An excellent trattoria for sampling traditional Emilian dishes... A wide selection of stuffed cutlets, excellent freshly rolled crescentine, and delicious first courses, all truly homemade! The meat is equally high-quality, as are the desserts. A special mention goes to the generous bread basket with various types of breadsticks, crostini, and other homemade treats. We were always served with kindness and courtesy, and were also given excellent wine recommendations.

Unfortunately, I was quite disappointed with the food. I expected more; the crescentine and cured meats were delicious. The service was unfortunately slow, but we had been warned about a shortage of kitchen staff. Nice and welcoming atmosphere. I recommend it only for the crescentine.

22 March 26 unfortunately I have to change my mind about the opinion I made years ago last night, dinner to forget, service to die for despite the efforts of the 2 girls but the menu for 3 will never be again, I'm sorry because it was a nice place but not now

I ordered takeaway by chance because it was the day after the holidays and it gave me the same things we would have eaten: excellent tagliatelle with ragu, ravioli with mushrooms, fried cod, fried porcini mushrooms, sublime grill.

I appreciated that they brought us a basket of various baked goods as soon as we arrived, which were really good; the appetizers and main courses were excellent, the fillet very good and tender; as for the first courses, they were good, but not exceptional. All the dishes were generous. Prices were reasonable. I would go back.

18/07/2026: A quaint and trendy place in the center of Bologna. I went there for a business dinner with a set menu. I'm vegan, and they accommodated me with a customized menu from appetizer to dessert...what can I say...fantastic! The food was obviously excellent!!
11/06/2026: An open-air restaurant where I pace with a rhythmic cadence. Intimate and quiet. The food is attentive, more than good, almost excellent. Best wishes. Attentive and precise staff. Not a thousand seats. You can speak quietly because it's not that noisy.

19/04/2026: Although I'm not a pasta fan, I have to say that the tagliatelle with ragù were amazing. Highly recommended.
01/11/2025: Great lunch break at Ma.Va! My friend had the radicchio lasagna: both were delicious, fresh homemade pasta and authentic flavors. Ample portions, a clean atmosphere, and friendly, smiling staff. Fair prices.
