06/04/2025: The staff were very nice and helpful as we didn't have a booking on a busy Sunday night in Bologna. The regional dishes and wine we had were excellent. We had no room for dessert, but the espresso coffees were a good way to end the evening.

13/04/2025: On Saturday evening, we order mixed grill and sliced ​​meat, we are told that the barbecue is over (Saturday at 9.30pm) and that the slices are from kilos upwards. So at 8 euros per hg you get 80 euros for a steak, in a restaurant with a place setting and paper napkin. I won't go back, inexplicably overrated place, probably managed by those who have already given and no longer want to treat the customer with the necessary care... tasteless piadina, not ordered but put on the bill, mixed salad with bitter radicchio, unpresentable, insipid croutons, raw gratin and shockingly banal.

07/04/2025: A little dated environment, perhaps in need of renovation. We enter and hear the complaints (seasoned with swear words) of a waiter about the fact that they had assigned him 5 tables (too many for him): obviously a limitless rudeness. The meat is very good and comes from the butcher's shop of the same restaurant; the rib is excellent. Definitely important price (€160 for 3 people, including a child).

23/03/2025: We had dinner at this place, which has a menu that is not too extensive but I think many people go there above all for the pizza, quite thin but still well stuffed. I tasted a second one and didn't find it very fresh. The vegetables were also pretty plain. The pizza wasn't bad though. The prices are decidedly low compared to what's around. The place is very simple and spartan.

Nino was able to establish a friendly relationship with all his customers, and Matteo, with the rest of the family, welcomes everyone with kindness and professionalism. We always go willingly, because, in addition to eating delicious pizzas, we feel like family. Well done, everyone. Woe if there wasn't our Pizzeria Mela! Ps - try it, to believe it!

15/04/2025: In the center of Bologna. Good food and fair prices, especially considering the location. Wide menu with the possibility of eating typical dishes with an honorable mention for the graminia with sausage. Problem with the service: we had to ask for water several times and one of the glasses of wine arrived 30 minutes after the rest. Same problem with the food, two of us received what they ordered immediately, while the other two ate after 20 minutes and one of the two dishes was even cold.. At the end of the dinner we pointed out the problems and at the cashier they gave us a discount to apologize for the inconvenience.

14/04/2025: Very good time spent at 051. Simple and generous cuisine, in the Italian tradition. Perfect service in a pleasant setting. Very good address!
