22/06/2025: I had lunch with my family. The place is a bit small but the food was really good. The mixed appetizer (cold cuts, mussels, burrata) was exceptional. For the first course we had linguine with clams, tagliatelle with ragù, and tagliatelle cacio e pepe.... everything was delicious.... Friendly staff.

12/07/2025: We ate here by chance and asked if they could make us carbonara even though it wasn't on the menu. They said yes, and it was delicious. It wasn't badly priced (15 euros), and the guy who served us (Petro) was super friendly.

13/08/2025: Fiore is always a guarantee: simple dishes, home cooking, delicious meat cooked to perfection. Outdoor seating surrounded by greenery. It's not a fancy place, it's simply a nice place where you eat well, you couldn't ask for anything else!

07/08/2025: Family dinner. Nice and quiet location. We dined al fresco on the restaurant's large terrace, under the trees. The appetizers and first courses were delicious (the duck sauce was delicious). The steak and sliced lard were superb!

11/07/2025: A culinary highlight – the best meal in a long time! I haven't eaten this well in a long time! The steak was simply indescribably delicious – perfectly cooked, tender, and full of flavor. The side dishes were also a dream and complemented the meal wonderfully. A huge thank you goes to Mariella, who impressed us with her warm, positive manner and genuine skill. It's rare to experience such attentive yet unobtrusive service. Everything is just perfect here – the food, the atmosphere, and the service. Absolutely recommended, we'll definitely be back!

06/07/2025: Steak with obvious supermarket cut, rather old and overcooked. Rigatoni with ragù...with the star ragù of the supermarket. Forget it.

23/07/2025: Family dinner, traditional appetizers, tripe, lampredotto, coccoli... and real grilled steak... excellent price for the quality of the cuisine and ingredients... excellent house red wine too... 10 out of 10 guys, well done and thank you. See you next time.

31/07/2025: La cena fue bastante buena, pero no muy bien. La comida salió demasiado rápido, como si estuvieran tratando de dar la vuelta a las mesas para los nuevos clientes. Faltaba la parte del filete de la T - filete de hueso florentino al igual que la de la pareja sentada a nuestro lado - - mientras que otros clientes parecían tener IT sobre la suya. El filete estaba delicioso. Mi mayor queja fue que el vino era cobrado de más - - la botella figuraba como 40 e pero mirando el recibo más tarde, vi que nos cobraron 60 - - así como algún tipo de set - up fee. IT era un buen vino, sin embargo. Además, una pizca de mascota mía es que el servidor entregue el cheque y lleve el lector de tarjetas de crédito al mismo tiempo - - un dispositivo que tiene un horario de propinas - - algo que parece estar subiendo en Italia y Francia. Mi conclusión: comida bastante buena pero muy cara. . . Me habría quejado pero no quería arruinar la velada ya IT era una celebración para mi amigo.

30/07/2025: Al otro lado del río, lejos del Duomo y el centro de Florencia hay una sensación más tranquila y local en la ciudad. Siendo alguien que realmente valora las opiniones de los lugareños sobre dónde comer nos recomendaron Antico Ristoro Di Cambi como lugar para obtener otra especialidad de la región de la Toscana la Bisteca alla fiorentina. Caminé hacia este lugar con una sola cosa en mente, filete. Ser carne americana es una parte muy pesada de nuestra dieta, especialmente la mía, así que esperaba mucho esta comida centrada en la carne. Sentado y comenzando con una copa de vino tinto local y algunas papas fritas de calabacín sólidas me sentía listo para lanzarme sobre la comida que tenía por delante. Al pedir esta rodaja de carne de mamut el ITer IT lo trae antes de que IT se cocine para asegurarse de que le gusta IT y que el peso de ella es de su agrado. El filete que tomamos era 1. 4 kg o aproximadamente 3. 1 libra. Generalmente soy un tipo medio cocinado con bistec, pero esta cena se cocina medio raro (así es como se supone IT se cocina para esta comida). IT fue cocinado absolutamente sublime, simplemente añadiendo un poco de sal hizo que cada bocado rezumara sabor salado en su boca. El filete era tan tierno y solo una cosa agradable para comer. Nosotros no lo terminamos IT (sí no estamos contentos con IT), pero fue realmente tan bueno. Así que si alguna vez te encuentras en Florencia y quieres probar la famosa Bisteca alla Fiorentina, bueno, esta sería mi elección.

22/07/2025: I was very excited to visit this place, which looked truly enchanting on video. Before booking, I asked for detailed information just to make sure everything met my expectations. After booking, I had to postpone the visit due to bad weather: we also wanted to take advantage of the opportunity to have an aperitif in the barn and take some beautiful photos for our anniversary. Unfortunately, the day of the visit was very different from what I had imagined. Upon arrival, there was no one to greet us at reception, and we were told that the aperitif was unavailable because the property was occupied for a private event. Considering that I had expressly communicated our intention to stay for an aperitif as well, it would have been appropriate to inform me of this restriction in advance. We left very disappointed. It's a shame, because the promise was excellent. We certainly won't be returning.

09/06/2025: I had the pleasure of dining at this restaurant with my wife, trying the tasting menu: carefully prepared dishes, well executed and with interesting combinations. You eat really well, with quality raw materials and a cuisine that demonstrates technique and personality. However, the experience was partly penalized by an important aspect: there is no real wine list. You can only drink from the labels selected by the staff, without the possibility of independent choice. A limitation that weighs, especially for those who like to build their own food and wine journey or want to compare themselves with a wider selection. A format that has potential, but that deserves a review, at least from this point of view.

07/07/2025: How is it at Burde? From 10. Typical dishes of the Florentine tradition cooked to perfection. From crostini to livers, to steak passing through soups (the farro and bean one is a real delicacy) and first quality first courses. The stracotto is incredible. Very courteous and very helpful staff.

22/07/2025: Exceptional dinner. Restaurant outside the city walls but close to Sesto Fiorentino. Beautiful garden. The Swami steak, fried mushrooms, and tagliolini with truffles were exceptional.

21/07/2025: Terrible experience: not recommended! A friend ate a mushroom appetizer and a fillet steak for a main course. Half an hour later he was feeling terrible; I think he even sought medical attention and reserved the right to inform the restaurant manager. My food was of terrible quality and absolutely not appreciable!

17/07/2025: C'est une bonne enseigne en dehors du centre ville. Nous y mangeons bien et les prix sont corrects d'où les trois étoiles. En revanche, s'il s'agissait de noter l'expérience uniquement à partir du service, alors la note avoisinerait les -273°C soit le zéro absolu tant il était insupportable. L'un des serveurs était tout simplement détestable, détestable dans le genre je prends la commande sans vous regarder une fois dans les yeux afin de vous faire comprendre à quel point vous me fatiguez, je jette les assiettes sur les tables et ne vous dis ni merci ni au revoir. Je mets deux étoiles parce que nous avons bien mangé et que le regard plaintif du jeune collègue à ce grossier personnage m'a peiné. Au revoir.

23/06/2025: Best meal we had in Italy!!! Was staying at an Airbnb nearby and so happened to see this place on Google Maps, and read all the amazing reviews. It definitely lived up to its reviews. We walked in for lunch, and had a booking for dinner on the same day, so we could try out their pasta and also the florentine steak! Everything we ordered was amazing: -Briganti pasta (so simple, but absolutely delicious with quality ingredients) -Carbonara pasta (best carbonara I’ve had) -Florentine steak with a side of fried potatoes and zucchini (which the waiter recommended 🤤 -Tiramisu Would definitely come back every time I’m in Florence!
