22 March 26 unfortunately I have to change my mind about the opinion I made years ago last night, dinner to forget, service to die for despite the efforts of the 2 girls but the menu for 3 will never be again, I'm sorry because it was a nice place but not now

I ordered takeaway by chance because it was the day after the holidays and it gave me the same things we would have eaten: excellent tagliatelle with ragu, ravioli with mushrooms, fried cod, fried porcini mushrooms, sublime grill.

I appreciated that they brought us a basket of various baked goods as soon as we arrived, which were really good; the appetizers and main courses were excellent, the fillet very good and tender; as for the first courses, they were good, but not exceptional. All the dishes were generous. Prices were reasonable. I would go back.

Exceptional local trattoria, outside Argelato, in an almost homey atmosphere... like the kitchens of yesteryear!! The selection of dishes is endless, from appetizers to first courses with tortellini in broth, fettuccine, passatelli, and cutlets... sliced, shank with potatoes, strips, and even polenta with a variety of sauces!!! The zuppa inglese, made by the owner himself, is legendary... Giò!! It's worth a detour wherever you happen to be.

08/04/2026: A truly distinctive cocktail bar for anyone looking to go beyond the usual menu of predictable classics. The drink program is inventive, thoughtful, and genuinely exciting. This is a place for people who appreciate cocktails as craft rather than routine. The staff are highly professional, the space is stylish without trying too hard, and the location is hard to beat: right in the historic center of Bologna, just a short walk from Piazza Maggiore. The aperitivo also includes a buffet with a good selection of snacks and small bites. While the food doesn’t quite reach the same level as the drinks, it is still enjoyable and well above average. My only suggestion would be to give a bit more attention to the background music and overall sound quality. A place with this much character deserves a more carefully curated soundtrack and a better audio setup. That small refinement would elevate the experience even further. That said, the prices are remarkably fair considering the quality of the cocktails, the setting, and the service. A very impressive place overall — well done.

26/04/2026: The menu is structured as a numbered offer—1, 2, or 3 courses, plus dessert and an entrée—with surprise dishes that change daily, but you can also order à la carte. The dishes are quite rich and hearty, sometimes perhaps a little heavy, but always with vegetables paired with the meat or fish, and are beautifully presented. Overall, I ate well, perhaps too well with the 3-course menu. The wine list perhaps seemed less varied than the dishes presented. In terms of Bolognese cuisine, it stands out from the usual osterias with 4-5 traditional Bolognese dishes and nothing more.
16/04/2026: Small menu (always with a vegetarian option), excellent food, friendly service, simple but elegant atmosphere, good price
