30/05/2025: Restaurant suggested by a colleague, also because it is located a little out of the way, but the hairpin bends that you face to reach it are worth it. We ate on an open veranda in front of a garden full of olive trees. What can I say, as you can see from the photos, which already make your mouth water, we started with Tuscan crostini and mixed polenta (no photo), followed by a screaming Florentine with fried porcini mushrooms, unfortunately I did not have the opportunity to taste the desserts because we were full and super satisfied.

25/05/2025: Unique atmosphere, very rustic, it seems to go back in time. Surrounded by nature. Excellent service (even if the waiter insists too much in proposing the dishes) and very good food, even the pizzas. Good prices

09/05/2025: Historic restaurant in the Tuscan hills A place where you can taste local delights, including excellent pizzas, grilled meat, fantastic first courses, mind-blowing fried foods and much more. Highly recommended now, when it gets a little warmer, especially in the evening, to escape the city heat and take refuge in the cool air. I frequent this restaurant with my family, but we also celebrated a birthday there with 40 people, all of whom were pleasantly satisfied with the lunch. The staff is impeccable, the owner, who carries on the tradition of this place, is extraordinary. In short, if you pass near Buzzanca, it is a must to stop.

08/05/2025: We ordered a bottle of water, but it seemed to have been refilled from the tap because the taste was unpleasant. The gnocchi was okey but the tomato-mozzarella were disapointing. the mozzarella had a strange refrigerator smell. Overall, the prices felt too high considering the quality. I would prefer to try a different place next time!

22/05/2025: Vi var ett sällskap på 18 personer som åt olika rätter. Mysig lokal, underbar mat, trevlig personal och väldigt prisvärt. Menyn med flera rätter för 30 Euro var jättegod, mycket mat och fantastiska smaker.

20/05/2025: Gran lugar italiano de campo con platos auténticos y locales. Muy razonable vino de la casa y platos de pasta y carne también. El servicio es muy rápido, pero amable. Disfrutamos mucho del lugar y volveríamos de nuevo. Precios muy razonables.

08/05/2025: It's really delicious. It doesn't smell like tripe and it's soft. The bread is crispy and delicious, and there are two types of sauce. If you ask for more, it will suit Koreans' tastes better. It's nice that there's a place to eat in front and they sell beer and drinks.

05/05/2025: Nice Tuscan Trattoria, in Santo Spirito. Excellent staff and really delicious dishes. We ordered the amazing meatballs and vegetable flan that were really great, the creamy Tuscan bean soup with pasta was amazing. Also ordered the fresh baked cannelloni, probably the best we ever had. It is really authentic. I would highly recommend it. Not touristy at all

04/05/2025: Wir hatten von unserem italienischen Reisebüro einige Restauranttipps bekommen darunter auch Mamma Gina. Die Infos sprachen an und so wurde hier das zweite Abendessen eingenommen. Tisch wurde online vorreserviert, Achtung, es kam am erwählten Tag noch mal eine Mail, ob es dabei bleibt, man behält sich ohne Rückmeldung vor, die Reservierung zu streichen. Unschön für Touristen die die Mail übersehen. Aber das Essen war lecker. Sehr sogar. Meine Frau erfreute sich an den Gnoccis und ich mich an einer verdammt guten Hühnerbrust in einer leckeren Cognac Pilz Sosse. Die Panacotta zum Schluss auch sehr gut.

13/05/2025: Un restaurante imprescindible si estás en Florencia. El personal era muy hospitalario a pesar de que había una barrera lingüística. Podía sentir la sinceridad de las damas que daban buenas recomendaciones. Teníamos su filete de hueso en T y debo decir que es mucho mejor que el que probé en París. El precio también era muy razonable. Por favor, pruebe su filete si estás en Florencia porque nunca he probado nada tan bueno! Cada trozo de carne sabía tan bien con un equilibrio correcto y lo ahumado de la misma me hizo querer seguir comiendo y al final tanto mi marido como yo terminamos el 1. ¡5 kg de carne! No pude soportar los postres más tarde, pero las patatas y las espinacas también eran excelentes. Me alegro de haber encontrado ese lugar. Fue realmente una experiencia gastronómica inolvidable!
