I went for lunch yesterday with the Enocuriosi group, and was impressed by the service. The girls were efficient and kind despite the crowds. And what can I say about the homemade giardiniera, or the tortelli and tagliatelle with prosciutto? Everything is definitely worth a try. If you stop by, you won't regret it, thanks to all the staff. An absolutely positive experience, both in terms of food and hospitality. Typical Parma dishes, with special mention for the pickled vegetables (marinated in oil), herb tortelli (made exclusively in-house), and cured meats.
Despite the fact that we were a group of 39 on a day trip and had limited time, having to reach other destinations, we were served promptly. A traditional place where substance prevails over appearance. And what substance!

The place is renowned in Parma as the quintessential trucker's trattoria.
In reality, there are many workers inside, but also many office workers.
The place is definitely no-frills and in keeping with the tradition of fixed-menu places.
The room is single, quite large, and quite crowded and noisy.
The tables are very close together but of normal size, and the table settings are made of restaurant-quality fabric.
The staff is very friendly. The girls know their job and are very fast. They understand that people are short on time.
The menu is both fixed and à la carte. The fixed menu includes 3-4 first courses, 2-3 second courses, a side dish, water, wine, and coffee for 15 euros.
The bread is brought in abundance and is good, seemingly fresh.
The first course is pasta with ragu (rigatoni), with little sauce and flavor. The cheese saves the day a bit, but it's certainly not a memorable dish.
The second courses are rather meager, including grilled sausage. I opted for a cheese plate with honey.
Decent, to be fair, but certainly not memorable either.
In the end, was I disappointed? No. Nothing negative. Would I go back? Maybe not; there are other places where you can eat better for the same price.

Ladies and gentlemen, Trattoria Menozzi, where the quality of the food on the menu is nothing short of sublime. The pasta is homemade, like their tortelli, for example, and it's evident in the quality of the main courses, with their roast beef and fresh potatoes, making it one of the best restaurants in the area.
My compliments, and absolutely recommended.

This trattoria offers both a fixed-price menu for a quick lunch or business lunch, or à la carte if you're looking for a local specialty. I chose à la carte and was satisfied. Everything seems to be made "on-site," even the fresh pasta. The place is crowded and noisy, but still warm and welcoming. The bathroom is clean. The price is fair.
