Excellent Roman cuisine, kind and friendly staff. The place is small, but welcoming, and in good weather there are also a few tables outside; However, it is advisable to book. Prices are medium-high.

What to say? One of my personal certainties in Bologna for years.
Small location, warm and welcoming atmosphere, exceptional quality of dishes, superlative service, guaranteed authenticity.
Rigatoni alla amatriciana of another level, a dish that I order every time, as well as the artichoke alla giudia when offered.
It feels at home.
Reservations are absolutely necessary due to the small number of tables

Cacio e pepe 5 carc.giudea 5 cum laude Very cool place with top chairs frequented by top customers (therefore polite in their manners) more than top service (they treated my grandfather who was close to one hundred with kid gloves). I will be back to try other dishes!!

Oh, this is really good! Well, I'll just tell you that I used to speak Italian and now I got a Roman accent. :) The cod meatballs are a real delight.

An early February lunch that tastes like spring.
A table in the sun, a supplì, a fried artichoke and a glass of Hiera.
A courteous and kind service that tastes like a rare gift.
Tonnarelli with artichokes, bacon and pecorino that seem like poetry.
Saltimbocca accompanied by chicory that tells you umami.
The joy and pleasure of having shared such a perfect moment with dear friends.
The regret of not having discovered this place much earlier.

Ci sono tornato con amici dopo un po' di anni che non ci andavo. L'ambiente è sempre piacevole e curato, anche se il locale è piccolo e i tavoli sono un po' troppo ammassati. Ho trovato una cucina discreta, senza grossi difetti ma nemmeno senza nulla da ricordare. Prezzi a mio avviso esagerati per la tipologia dei piatti serviti.

Di passaggio in questa via piena di locali, ci siamo fermati per cena in questo ristorante molto piccolo e con un'atmosfera intima.
Abbiamo provato i suppli e le polpette di coda alla vaccinara, non male.
Per primo delle mezze maniche alla carbonara buone ma forse un pò troppo cariche di pecorino (molto sapide).
Per secondo un'ottima trippa alla romana.
Per finire un mascarpone, buono, ma che ha impiegato quasi un quarto d'ora ad arrivare.
Se posso dare un consiglio, non sarebbe male proporre anche dolci romani per poter fare un'esperienza "romana" completa.
Servizio piuttosto freddo e sulle sue.
Rapporto qualità / prezzo nella media.
