Excellent Borlenghi, a very warm welcome, a small and charming place, and some truly interesting Roman variations!
I see Google is asking me about parking: I parked at the Casalecchio town hall, specifically for a pleasant pre- and post-Borlenghi stroll, crossing the pedestrian bridge over the Reno and climbing the steps from Via Canale. Total relaxation!

Borlengo, or as I know it, Zampanella, is simply special, a mix of air and unique flavor that you absolutely must try.

The borlenghi are delicious, and the price is fair. The place is a bit basic, as is only right for borlenghi.

Marchigiano in Bologna.

Very kind owners and a very nice place... I tried the borlengo with rocket and stracchino and tigelle and Crescentino with various local cured meats, aubergines in oil and stracchino... everything was delicious.

We didn't know about borlenghi!! We'd never heard of them because we're from Piedmont. What a wonderful and delicious discovery!! A cloud of deliciousness!

I was a little disappointed because I know borlenghi well; I found them too crumbly and not very seasoned inside. They don't have to be heavily stuffed, but I couldn't taste the flavor. As for the service, I wasn't used to having to order how many I wanted to eat...I hope they improve in the near future...it's a shame there aren't many places in the city that make them.
