26/08/2025: Excellent selection of pizzas, slabs, and various fried pastries, including vegetarian/vegan options, as well as the unusual panozzo made with pizza dough. Although it's primarily a takeaway, it also has indoor and outdoor seating under the trees where you can enjoy a relaxed meal.

11/10/2025: I visited this very welcoming restaurant with my partner and three friends. We had a truly wonderful time! The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable, accommodating any requests. The food was excellent, and we were satisfied with our lunch! It's very close to the university area, within walking distance. I highly recommend it! It's definitely a place I'll return to when I'm in Bologna.

Bar number 11 on our culinary Aperol tour through Bologna took us to "Bottega Ranocchi." 22/10/2025: A rustic mountain restaurant, the dishes are spoken out loud to showcase their quality and homemade produce. The results are varied, with excellent dishes and dishes that are likely the result of necessity rather than choice. If the mushrooms aren't there, they're not there, period. However, the tagliatelle are still available. I'd still return for the excellent cured meats and main courses, as well as the extraordinary desserts.

He stood out with his smile and friendliness: impeccable service that made the experience even more enjoyable. 23/08/2025: We're from Trento and spend a few days in Milano Marittima every summer. This restaurant was a pleasant discovery, so much so that we returned two more times. Excellent food, prompt and attentive service, with a special mention for Simona. We'll definitely be back at the first opportunity. Excellent value for money. We recommend it.

04/10/2025: A pleasant surprise away from the weekend motorcycle frenzy of Raticosa and the surrounding area. The crostini with lard and porcini mushrooms were excellent. We limited ourselves to the first course and dessert after the crostini, and I must say that, at our request, they accommodated us with a trio each, allowing us to sample excellent tagliatelle, special passatelli, and delicious ravioli. Everything was homemade and all made with porcini mushrooms. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Highly recommended. 👌

10/09/2025: An ideal solution for those looking to spend a few days in the Tidone and Trebbia Valleys, or the Piacenza area in general. Perfect for relaxing and enjoying a beautiful view of the Piacenza hills. Breakfast is excellent, and I recommend trying the food for lunch or dinner.

02/11/2025: I ate at this restaurant on a Saturday evening. Unfortunately, the experience wasn't particularly positive. I'll start by saying that the welcome wasn't the best; we were greeted reluctantly, and it wasn't very friendly. They seated us at a table for four, even though there were only two of us, so from that perspective, it was a good thing, as we would have had more room for all the dishes. It's a shame about the already dirty tablecloth. We looked around for a moment and the first thing that caught our eye was the fish counter, right in front of us. It wasn't exactly spotless, as were the glass partitions separating the tables, the high windows, the tablecloth, and the rather worn tablet. We choose our first courses (since the €36 all-you-can-eat plan allows you to order three dishes each every 10 minutes), but unfortunately the tempura shrimp nigiri arrives cold, fried in used oil. For the second course, we order curry shrimp and peppers, but a shrimp and potato curry dish arrives (the shrimp didn't taste like shrimp, not only in this dish). Then we try marinated salmon, which is quite good, and chicken gyoza, too. We continue with octopus nigiri with really tough fish, seared tuna and mango nigiri, which is not bad, and finally (also because we weren't enjoying it much and our hunger had subsided) we order cooked tuna hossomaki, which I can consider "normal" but very, very stringy. I was very disappointed with this experience. We'd heard really good things about this place, and we were very curious to try it. Finally, when it came time to get the bill, we were given a receipt with the wrong date and time (I'm attaching a photo of the receipt and a photo of the time and date on my phone when we made the payment). I don't know if I'd go back, but it's definitely not worth the money. I think other all-you-can-eat restaurants are better, and even cheaper if you prefer.

12/09/2025: Best ever! But put the mochi on deliverooooo so I can do takeout!!! Don't worry, they don't melt; I've always gotten them at other restaurants! They're delicious 🥰
