04/08/2024: Nice and very welcoming staff! Now exhausted, desperate, and without strength from a demanding bike tour at 10 pm we came across this restaurant, which turned out to be an oasis of salvation for us😅. Despite a wedding party in progress, they were available and very kind enough to regain some strength between one joke and another😁. You saved us! Greetings from the two cyclists from Trentino!🤗

22/07/2024: A show for those who love the genre! Spit roast with classic croutons, livers, pork loin, sarsiccia, delicious potatoes and house wine as if there was a tomorrow (I wasn't driving) Always a pleasure to come back to you!!! I also recommend for the courtesy and honesty of the prices!!!!

12/08/2024: Ok it's a passing place. Ok, you can eat well while spending the right amount. But those at the checkout were shouting at the waiters bordering on swearing, complaining about too much comfort and that there was a queue. Maybe they think it's folklore. But it's just very unpleasant as business is booming. There are other places to stop if you're on the highway around here.

21/08/2024: Place visited for a dinner while passing through from South to North thanks to its proximity to the motorway. Informal and welcoming environment. Good food with normal prices. Service in line with the venue, also considering the peripheral geographical position with respect to Florence. Overall good, perhaps I would see a little more liveliness in the staff, let's say less sad.

10/08/2024: We stopped on the way out of the motorway in a place located on a sunny road. There was no one in the deserted country. They made us sit Nice rustic place Few courses but good And abundant too.

08/08/2024: Eravamo già stati l’anno scorso in questo ristorante e siamo andati a colpo sicuro…. Secondo noi è cambiato qualcosa… sicuramente la materia prima ha qualità… ma deve essere trattata bene… abbiamo mangiato una Fiorentina non tagliata come si deve e non cotta come si deve… la parte esterna dava un brutto sapore… un tagliere di salumi da 20 euro totalmente fuori prezzo… Io consiglio di formare i ragazzi del braciere nel taglio e preparazione della carne. non taglierei la bistecca a fettine, ma la porterei sana a tavola. P.S. se un commensale chiede una fiorentina, deve essere tagliata con uno spessore di 4 dita… e’ un eccellenza toscana non facciamola diventare una scaloppina. Grazie

22/07/2024: So the place is nice and clean, my parents and I each had a Florentine steak, one thing must be said... IT WAS FANTASTIC! We must pay many, many compliments to the chef who cooked it. Then for dessert we had the tiramisu, very good and above all homemade (TIP: wet the ladyfingers a little less). Then, even though we had made many requests, the staff came to meet us and were very kind. The bathrooms are also clean and quite nice. If you come here, trust those who cook and those who serve you. You won't be disappointed. PS: it's a 4 and a half stars

25/07/2024: A bit of a dissapointing experience. After being seated we waited for more than half an hour for the waiter to take our order even after notifying them that we wanted to order several times, leading us to almost leaving as we felt ignored. After having ordered we received an entry that were average at best. Our main, the steak, were fine but not really worth the price. We got a side that were off menu. Our mistake were maybe to not ask for the price of said side but it was overpriced in comparison to the other sides on the menu and way overpriced when regarding what we received. Overall this was the first and only restaurant experience we had in Tuscany that left us with a dissapointing experience, even though it was the most expensive.

23/07/2024: !!!Spectacular!!! They gave us the opportunity to eat at the last minute. Their Cuban waitress is the nicest and most charming person in the world and the food was a true luxury.

28/07/2024: Everything was really excellent! Fiorentina truly was a spectacle!! The farfalle al frantoio and the trifle are highly recommended!! Friendly and very nice staff! I hope to return one day.

16/07/2024: The place doesn’t look that good, but the food, WOW! The food is amazing, the best spaghetti with tomato sauce that I ate is here. The service is really kind, the customers can get along with the service in a lot of different languages. The atmosphere is okay, the Italian football museum is near, and there’s another restaurant nearby.

07/08/2024: Good atmosphere. Very well done pastas. But this is where things start going down hill…. The mains were absolutely beyond disgusting. No flavor, and if there was a flavor it was chemical - like the pepper sauce was made out of a powder package. The chicken with mustard looks like a meal you cook as a student at university….. dry and without a soul. The steak was a good size and well cooked, but the pepper sauce tasted like dish soap - and not the good kind…. Very very very disappointed given this was a recommendation from our hotel. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to dine there for mains. Pasta only - nothing else. We had the lasagna, paccheri and pappardelle- they were delicious, cooked to perfection and really well done. For mains we had the beef filet, the tagliata, the carpaccio and the chicken - all of them were just tasteless and beyond disgusting as I mentioned earlier. Sides were not a hit at all either….. below average at best… we had the grilled vegetables, which looked sadder than Memorial Day…. And the green salad - was like a bunch of wilted flowers at the end of the summer…. The wine - which was supposed to be a great Tuscan wine- was boiling hot - we had it in ice for 15 minutes to get it to a normal drinking temperature but it was already ruined because it was not stored properly and just didn’t taste that well at all….. Hands down - one of the worst food experiences I’ve had - proving over and over again that Italian food isn’t that great and just overrated - when it’s mostly tasteless and just not good… This one is my fault- I should’ve done better research- but hope with this review, other people won’t fall into this trap. - like I disappointed my friends on the last night of our roadtrip together!

18/08/2024: This is hands down our favorite restaurant! Zurich is one of our most favorite places in the world partly because of this restaurant! Great ragu, parmesan risotto, best mousse globally, tiramisu and lemon torte! Great atmosphere inside and out! Hope to be back someday as still dreaming of the delicious cuisine!

15/08/2024: We loved the decor of this place, but the food was a little disappointing. We ordered the stuffed courgette, which was correct, but the tagliatelle we tried didn't quite convince us; the quality of the meat left much to be desired. We also tried the pappardelle in ragout, which turned out to be quite lackluster. The place is very nice, but the food is not up to par, a shame.

12/08/2024: Food was nice and we enjoyed it. We tried Gnudi here for the first time and they were really tasty. However the service was a bit slow and the team seemed quite uninterested in the guests. Part of it, might have been that it was a slow evening because of the August heat - but we didn't feel as welcome as we did in other restaurants in Florence.
