The place isn't typically crowded with tourists, so it feels quiet. The Florentine steak is delicious. The highlight is the staff, extremely friendly and welcoming, especially Esmeralda: it was truly a pleasure to meet her.

What a fantastic find. Wonderful restaurant in a lovely little square tucked away in a quiet location. Outdoor seating really allows you to enjoy the atmosphere. The lady who served us was so nice and friendly. Beautiful food, we all cleared our plates I had the tuna and a side of roast potatoes (unbelievably good - best thing I've eaten in Florence!!) and a delicious mixed berry cheesecake for desert. Glass of wine was generous compared to other restaurants we tried in the city. Thoroughly recommended.

Jasec and Esmeralda were, as always, a guarantee for a pleasant evening and for enjoying a carbonara like we have rarely eaten in Florence.. Congratulations!

09/04/2026: I dined at this restaurant with friends on April 4, 2026. We had a great time. The highlight was the 4.8 kg Florentine steak. The duck pici, mixed crostini, tagliolini, and various side dishes were also good (only the coccoli was raw inside). The price was fair.
