22/09/2025: We stumbled upon this restaurant by chance and were blown away. Delicious food, quality ingredients, friendly and attentive staff. We'll definitely be back.

16/09/2025: So happy to find a great place to stay as I was cycling through looking for accommodation. I consider myself lucky to have found a friendly welcoming owner my room was perfect and dinner in the hotel was very good. I had the truffle menu, bring your appetite, very generous.

14/09/2025: Today, for the Montese potato and mountain Parmigiano Reggiano festival, they offered an amazing set menu. Everything was truly delicious. The service was impeccable. The courtesy was top-notch (truly a style from another era). Something unusual, something you don't see in any restaurant anymore, was seeing the waitresses pass between the tables with their serving platters, offering seconds of each course: WHAT A WONDERFUL! Despite the restaurant being packed, the service was quick and always excellent. The girls in the dining room were wonderful, as was the lady who coordinated them. It's worth returning to try the dishes from their à la carte menu. IN THE MEANTIME, CONGRATULATIONS!!!

13/11/2025: Our relatives held their wedding here… The restaurant staff were incredibly unprofessional. While we were still eating the cold appetizers, one of them dumped the first course directly onto our seafood shells! How were we supposed to eat that? Before we'd even finished our drinks, they took the glasses away without asking, just saying they were closing up! One waiter even asked us for a pack of cigarettes? A very unpleasant experience! Extremely rude!

As someone who’s not a Michelin Guide expert, I can say with certainty that Osteria del Viandante deserves far more than just a single star—it’s a place that’s clearly shooting straight for a second. This was the highlight of our entire trip, and honestly, it’s hard to imagine anything else living up to this experience. From the moment we stepped through the door, we were greeted with a level of service that instantly set the tone for what was to come. The staff were warm, attentive, and incredibly knowledgeable, guiding us through each course and ensuring that our every need was met. Their genuine passion for the food was evident, and it made the entire meal feel like a special event. Now, let's talk about the food. The multi-course tasting menu was nothing short of extraordinary. Each dish was an artwork, bursting with flavors that were as bold as they were delicate, every bite perfectly balanced. It’s clear that attention to detail and creativity are at the heart of this restaurant, with the chef pushing boundaries while respecting tradition. And let’s not forget the wine pairing—it was exceptional, enhancing each course and offering us the chance to explore regional varieties that were absolutely perfect with the dishes. Though we had to take the train from Bologna and later a cab back to the city, it was worth every minute of the journey. This place is an experience that transcends just a meal; it’s a culinary journey, one that we’ll remember forever. Osteria del Viandante is a true gem, and I honestly believe it’s aiming for—and deserves—a second Michelin star. If you’re in the area, do yourself a favor and make a reservation. 13/11/2025: The place isn't large, with indoor and outdoor tables. Given its size, reservations are highly recommended. Inside, tables are close together and not large, but sufficient. The location is reminiscent of a seafood trattoria, with over-the-top but traditional decor. Everything is delicious, with generous portions. The marinated appetizers deserve a special mention. Service is quick and attentive. Prices are absolutely fair. In other words: we'll be back...

09/11/2025: The seafood spaghetti and mixed fried fish were exceptional. Reservations are recommended; we arrived unexpectedly quite early and luckily were able to get a seat.

03/10/2025: Excellent sushi and Chinese food, but be warned: the portions are generous, so the average person won't be able to eat more than eight things. Trust me. The only problem is that if you're in the main dining room, you can't really talk much. It's a bit noisy. And ordering times can sometimes be a bit long.

Colorful dishes, rich in flavor and texture, with a wealth of spices carefully balanced, each dish presented with a brief description of the ingredients used, and informal and truly pleasant service—a wonderful experience I highly recommend!

05/10/2025: Always good. You feel good, you eat well, and you leave happier than when you came in. Booking is a good idea. It's also excellent for breakfast, especially for those with lactose intolerance, and in Imola you can't find anything edible. It's a real treat here.

Lucio prepared and brought us meters and meters of pizza, all delicious and meticulously prepared. Every flavor was perfectly balanced, from the crispy crust to the freshest ingredients. In addition to the excellent quality, Lucio's kindness and helpfulness are also noteworthy. He's a truly wonderful person who helped make our celebration special. Highly recommended!

18/10/2025: We were here at the end of our vacation. Rimini was just a stopover. Before that, we were on the Amalfi Coast. And what can I say – we ate the best pizza here. While we thought it was delicious everywhere, we were completely surprised by this small but fine restaurant. In addition to the very good food at a really good price, we received extremely friendly service from the moment we entered; nothing was missing. There was more ketchup for the child and lollipops, which immediately delighted the youngest guest. We were able to watch the pizza being prepared. In summary – we felt incredibly comfortable from the very first minute and can only recommend everyone to share this enjoyable, family-friendly experience.

01/10/2025: *5 stars!* I just returned from an incredible evening at Smeraldino in San Lazzaro di Savena! Neapolitan pizza is always a unique experience, but this time it was even more special thanks to the kindest pizza chef I've ever met! The pizzas were obviously delicious, with a light, crispy crust and the freshest ingredients. But the real magic was when the waiter gave my girls a piece of dough to play with! They were thrilled to be able to play at being pizza chefs and had a fantastic evening. We'll definitely be back soon! *Recommended to everyone!*
