Many people were waiting to use the Wine Window, and I was able to use it after waiting for about 15 to 20 minutes.
Since I don't know much about wine, I bought a glass of Aperol Spritz.
If you come to Florence, I think it would be good to try the Wine Window at least once.
23/07/2026: Highly recommended if you like fish and seafood, everything is delicious and with excellent service and excellent value for money.

15/07/2026: The food is good, the food is traditional, and as the name suggests, the menu is more of a fifth-quarter affair. The staff is friendly, accommodating, and helpful. The portions are generous; we ordered two appetizers and the steak and were more than full.
09/07/2026: Typical Tuscan food specializing in offal; they serve half portions so you can try more than one dish.
Although I didn't eat it, the "tongue carpaccio" that other diners had ordered looked delicious.

19/05/2026: First time at this restaurant for lunch, for a birthday. To get there, you pass through Badia a Passignano and have to take a stretch of dirt road, but it all puts you in the countryside mood. The food and the friendliness of the staff are excellent, always courteous and helpful.
As for my experience, I also had the pleasure of enjoying it on a Sunday in May, with sunshine and perfect temperatures, which made it even more enjoyable.

25/04/2026: When we're in the mood for steak, this is our go-to restaurant. It's an hour and a half from home, but it's definitely worth it! The ingredients are excellent, and the atmosphere is homey. Highly recommended!
11/03/2026: I ate an excellent rib steak with friends. I particularly appreciated the tenderness of the meat, the use of three different salts to season to my taste, and the choice of knife. The wine cellar was excellent.

02/07/2026: I had lunch with some friends from Naples (I'm a pure-blood Florentine by generation) we ate an amazing Bistecca a Dire of the highest quality, a starter of TOP cured meats and cheeses, a really good bill, we will definitely be back, compliments to the waitress, she too is TOP FC

I was in Florence for business and I can say that I enjoyed a nice dinner on my own.
Excellent quality and good price. You can order a bottle of wine and if you don’t drink it full, then they will charge you for the portion of what you drank.

I must say the pizza is excellent.
The service is provided by young, very kind waiters. A few mistakes are allowed, but seeing the young people's good will is truly appreciable!
The price is right...
I'll be back every week!

The food was truly excellent: the wild boar Bolognese and the lasagna were both delicious—no complaints there.
Unfortunately, the service significantly detracts from the overall experience. The staff seems unfriendly and disinterested. The food is placed on the table without a word; a simple "Prego" is nowhere to be found. You constantly feel like you're being rushed through your meal.
If you're looking for good food without any regard for atmosphere or friendliness, you'll be satisfied—but if you're expecting a pleasant evening, look elsewhere.
