I think it's the only place where I would also try what I normally consider not to be my thing; delicious dishes, well-prepared, in short, a treat for the palate. Small but welcoming place, one of my favorite places, I can't deny it. Obviously highly recommended! 🥰

18/05/2025: Excellent dishes, very kind and helpful staff. I have been to this restaurant several times and every time I have left very satisfied, I am a vegetarian and since the kitchen is express I was able to ask for small variations without any problem. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who likes traditional cuisine but with a modern twist, really everything is excellent.

06/09/2025: I just had lunch with a friend. The place was practically empty when we ordered. €16 for three tiny skewers, literally three of them. €7 for fries (which weren't fries, but probably chips from the bag) that never arrived despite our requests. They even asked us if we still wanted them after we'd finished eating and drinking... I'd say no. At the counter, the waiter excused himself by saying, "Oh, the fries didn't come out at the end... ehhh." €8 for an undrinkable Hugo, €3 for a bottle of water. In total, I spent €25 each to leave hungry and certain I'll never return.

It's happened a few times that they've made a mistake with the salad dressing or forgotten to include the piada in the order, but that can happen given the volume of orders and the number of customers in the restaurant.

08/06/2025: A hidden place, that you don't expect, and excellent quality of raw materials. The turmeric bread is delicious, but above all the raw fish, which I highly recommend trying, with excellent combinations of vegetables and fruit. Even the first course that I had in half with my friend was really good and full of fish. And the portion sizes are just right. Well done!!! On our second visit, we tasted the hot appetizers and a first course divided in two. Very interesting and not banal. For example a divine stuffed mushroom, also a stuffed courgette flower, all original and truly excellent. The owner and chef came out of the kitchen greeting and lingering at the tables, and chatted amiably with us too. You could feel a great passion for his work! We returned last night, raw fish and pasta all excellent. Honest prices and always kind owners.

19/07/2025: The restaurant is well-located on the street, and the interior is well-maintained. The bathroom, like the dining room, could use a facelift. It's a shame about the parking lot and the exterior isn't exactly well-maintained; it gives the impression of disuse. The food is excellent, but the wait is a bit long, especially when you really want to enjoy the moment.

19/07/2025: My son took us to Osteria Di Sorbara to celebrate a special occasion, and we were truly delighted! The atmosphere is welcoming and familiar, perfect for a quiet evening with friends. The staff is kind, attentive, and very professional, making us feel right at home. The food is exceptional: traditional Emilian dishes prepared with the freshest, highest-quality ingredients. The selection of local wines is excellent and perfectly complements the experience. I highly recommend Osteria Di Sorbara to anyone who wants to enjoy authentic flavors in a refined and welcoming environment. We'll definitely be back!

28/07/2025: A lovely discovery, we went there with friends for the first time on Saturday, the pizza was delicious and everyone loved it, the girl serving us was very friendly, it was a pleasant evening all in all, I can't wait to go back!

07/09/2025: In the heart of Viserba di Rimini, this rotisserie serves the community and tourists. You can also eat some dishes on-site, which my family and I did, and we were very satisfied. Perfect for a quick lunch break or to take home some delicious treats. Very reasonable prices.

21/08/2025: This place is amazing! The food is soulful and delicious. You can eat fish, pasta, and vegetables! Everything is fresh and tastes great. I enjoy the food and will definitely go there again. This place is adorable; local cuisine is like home made. I tried the potato gnochi, the paprika and vegetable piadina. Everything was fresh and excellent. I recommend it!
