13/09/2025: It's already been written... a timeless place, like opening a closet door to the world of Narnia. An occasional visitor during our visits to Sant'Orsola, but captivated by the microcosm of regulars who make you feel at home. The owners, whom my thirty-year-old daughter calls "grandparents," have great respect for these octogenarians who are still at it. I expect one day to find Pupi Avati sitting in a corner of the dining room or under the magical veranda writing the screenplay for one of his films. The cast is already there... I forgot to mention this for the review... Luisa at the coffee machine makes the best cappuccinos in Bologna, Gianni at the pastries and sandwiches will probably give you a (homemade) brioche or a sandwich like so many cafés do, but few do it with his smile. May the Lord keep you like this.

02/08/2025: Now a historic venue in Ferrara. A place for even unusual encounters. The owners are truly lovely, and the atmosphere is beautiful and welcoming. Unusual but a definite must-see for an evening with friends, the outdoor garden is a real treat. You have to go.

04/06/2025: A small but very welcoming place, always full of new and curious proposals. Large garden at the back that becomes an oasis of peace and joy... It hosts exhibitions, different theme nights, music and poetry... And much more to discover from time to time.

15/11/2025: Very satisfying traditional food, homemade preparations, and a relaxed atmosphere. The potato, mortadella, and pistachio appetizer was excellent! It's a shame we didn't get to try the dessert... we'll be back!

10/10/2025: Very welcoming place, I had a plate of tortellini with pancetta soffritto, truly amazing!!! Everything was really good!!!!!

10/10/2025: Amazing place, full of quality products and even more quality attention. We were greeted by the owner who just seems so full of passion and is very knowledgeable of the products in the store; when I told her I was buying two bags of coffee, one for me and one as gift for a friend, she had the detail to take the price tag off and put that bag in a separate packaging arranged with a nice little ribbon. I recommend this place 100%.

10/10/2025: A well-stocked shop, top-quality products, and a truly kind and knowledgeable lady. She explained to us that she personally cares about choosing quality products; it's clear she does it with passion. When I'm back in Parma, I'll definitely be back.

13/09/2025: An amazing small family owned restaurant. The owner was really welcoming trying to satisfy every need. Highly recommend each pasta dish, they have in house made pasta. And the tiramisu is one of the best I have had in Italy. Highly recommend!

18/09/2025: Amazing artisanal cornetto’s made fresh on-site. So much variety, and they are ALL outstanding. Pistachio cornetto is incredible and authentic in its paste (hard to find). Warm and welcoming staff. Highly recommend!

23/10/2025: Absolutely worth a try! Saini Indian Restaurant was a sensational discovery. I never expected to find such authentic and delicious Indian cuisine in Alvigano. I had the pleasure of sampling several traditional dishes, all prepared with skill and passion. Special mention goes to the butter chicken, simply sublime! The owner and his wife were incredibly welcoming and guided us through our selection of dishes, recommending the tastiest specialties. If you love Indian cuisine, you absolutely can't miss this hidden gem. Highly recommended ❤️

16/11/2025: We had a really nice stay at Sunflower CITY. The ambience there was very friendly and I love how the staffs communicate with everyone who comes to stay. What I found very interesting was the vibe the hostel gives off! If you’re a backpacker and looking for a warm, cozy and super friendly hostel to stay, The Sunflower CITY is a must on your list. Although the bathroom in our private was a little narrow for us, the facilities were really nice enough to give 9 out of 10 in rating. For your information, they provide free vegetarian pasta on Saturday nights so you should consider it if you’re saving your budget on your trip! *** don’t forget to bring sunflower seeds when you check out, it’s a nicest parting gift I have ever got!!!

23/10/2025: I love it! It's a very nice place that makes you feel comfortable. It has excellent housekeeping services and they provide you with comfort. I couldn't complain about anything! I would definitely go back!

29/09/2025: A beautiful little restaurant located in the old village cinema, with a wealth of history to tell. Traditional dishes, sometimes even rediscovered, like the fantastic cream tortelli, which I'd never heard of before, are a pleasant discovery. MICHELE is an excellent host, capable of making your experience wonderful. Highly recommended.
