23/03/2024: Despite the reservation made, they did not reserve the table on the veranda for us as requested after a 300km journey. Congratulations to the courtesy and attention to the customer. You are only welcome if you are foreign... fortunately in Tuscany not everyone is like that!

02/03/2024: Pessimo!!! In coppia ci hanno messo con tavolo rimediato in mezzo ad un compleanno di bambini, ed abbiamo prenotato la mattina per la sera. Dopo 30 minuti in mezzo a decibel assurdi non si è visto nessuno e ce ne siamo andati!!! Posto assurdo, caotico e poco serio
25/02/2024: Assolutamente pessimo per il servizio:
Arrivati alle 19:30, fatta la comanda un minuto dopo, alle 8:30 non avevano portato la pizza. Ci siamo lamentati e ci hanno detto che era colpa dei clienti per l'asporto.
Bene: un esercizio che fa attendere i tavoli che pagano anche il servizio e poi da precedenza all'asporto non merita di essere aperto, almeno secondo me.
Lo sconsiglio vivamente.
