Quanto Basta In Bologna

Quanto Basta is one of those restaurants I always enjoy returning to and have always had a great experience. The food is carefully curated and the entire menu is carefully crafted, with well-executed dishes and quality ingredients. The service is attentive, professional, and always available, though sometimes it's a little slower at busy times. A strong point is the wine list: truly extensive, interesting, and capable of satisfying both those seeking well-known labels and those looking to discover something new. The prices are absolutely average, considering the quality of the overall experience. The interior is very pleasant, elegant, and welcoming, but during the warmer months, the outdoor seating is also a real plus. A place I recommend and will continue to return to.

Group dinner with friends; the place is quite small, so I'd probably avoid large groups that would clog up the place and prevent service for outside diners. The food is good and tasty, typically Roman; the gricia was excellent, with the bacon nice and crispy. The service is like a trattoria, the prices a little less, but in the center of Bologna, it's fine.

My wife and I absolutely love this place, partly for its excellent Roman cuisine in the heart of Emilia Romagna. We never fail to stop by whenever we visit Bologna.

A small trattoria with limited seating, suggesting reservations are necessary. My wife and I were guests of a friend who had indeed made reservations. The service was courteous and fairly quick, the place was a bit crowded but welcoming, and the menu was inviting and not overly extensive. There were often some off-menu dishes. We ate well: caponata, fried anchovies, supplì, rigatoni carbonara, pasta with artichokes and pancetta, and crème caramel. Everything was good, with only one flaw for me: the carbonara was a bit stingy with the egg. Overall, I would recommend it.

Very good Roman cuisine; all the dishes we tried were delicious. The staff were very friendly, and the atmosphere was quiet and relaxing.

An intimate, very charming place, with professional and helpful staff and high-quality, meticulously prepared dishes. I booked especially for the artichokes alla Giulia: dry, impeccable, and incredibly light fried. I've never found anything like them, even in Rome. The fresh tonnarelli with artichokes and pecorino cheese are also divine!
