Strategic location just off a highway exit. Always busy, but they're organized and somehow manage to fit in. The parking lot is large, but often occupied by trucks. The service is fast. The selection is wide, the food quality is good, the quantity is good, and the prices are fair. The flaws, in my opinion, are: the dining area is excessively noisy due to the layout of the place, which doesn't attenuate the noise at all, and the tables are practically packed together; the atmosphere is filled with cooking smells; and overall, the space, although utilized to its full potential, is cramped and gives off a feeling of chaos. It gives the impression of a machine that functions well thanks to a good organization, but at the same time is always under pressure and in need of a larger space. It's ideal for those traveling and needing a quick lunch break: coffee is sipped at the tiny counter, while the same person who makes it also prints out the receipt.

Fast service even when very busy. Excellent truffle eggs and special crostini. Lovely people constantly circulating. The cantuccio is beautiful on display!

Generous and succulent portions. The grill is clearly visible as soon as you enter. Good value for money. Worth a try.

We dined at La Cavallina restaurant and were truly satisfied. The food was excellent, prepared with quality ingredients and generous portions. The grilled meat was simply exquisite, cooked to perfection and bursting with flavor. The desserts were also extraordinary: delicious, beautifully presented, and the perfect way to end the meal. The staff was friendly, attentive, and always available, making us feel immediately at ease. The atmosphere is welcoming and refined, perfect for a pleasant lunch or dinner with friends. A truly positive experience: we will definitely return and recommend it to anyone looking for good food and impeccable service.

The dishes are excellent, especially the Florentine steak, which you can see in detail in the photo. The only flaw? Disorganized for those with gluten intolerance!!! Hence 4 stars and not 5. Those with this type of problem (because it's a serious problem for those who have it, not for those who have to cook) are forced to eat only meat, missing out on all the other specialties. It's not fair!!!

It’s fine to stop by if you’re passing through, but it’s not worth going out of your way to eat there. The food itself is tasty, but I can’t shake the feeling that the price is a bit high compared to the quality of the dishes. Definitely do not go on weekends, as it is extremely crowded and noisy!
