'll be back, they also make tigelle and Crescentine with assorted cured meats and cheeses.

Finalmente un locale che fa i borlenghi in città, non bisogna più salire la collina per mangiare ottimi borlenghi. Bravi complimenti, tornerò presto.

Abbiamo mangiato un borlengo tradizionale, quello con i porcini, salsa tartufata e parmigiano, una porzione di crescentine con salumi formaggi e sottaceti, sorbetto al limone e vino della casa. Si mangia benissimo!!! Sono bravi! La proprietaria gentilissima! Ci torniamo sicuramente!

Borlenghi buoni, non conditissimi.
Oltre al classico con il pesto modenese (con aglio un po' eccessivo a mio avviso e visto che il classico è un must....) che fanno a richiesta anche senza aglio.
Mi è piaciuto molto anche quello con guanciale e pecorino.
Buone le patate fritte (affettate, non a stick...top!!)
Nel complesso il posto - per la tipologia di cibo che propone - è molto valido.
Il locale è piccolo (una 20na di coperti) e un po' triste. Lo giustificherei se fosse un asporto oppure ultra-economico, ma non è l'uno e certamente non l'altro...Quantomeno cambiate i led dei faretti che non vanno!!! Diciamo che un locale impeccabile (non dico bello) mi avrebbe permesso di comprendere uno scontrino non basso.
Vino rosso sfuso buono ma servito freddo.
Caffè buono.

Questo posto è perfetto per un pranzo veloce ma anche per una cena informale.
Il locale è pulito, accogliente, semplice e abbastanza silenzioso, offre cibo di qualità eccellente e di tradizione antica, strepitosi i borlenghi tradizionali, ma ottimi anche quelli “un po’ nuovi” come con il lardo, con funghi e tartufi, tutti leggeri e croccanti assolutamente non unti; da provare i fiori di zucca fritti, semplicemente deliziosi, buonissime le patate fritte, vere patate di montagna tagliate e trattate in maniera superlativa. Servizio semplice, senza fronzoli ma inappuntabile, spesa contenuta.
