A few kilometers from Florence we are welcomed in a historic shop, where the products on display at the counter immediately activate the taste buds... cured meats, cheeses, delicacies in oil and sweets all typical and representative of the area. In spring you can eat outside under the large pergola while also enjoying the surrounding greenery. A must-see.

09/05/2025: Average food, my wife ordered a dish that goes in the oven, it came covered in oil, we asked the waiter to change it and the answer was that they couldn't, that it was just like that. Summary: 12 euros down the drain because we couldn't eat it and no one offered any solution. I ordered pasta, it was like I make at home, maybe mine is even better, nothing special. The house wine, ok but nothing amazing. We won't be back and we don't recommend it. The atmosphere is pleasant but it was a waste of money.

The day before he had received, according to him, damage to the flowering plants in the garden outside. Given that the garden outside was in worse condition than the agricultural area of ​​my vegetable garden when I don't pass by with a brush cutter... this is the worst way to welcome customers. That is, we hadn't even set foot in and he already welcomed us with the premise of keeping an eye on the children, because they could have repeated the same damage received the day before. We are good people and our children didn't move from the table. I don't recommend the place because: It smells like a greasy place They don't cook anything that would be enough for lunch They don't make pizza for lunch They don't make focaccia We had chips and mixed cold cuts €650 Cheers See you never again

01/06/2025: We stumbled upon it by chance. From the outside it doesn't attract attention, but the food is worth it. Pappardelle with wild boar, delicious! Thin and well-stuffed pizza, really good Tuscan crostini. Simple restaurant, easy-going and with really honest prices especially given the quality. Kind and friendly staff. Special mention to the fact that they accept dogs of all sizes without any problem.

31/05/2025: I stopped twice with my children while doing some work in the area, opening hours 14:30, they told me it was already closed and it was not possible to have lunch even though there were still people at the tables, personally I will never go back! Sending away three people even with a slightly crazy time twice does not seem right to me!
