I waited 1.5 hours for the Fiorentina, but when I asked for it, it came within 2 minutes. It was served cold and the outside was burnt. The server was a bit unfriendly when I ordered.
30/05/2025: I didn't ask for anything from this pizza, but it gave me everything. It's the kind of pizza that makes you feel like a child again. Not perfect, but it's in that moment, while you're eating it, that you realize that it was everything you needed.
There were three of us eating it, and all three of us thought exactly that... it must mean something.
Very kind staff.

18/05/2025: Excellent, we had dinner and ate well, Tuscan cuisine in a characteristic restaurant. Excellent prices, with lunch and dinner at 20 euros, and friendly staff. To return.

05/05/2025: Thoughtful, verified ideal restaurant cuisine, excellent service from the owners and the atmosphere of a beautiful dinner. We took ravioli - it's the best ravioli in life, wonderful fillet with truffles, Florentine steak - very tender, which is rare. There is a separate wine list. Homemade marinated artichokes, handmade ravioli. This restaurant in Chianti and its owner are amazing, I really want to come back here

10/05/2025: Excellent cuisine, various appetizers of excellent quality, especially the fried courgette flowers stuffed with ricotta, the vegetable flans in which you can really feel the flavor of the vegetables and the coccoli, not rubbery as often happens. The gnudi and Livorno-style cod are excellent, delicate and tender, although not fried and with little tomato. Prices are not low but if you want quality it is normal to spend more

07/06/2025: The food was all delicious. The T-bone steak was a little tough, but it was okay! There was a Korean female employee at the reception, probably to accommodate Koreans... She was very rude. I don't know why she was there. Oh, and if you make a reservation through the fork app, you get a 30% discount, but be sure to check the bill before paying. Sometimes the regular price is applied, not the discount. In other words, we had to pay again!!

14/05/2025: For lunch or dinner at Gilda, which is an institution, you can never go wrong, the environment is particularly characteristic and imaginative like the owner, excellent and refined dishes especially in the raw materials and in the Florentine typicality, the service is very precise, the price is a little high but it's worth it.

26/05/2025: Beautiful experience. Typical restaurant, excellent Tuscan cuisine. Must try the pappa col pomodoro and of course the Fiorentina. Excellent value for money. Even though it was Friday night, it was welcoming even with children. Excellent!
25/05/2025: The food is good.
However, the service is discriminatory.
They don't take away the plates.
The other tables are smiling but ours isn't.
The appetizers are obviously late.
They don't give bread until asked.
Especially the young woman with glasses.
I won't be going there again.
