07/01/2026: We ordered three first courses and a Florentine steak.
The pasta was tasteless, with almost no sauce. The pappardelle with wild boar was soft and bland. The penne with sauce was just peppery, but otherwise there was nothing else to taste; the sauce tasted like nothing. The meat, on the other hand, was good, but nothing exceptional.
07/01/2026: Super welcoming place, it feels like being at a Florentine's home.
Super excellent food; they have great deals for both lunch and dinner.
We went for dinner and got the €52 per person deal.
The Florentine steak melted in your mouth, as did the potatoes.
The guys who work there are super kind and helpful.
Water and bread are included in the cover charge.
Far from the tourist traps, this place is a real gem!

We'll return.
20/11/2025: Great place. I had the grilled fillet steak with baked potatoes. Everything was delicious. We'll definitely be back, and it's right on the Barberino exit.

19/12/2025: The food is excellent, but they don't always have ceciaca pasta. It would be enough if they kept it in reserve so they always had it. The dishes are very good, but the portions are small. I went with some friends and we had an appetizer, first course, second course, dessert, and coffee. We spent €45, but we left still hungry.
The portions aren't at all generous, and there are limited options for celiacs/gluten-free options.
17/12/2025: There were two of us. The place is very homey and welcoming. We both had the pasta del gallo, vegetable side dishes, two bruschettas, and a large slice of Chianina beef.
Everything was really good!!
The staff is very friendly, and there's a family atmosphere. Perhaps I expected the price to be a little lower, but overall the experience was positive.

18/01/2026: Nice place with homemade food. Didn’t try anything fancy. Staff speaks English and you find a lot of locals in there. Always a good sign. Enjoyed our night and food.
14/01/2026: I went there for lunch today for the first time, and I have to say I had a really good meal.
The place is a classic, typical trattoria, with a small atmosphere (reservations are recommended), but not overwhelming. The staff is friendly, and the service is quick.
Given my limited time, I ordered a sliced beef steak, fried artichokes, and a glass of Chianti. The meat was very good, cooked perfectly (rare, as per Florentine tradition), and the fried food was very flavorful and not at all greasy. The wine was good, but there's a good variety to choose from.
Special mention also goes to the coffee made with a moka pot, the old-fashioned way, which I love.
I'll definitely be back and highly recommend it.

21/01/2026: We had a real florentine steak at Trattoria Marione and it did not dissappoint! 3 different sizes of steak are available. We chose the 1,2kg, good enough for two people. It was cooked to a medium rare doneness. In the menu it was stated as only being cooked to rare. The steak had a lovely char, was a fairly lean piece of meat with a little outer fat but was very tasty, juicy and tender.
Definitely worth indulging in! This is a charming, cozy restaurant, and the owner's cheerful attitude adds to the welcoming atmosphere. Our server was very helpful in guiding us in what to order. We recommend to reserve a table as it gets quickly full. Fair price for the quality offered.
For sure we would eat here again in a heartbeat!

Small spaces but quality food, friendly service, and genuine wine.
Highly recommended!

03/02/2026: There are a lot of Koreans, so they seem to do the basics. They're friendly. The portions are generous and the price is great. The steak was delicious, and with the reservation discount, we got a set for 90 euros, so we were full. I recommend ordering it cooked well rather than rare.
