04/03/2025: I must say that it is the best piadineria in Cesenatico. Wide choice of piadinas, watercress, plain rolls, squares, salads and salads, exquisite first courses, with various condiments such as the ragù made by them, truly exceptional. Desserts are missing but you can make up for it with a piadina or piadazza with Nutella. The staff are really kind like they used to be. Well done and thanks.

19/03/2025: Perfect place for dinners or aperitifs in relaxation to have fun with friends! Even if there was a fair wait for the food, the wait is absolutely worth it to be able to taste the excellent hamburgers, with also vegetarian options, or the appetizers such as fried foods, and much more. The quality in addition to the flavor of the food was good. Service as already said a little slow but still attentive and courteous. The environment is really appreciable, from the concert evenings, to the presence of board games to play in company, to a room with a fireplace where you can enjoy excellent herbal teas. Even the closing time makes it an excellent option for young people. Highly recommended, I had a great experience and I will definitely go back.

04/03/2025: Great place to have a quiet evening with friends. I usually order cocktails and dessert and I was happy with it. I prefer to go during the week or on Friday (by making a reservation) because Saturday evenings are too crowded and orders naturally take longer to arrive

23/02/2025: Coupon not respected, quantities lower than those personally tried shortly before without coupon, the second course was not 'cockerel and rabbit' as written but guinea fowl (3 pieces with little meat to be divided between 2 people). Cold place. I reply to the owner: The name is a Nick Name, I didn't get the wrong restaurant, and the acca (h) goes in front of the 'a'.

01/04/2025: I just had the pleasure of eating at this pizzeria/piadineria/rotisserie and I must say that it was a fantastic experience! The pizza is really super good, with fresh ingredients and a perfect dough. The owner and the staff were super nice and very kind, helping to create a welcoming and familiar atmosphere. The place is well looked after and invites you to return. I highly recommend stopping by if you're looking for a place to enjoy delicious pizza and feel at home!

30/03/2025: Convegno dei Pater Familias presso la trattoria Guglielmo in quanto desiderosi di cucina marinara. Proporre specialità di mare quando esso è lontano può apparire una sfida dal punto di vista psicologico per il potenziale cliente. Un conto è trovarsi a Genova, Livorno, Palermo o S. Benedetto del Tronto. Beh, lì sappiamo che ci troviamo in una culla della cucina di mare, ma a Bologna dobbiamo fare i conti con una tradizione ben diversa. Guglielmo ha accettato il confronto ed a ns. parere ne esce con onore ed un encomio per le sue capacità professionali. Dunque: il menù è ampio offrendo molte varianti. La selezione degli ingredienti conferma una solida esperienza in merito. Poi l'assaggio al palato soddisfa egregiamente le attese della comitiva. In particolare: doppia razione di pasta lunga che vedeva la comparazione crostacei vs. pesce nel condimento. Misto classico frittura e grigliata quale secondo piatto. Per la scelta ci siamo affidati alla competenza dell'ottimo personale di sala. Forse la cantina offre scelte limitate ai più esigenti, ma a noi modesti vignaioli andava bene così. Purtroppo il locale non presenta molto spazio (full in una sera feriale), per cui giacche, giacconi, soprabiti, mantelle, sciarpe, cappelli si affastellano sugli schienali delle sedie offendendo l'estetica ed il comfort. La possibilità di un semplice guardaroba, p.e. quelle rastrelliere che si trovano negli empori di casalinghi, offrirebbe un plus al locale. N.B. Questo è un parere personale del portavoce della comitiva. Conclusione: una serata ottimale per livello della cucina di Guglielmo e l'allegria da libera uscita dei Pater Familias.

12/04/2025: I ate at BorlenGO tonight and it was all excellent. All 4 of us liked the borlenghi. We tried them traditionally with Modena lard and parmesan, with parmesan and Romagna-style balsamic vinegar, with raw ham, stracchino cheese, rocket and truffle, and then the fried gnocchi with sliced ​​meats, the rice and parmesan fritters were delicious. The homemade desserts were excellent, as was the coffee. Excellent value for money. The place is very nice, well-kept and very clean. I recommend going. I had never eaten borlenghi before and I was super satisfied.

03/03/2025: La location è molto bella con una veranda sul grande fiume che con il sole è davvero suggestiva. Personale attento, carino professionale, tavoli ben apparecchiati servizio piacevole. Menu della tradizione con qualche eccezione, soddisfatti degli antipasti meno della portata principale: linguine ed anatra, un po’ brodose le prime, troppo dolce la seconda, buoni i dolci. Carta dei vini soddisfacente, costo un po’ alto per i piatti proposti. Un posto che soddisfa ma non fino in fondo, manca qualcosa per dire SÌ.

05/04/2025: Ci siamo trovati benissimo, le piadine erano davvero ottime, sia come sapore sia come farcitura, così come i cresciotti. Il prezzo è accessibile a chiunque e il personale è molto gentile e disponibile.
