18/08/2024: Very common crostini but... velvety, tortelli expertly enriched with sage with a particular and light filling. Excellent choice of wines, outdoor venue too, fast service and duck breast... I won't tell you because I'm jealous.

18/08/2024: Il ristorante GLI ARTISTI ha alle spalle una storia antica e appassionante ……. Non meno appassionante è il percorso culinario che abbiamo fatto. Seguiti e accompagnati in sala da Nicola che grazie alla spettacolare chef Assunta, ci ha fatto fare un viaggio enogastronomico da ripetere. Piatti prelibati, a partire dall’entré con un rocher di fegatini su una deliziosa marmellata e a seguire una degustazione “Terra” veramente eccezionale. Vi auguriamo i migliori successi. 27/07/2024: Arriving by chance from the nearby hotel I discovered a fantastic place. Small and elegant place. Short menu with 5 land and 5 sea proposals that can be combined in 3 or 5 course tastings. I mixed it up a bit starting from hand-beaten tartare with asparagus and burrata, egg cooked at low temperature with pecorino cheese with truffle, linguine with pesto/lemon/raw prawn, octopus + cod with aubergine and passion fruit mochi with mango ice cream/ apricot and fruit tartare. What really amazed me is the attention to detail in the cuisine: the marinade of the tartare, the cooking of the egg, the cooking of the pasta in the prawn broth, the aubergine with its juice, the freshly made fruit tartare . I remember every dish in detail, which doesn't happen often to me. Wise and valid wine pairing that I recommend. The amuse bouche was also excellent, which was a rocher of livers paired with a Sangiovese with macerated fruit. Courteous and attentive service without unnecessary formalism. I have been lucky enough in my life to be able to eat in around 50 starred/multi-starred restaurants. I wouldn't be surprised if sooner or later I found the star plaque on the entrance wall of this delightful restaurant

27/07/2024: Five-night holiday in Marina di Bibbona, I had dinner four of them with them at La Carabaccia, and not five just because unfortunately their closing day was involved. Beautiful, quiet, particular and super well-kept place; Excellent service as well as the cuisine, very good wine list. What can I say, a family, we immediately made friends, from the first evening we stayed at the end of the service talking in their quiet and private balcony at the back. The owners are very kind as are the kitchen staff. What can I say, very happy to have met you. A big hug and I really hope to see you again soon. Titian ❤️

19/08/2024: Simple but welcoming place. There is the possibility of eating outdoors in the garden under the trees. The dishes are good and genuine, all typical Tuscan dishes and products. The meat in particular is excellent. The staff is friendly and helpful, very approachable. Possibility of free dedicated parking about 50 meters from the restaurant. The prices are not excessive, I would say they are average. I recommend it.

19/08/2024: Abbiamo cenato per due sere in questo ristorante, devo dire che non mi ha deluso in nessuna delle due occasioni, cibo buonissimo.... Il conto giusto... Il personale cordiale e gentile, il servizio veloce... Non ho avuto nemmeno il tempo di fare una foto tra l'antipasto e il primo....😅 La cosa fantastica è il panorama... Si vede tutta Firenze.... Lo consiglio vivamente, per chi vuole trascorrere una serata lontana dal caos e dal traffico cittadino e godersi cmq un panorama da urlo.... E soprattutto mangiare un pasto tipico toscano.... PS: da assaggiare la torta pesche e amaretti, buonissima 🤤

28/07/2024: Ci ha consigliato questo locale il receptionist di un albergo lì vicino. Guardando l'esterno, e facendo capolino, eravamo molto dubbiosi. Ma il caldo e la stanchezza ci hanno convinti ad entrare. MA COME DIAVOLO SI MANGIA BENE!!! Ottimo cibo, belle bottiglie di vino, personale cordiale. Non saprei dire quanto si spende, poiché abbiamo preso bottiglie di alta gamma, ma lo consiglio vivamente.

25/07/2024: Le personnel était très accueillant, bilingue et aux petits services. Un verre de proseco et du pain était compris avec le prix du couvert. Je ne reccomanderais pas nécessairement la nourriture, tout était bon mais sans plus. Un bon restaurant dépanneur si vous ne voulez pas vous cassez la tête.

14/08/2024: Antico elegant old Money restaurant, well kept, in the heart of Florence, traditional Tuscan dishes, very vast menu with wide choice, fair prices for the place and the quantity offered, we took the well-known meat carpaccio with a very strong flavor but still it's good, I wouldn't give it a 10... but it's okay, then I took a meat tartare, which I didn't particularly like, then I took a well-known Tuscan dish, namely pici with wild boar ragù, very good but I must say very good winter like the rest of the first courses on the menu, better to take them in winter than in summer, another first course we took was the fettuccine with mushrooms which were too watery, we didn't like them much.

07/08/2024: Great ambiance, excellent food, and on top of that, even though there was a huge line of people waiting to get a table, they were able to organize and properly serve the clients. Couldn't ask for more.

07/08/2024: On a day trip to Florence, I ate both lunch and dinner at Zaza. I ordered Aperol Spritz, Hugo Spritz, shrimp pasta, carbonara, T-bone steak, and one more pasta recommended by the server. In particular, the shrimp pasta and T-bone steak were really delicious!!!! The shrimp pasta was so delicious that I changed my plan and came back to have it for dinner. It was very popular, but there are a lot of tables so you don't have to make a reservation on weekdays. (I guess it’s Kebab Kale?) There are some servers who are kind and some who treat me roughly, but I never felt rude. And the bread before the meal is really tasteless (no taste).

05/08/2024: In questo locale non si può andare da fine maggio a settembre perché il sistema di aria condizionata è fatiscente e abbiamo fatto la sauna dall'inizio alla fine. Il cibo è di qualità, ma negli anni hanno ristretto ai minimi termini la quantità dei secondi piatti....es: la pecora alla griglia sono esattamente 3 ossi di numero da succiare per 15 euro....se vuoi mangiare la pecora alla griglia devi chiedere almeno 4 porzioni. Il personale di sala è cortese, ma il proprietario alla cassa è maleducato...quando ho fatto presente il caldo asfissiante che abbiamo dovuto sopportare per tutta la serata mi ha risposto "se un tu volevi patire cardo t'avevi a stare a casa!".....

12/07/2024: Yesterday I had lunch for the first time in this Florentine trattoria, and I was truly pleasantly surprised, even though I had a simple dish but it was perfect, the dessert was a very good creme caramel and I recommend it. The service was fast and really friendly as if you were a "house" good white wine. Modest prices. To return.
